Recently I needed a new kitchen sink faucet so having used their services in the past I went to GPS. The selection of faucets was very large and impossible for me to select the one I needed. That is when I started to be shown the different selections by Heather De Phillips who works in sales. She took the time to explain the differences between the many selections and supplied me with a number of catalogs to take home with me so that I could take some time in making my final selection. I returned the next day with a number in mind and was having a hard time making the final decision. Heather once again took the time to explain the differences and took me around the display floor to see how each looked in person. I was able to make the final decision only with her help and was also able to walk out of the store that day with the faucet I needed.The entire process was easy and quick and much of this was due to the professional staff (Heather leading the way) and their knowledge of the products. We just completed a total renovation of our bathroom. Thanks to General Plumbing in Orange, NJ and most importantly to HEATHER, in the sales and design department the bathroom is beautiful! After looking in many plumbing supply & bathroom design stores (both large with well known names and small privately owned stores), I was THRILLED to find General Plumbing Supply.They had the same exact vanity, medicine cabinet and sink that I had seen, and wanted to buy in other stores, but their prices were much more reasonable. Best Plumbing Supply store experience I've had thus far. And I've had a lot. Hats off to Rufus at GPS in Orange. My took my supply order over the phone & created a ticket. I came in the next day, met with a gracious friendly Rufus whom entered my order, and walked me to the cashier. I paid the welcoming cashier, was given my receipt & Rufus instructed me where to pull in to have my order loaded into my car. From start to finish service was exceptional! Great experience. They helped renovate our bathroom. We got all the fixtures sink and toilet from them. Ada was wonderful - really knows her products and gently supportive. No pushing. All deliveries were on time and the manufacturers are top quality. The show room is not huge but who needs the confusion. We did a lot of shopping and looking elsewhere and found it much less stressful to "one stop shop" the final products here. read more

We had a great experience with General Pluming supply. They were extremely easy to deal with . I highley recommend them . In our case we the homeowners came with a list of items we wanted that was mostly complete however they help us with the items not on our list.
