I will have a kitchen for my kitchen renovation. Cem did an amazing job knowledgeable in what he was doing. My kitchen looks amazing. Yes, I would recommend this company for your future renovations. They do have variety of styles for you to choose.

Serenay was a pleasure to work with when designing our kitchen. It was refreshing to be able to see the design come to life from our first walking into the store compared to other kitchen design places we received bids from. Serenay was always a friendly face and never stressed by our numerous tweaks and instead welcomed design challenges and she herself came to measure and make sure the final design would be appropriate to our needs. Even once cabinet delivery was complete she has checked in to see how the remodel was evolving and we couldn't have achieved the great results we did without her help. Serenay provided exceptional value to our kitchen renovation and was a key member of the project.

    Sink cabinet project 36".

10/23/2022 - Chapter of a horror show (one more). After weeks of waiting (end of renovation expected for mid-June), late August the kitchen cabinets arrived, of course in parts. (The laundry room is still missing, which the forecast is only for mid-November). Finished the horror of delivery, came the time of assembly. Once assembled, a black cabinet in a black kitchen shouldn't have gray veins, and for the price they charge, any kind of patching is unacceptable. As if that weren't enough, the decorative sides are 1/4 inch longer than the length of the cabinets. The central cabinet that was supposed to be 36in arrived at 33in, so what surprise when disaster is the defining word of Alba Kitchen's work? All that was left was to cut the cabinet to fit the sink that had been purchased for months (Photos attached for consideration). Naturally, the countertop stones would be the new sensation. The first choice was no longer manufactured due to low resistance. The second option (Empira Black Ceasar Stone) would supposedly be available immediately, in the end it would only be delivered in 3 weeks. As a consolation prize, we were left with a Silestone that was available for immediate delivery. Behold, The Lord Of Stones came to take the measurements, everything very precise, made by laser, necessary to be cut in a special way (more costs!) so there are no mistakes! Great, now let's go (I thought). Then the associate from Alba Kitchen (second in the process, since the first time we gave him a "leave of absence") calls us the day before the installation at 7PM demanding payment by check or Wire Transfer to have the countertops installed. It was unacceptable to have the service performed without payment. It's ok, we're not the ones who have problems with delays in deadlines or payments. Then in the morning the installers arrived. STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to enter the house if they didn't receive the check beforehand. I wanted to understand what discriminatory rule they used to arrive at this absurdity. I reiterate, all requested payments have been made. Check signed! Installers enter the filming set that have already stretched for months from the original deadline... The work begins and behold, the first stones cut with precision, with laser measuring tools, are the wrong size! I was wandering if they were going to return the check or if I "strictly forbid" them then to leave the enclosure without the highly accurate measured stones installed in their proper places. How ironic. (Don't worry, photos are also attached). Then again comes the attention to detail, the care with the property of others. They decide to use a utility knife to remove protective plastic. Of course, they damaged the finish of a cabinet that, at the time of production, must have been carved in Carrara. We await scenes from the next chapter....

Awful. Got a terrible design proposal that was days late and essentially transformed an open room into a closet. The woman is now blaming me for not giving enough information although she had room measurements and photos of the space - one of the existing kitchen (not to be changed) and the room to be designed... it is a BLANK room. Not sure what more info you need than that. The design also put chairs in front of a functioning side door that we use as our everyday main entrance. Really? And look at the second room design. Really? She said she needs my feedback on why that doesn't work and asked "did you not want cabinets?" How is this functional for any homeowner? Lol. When I questioned the design, she kept asking if I wanted to move my appliances and the location of the dishwasher when I stated multiple times that the kitchen would stay the same and I was looking for ideas for the second room to connect the two. This didn't accomplish anything. Just save your time and go somewhere else.

I work with Dominika to design my kitchen. She was patient with me while i changed my mind a few times. She worked with me till we got it perfect. I got my cabinets (plus installation, Marco was amazing) and quartz countertops through Alba. Their cabinets are amazing quality, American made and I got them in two weeks. (Home Depot takes 6 weeks) and timing is everything while doing construction. I look forward to working with them again in the future

The filler never matched the brandy colored cabinets.

I had high expectations for Alba Kitchen and Baths. I like to support local businesses, but in the end I was highly disappointed by their service. Location: Alba Kitchen and Bath is conveniently located on Route 17 South in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. Getting into and out of the parking lot can be a challenge during peak traffic times, especially if all parking spots are taken. Trucks have a habit of temporarily parking in front of the coffee shop which can making exiting the lot perilous, most other times it is not an issue. Selection: Alba Kitchen and Bath has a good selection of cabinets and tile to choose from. I went with the mid-grade MK Wood for our cabinet replacement project. Our cost was approximately $3200 without a counter top. You get some good ideas from the floor display. I did wish they had more cabinet colors on display. Summary: My business dealings with Alba Kitchen and Bath started out well. The staff initially seemed friendly, but neglected us once they were payed. In the end they fumbled on getting me my replacement color matched fillers in a timely manner(over a month). They ordered the wrong color granite counter top as well. They did apologize and offered a discount, however by that time I was already soured. I hope they can learn from this situation and offer better service to future customers.

Absolutely love our new kitchen cabinets! Erkan was extremely patient and attentive and was able to address all of our questions and concerns. While we had a very specific idea of what we wanted, we had a hard time trying to find a way to make it work practically, and Erkan was able to keep in mind what we were envisioning while also coming up with practical ways and ideas to make it come to life. They did an amazing job. Thank you!

    Modern Fabuwood cabinets

I highly recommend working with Suhi at ALBA Kitchens in Hasbrouck Heights. She answered all my questions in a timely manner and was very accommodating to my requests. Fabuwood Cabinets look modern and beautiful in my new kitchen!

We did a full kitchen renovation & ordered our cabinets & countertop through Alba. Alex was excellent to work with & any extra pieces we ordered were delivered within 3-4 days. The Fabuwood cabinets are attractive & good quality. We were very happy with the price, especially since we were quoted double for the same cabinets through another local dealer. We did have an issue with one section of the countertop being off, but Alba was quick to get it corrected. My advice to anyone remodeling their kitchen is this: know all your design options, be prepared with your materials before work begins, & go see Alex at Alba for great prices & customer service.

We recently chose Alba Kitchen and Bath for our unexpected kitchen remodel and are very pleased with the results. The Fabuwood cabinets are beautiful as well as the granite countertop. Working with Nataly was especially pleasant. She offered great design ideas and was very attentive to our budget. Thank you Alba for making our remodel job seamless

I can not say enough about my positive experience with Erkan at Alba Kitchen and Bath. My husband and I built a custom home and we wanted our open concept kitchen/family room to be the main area for friends and family. Designing a kitchen from scratch is not an easy task but Erkan was patient, knowledgable, and extremely professional. He worked with us to explore all cabinet options allowing us to stay within budget while building our dream kitchen. He helped come up with a few custom details that I absolutely love. Anytime we have guests they compliment the kitchen and bathroom designs. We had such a great experience that we worked with Erkan and Alba to design our master bathroom, make-up vanity area, and laundry room as well. I could not be happier with the end result!

Mike, Joe, Charlie, and their whole crew renovated both bathrooms and converted our sunroom into a space we now can't imagine living without. From the very first estimate to the final walk-through, communication was outstanding. Any question we had (no matter how small), Mike, Joe, or Charlie answered immediately and patiently--always with a smile and total reassurance. They take immense pride in their work, caught details we never would have considered, and offered suggestions that took everything to the next level. They started right on time and finished in under 6 weeks (would've been even quicker if our windows and vanities hadn't been delayed by the suppliers). The craftsmanship is flawless--every time I walk by the sunroom or step into one of the bathrooms I'm still in awe. It's honestly a work of art. By the end we were genuinely sad to see them leave. They'd become part of our daily routine, and saying goodbye felt like saying goodbye to family. We miss having them around! My carpenter was busy over several months, almost ten, so I brought his measurements to Exclusive Marble & Granite Design, accompanied by my husband. Asking for marble I was shown a remnant that was a good size. I instructed that the marble be cut with a bullnose edge and specified that I wanted a centered sink. My husband and I repeated the instructions in the showroom and were told there would be no problem. Due to coming down with Covid, my husband, aunt and I delayed finishing up the order. When we felt better, we made an appointment for the technicians to come to measure the countertop themselves. An older man, the congenial owner, arrived with an aide but he forgot his measuring tape. His aide went to the van for it. The owner measured and they left. I was told a few days later by the saleswoman that he had forgotten to measure for the faucet that was only a year old and that I had to do so. I said I preferred that he return and do it properly but she said he would not return. If I had not given a large deposit I would have cancelled the order.I had to take photos of the faucet and send it to them. I also ordered a vanity from the son with the measurements from my carpenter. Well, the marble top came nicely trimmed but with an off-center hole for the sink. Moreover, the measurements for the faucet were predictably wrong so I had to buy a new one, and the vanity was three inches short. My husband refused to accept the delivery of the vanity without a call to the office. The truck driver left while he was calling. Valdo refused to take it back or to deliver it. We had to hire another carpenter to pick it up in the showroom at the extra expense of three hundred dollars. It doesn't fit properly so the carpenter had to insert a border of wood. It took over a month to get the wood from the showroom. The sink is off-center and the vanity has a gap between the wall now on one side because the technicians did not center the vanity properly. I have spoken to the owner, his son, and the saleswoman several times and they were absolutely terrible to deal with. I read so many good reviews before hiring them. This has been the worst and most stressful and expensive experience I have ever had with sales people and owners.

After reading the reviews, I figured this would be a good place to comparison shop. Best decision I could have made!!! From the moment I walked in, I knew this was an amazing business. Everyone was super friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Another very important point for me was that there was absolutely no sales pressure. That's a HUGE plus! Long story short, I had received a quote for over $46,000.00 for the cabinets I wanted. This quote did not include any extras like pull out tray/drawers, lazy susans, utensil cabinets next to stove, etc. The price I ended up paying for all of the same cabinets from the original quote from the other guy plus additional cabinets, special pieces, drawer pulls, lazy susan/utensil drawer/pull out trays/drawers, etc. was just under $21,000.00!!! This price was for the exact same manufacturer (Fabuwood) and same exact color as quoted by the other guy...That's a $25,000.00 difference! (If my actual cost seems like a lot please note I got an insane amount of cabinets/pantries, etc.) Also, I don't know how I was so fortunate as to work extensively with Furkhan, but he was incredible throughout the entire renovation process! Despite the fact that I knew what I wanted for our renovations, I knew nothing about the actual process/details. Furkhan was pretty much available 24/7 and spent an endless amount of time with me going over every detail, making sure I didn't miss anything I might need, and answering my never ending questions. He took the time to learn exactly what I wanted and went above and beyond to ensure the desired results! He also came up with ideas that seemed minor but ultimately made the difference between me really liking my kitchen to absolutely loving it!!! (I still just look at the kitchen when I walk in and smile at the results). Another huge plus was that he worked seamlessly with my contractor and everyone else involved in the project (plumber, appliance place, etc.) to ensure the smooth flow of every aspect of the project. Even when I had a small problem with an outside vendor, he took care of it for me and made sure it was resolved immediately. He kept on top of everything going on and kept me updated accordingly. I cannot possibly thank Art of Kitchen Tile & Bath enough for all their hard work. Everyone who has walked into our house cannot stop talking about how beautiful it is and about the quality of the work! And I can never thank Furkhan enough for his insights and suggestions and handling the project with such professionalism as well as following up on every detail to ensure the incredible results we achieved! The template guy, Javek, did an incredibly thorough job and taught me so much about what it takes to ensure proper counter care and installation. The installation team was fast and efficient. Overall, it took me 2 weeks from start to finish - from picking the stone to installation. I had the BEST experience here and I was feeling wary at first because of the previous reviews. However, I decided to go with GKB and am so glad I did. In detail, here's why I highly recommend GKB for your counters: 1) Yoselin was so attentive. I would email and call her with a million questions and she always took the time to carefully answer each one. I had her on the phone for 45 min at times and she was never impatient. I felt secure in my transaction because I had Yoselin on my side and I knew she was 100% dedicated to making sure I was happy. 2) Javek is the most knowledgeable template maker you will ever meet. He came and spent 2 hours making a custom template for wood boards. Other companies bring pieces of cardboard and guesstimate. Not Javek. This guy is responsible and exact. 3) Installation team came and had all the pieces installed in 1.5 hours. They were on time and very respectful. 4) The quotes were spot on. No hidden fees, no surprises. You can pay deposits with personal checks. Final payment needs to be in cash. 5) I had the opportunity to go in store and pick out the exact cut of the stone after my template was done. This is great - such flexibility! I literally had the opportunity to tell them which corner of the slab I wanted them to cut from and specify all the details. This process was also easy and pain free. 6) GKB has the largest selection of QUALITY slabs at the best price. I looked at 3-4 different slab vendors. Either the vendors were over pricing their stock or their slabs were uninspiring. The quartzite I ultimately chose was something I found ONLY at GKB. It was the "yes" moment I was waiting for. 7) I felt valued as a customer. They respected me and my time. At the end, I got the exact counters I wanted and they are beautiful.
