We purchased several items from Decors for our home renovation and, overall, we had a great experience. They had great modern options for bathroom pieces and for the kitchen. We purchased two vanities, two mirrors, our bathroom hardware, kitchen backsplash tile, kitchen cabinet handles, and kitchen faucet from Mo and his team. It's not a huge store, so they didn't have some items in stock, but this was true for bigger chains as well, so my husband and I didn't mind the waiting so much as they did their best to get us the items quickly. Mo worked with us on pricing and our budget and was always friendly and helpful. When my contractor accidentally used the wrong handle on my of our drawers causing us to be short a handle, I visited Decors and they were awesome enough to give me their one and only handle they had in the store on display instead of having me wait for the handle in the mail. The only downside to Decors is that they charge $100 for delivery (lucky for me, my contractor was willing to pick up the items) and, also, they don't always call when they say they will. They are always busy though, so if you're willing to follow up with them and have patience, they will definitely treat you well! read more

Decors US - One of the bathroom vanities and mirror - Kitchen & Bath Near Me - Paramus, New Jersey

I purchased the Eviva Happy white vanity and sink combo online from Decors US on 9/28/23. I am unclear if that is the headquarters of the actual Eviva company or just a showroom. Decors US used to be in Paramus NJ, but is currently only in Monroe NJ. I emailed them on 10/5 to inquire on an ETA and they said it would be delivered on 10/6 but if I'd not emailed, I guess it would've just shown up. I had no shipping/tracking info/email. We received our vanity/countertop/sink on 10/6/23 so it took a little over a week. The directions say to affix the sink to the marble countertop with plumbing glue & the provided clamps and to allow 48 hours to dry/set. That adds two days to your install. We did that. On Sunday,10/8, we were ready to affix the countertop/sink to the vanity unit and place it atop the vanity where it fits in. Once we did that, the top right drawer would not close. Either the sink was too large or the side of the wooden drawer was too high. It seemed logical that we had the wrong sink. I started Googling everywhere this unit was sold for the specs to see if there was a measurement for the sink. Only one site had a measurement for the sink at 15x11. The box our sink came in said 16x11 and we measured it, so we were convinced we had the wrong sink. My husband called the number for Decors US to see if they were possibly open while I emailed Eviva to start a dialogue there as to what we should do. A guy answered the phone for Decors US. At the same time, I also got a quick email response from Eviva. After taking numerous photos/video to illustrate the problem and explaining to both Eviva and Decors US what was going on with a lot of back and forth, it was decided that we would be shipped a new countertop and sink with a possible ship and delivery of either 10/12-10/13. This left us without a sink or water in our main bathroom since 9/29, since this was a somewhat emergency situation. Taking that long to get a new sink/countertop was not ideal since we knew were going to need another 48 hours to glue and set the sink to the countertop. That left us without a sink/water for two weeks, assuming we could do the install on 10/15. The sink and countertop arrived on 10/13 and we knew as soon as the new sink came, it wasn't going to fit. The style number on the box though was slightly different than the original one we had so we decided to take the new one, thinking maybe somehow it was smaller. We had a hard time trying to compare the new one to the one we had because the one we had was already affixed to the countertop. Decors US/Eviva insisted on taking back the one we already had so we had no choice but to give that one to the delivery guy and take a chance on the new one. We clamped the new one and we placed it on the vanity to see if there was any difference. The drawer still wouldn't close once the sink was in place. The only way to make this work is to cut the one side of the drawer down. You would need to be extremely skilled to do this because the vanity comes assembled & the drawer is not removable. One would have to do this repair with great precision because it has to be done while the drawer is still in it's spot. You can't just trace the line of where it needs to be cut and take the drawer out to do it. We ended up having to take the whole track off. This item has a price range from different retailers online from approx $835-$1500. It was around $748 on Amazon Prime Day on 10/10/23 but that's the lowest I've seen it and we'd already purchased it higher 2 days prior. That's an expensive item to have to saw/sand drawers down when it was admitted by Eviva, that it was somehow a manufacturer error. Most people would have just returned the whole vanity & gotten a full refund but we were pressed for time/space. I was willing to take a partial refund, but it should have been a substantial refund, like 50% off. They first offered me $50 and when I said that was unacceptable, they offered me $150 and wouldn't budge from that. I finally just accepted the $150 because they refused to go any higher. I would never purchase from Decors US/Eviva after this experience. There were many ways Decors US/Eviva could've rectified this situation in a better way. We let them know on 10/8 about this problem. They could've gone in their warehouse/showroom and taken the same sink/countertop they sent us, clamped it & tried it in a same size vanity. If it didn't work they'd have known they had an error, or if it did, sent a whole new unit next day, sent us a new drawer or refunded half my money and called it a day. Instead, I have a trail of approx 25 emails back and forth, arguing, an insulting monetary offer, etc, and a vanity that still had to be modified by us. Luckily, for us, we are proficient in this kind of work. Whoever is sending the emails uses very positive language, telling you to have a wonderful day, but if and when you have a legit issue with their product, they do NOT stand behind their products. read more

We were very pleased to find this showroom in Paramus. After looking at the chain stores and being very unhappy with the quality of the merchandise, this was like a dream. A large number of vanities on display to choose from, and all were well made. We picked our purchase up at the Paterson warehouse, and everything was well done. They opened each box for our approval, and then wrapped everything back up and put it in our car. Will definitely go back again! read more

We bought 4 vanities and eviva mirrors thru decor USA. One of the mirror was not working fine and we contacted the seller. We were told to send the video which we did. One week later when we followed up we were told they never received the video. We resent it while on the call. Never received a reply for 2 weeks. When we called again, we were told they sent us a video claiming our installation wasn't correct. We never received their video. On asking what needs to be done for correct installation, the guy was clueless. Said he will check with company and get back on Monday. As per the seller suggested process, if the mirror doesn't work properly after he is able to give us the correct installation directions, we will have to take the mirror to his store and they will ship it to the company. Once eviva receives it and checks, they will repair or replace. Sounds like an absurd process. Seller doesn't take any accountability of products they sell. So customers beware before buying from them. Our sales person was Ash and we had a great experience pre sales till this issue arose. Decor USA lacks basic customer service orientation. If we go their suggested way, we will need to get the plumber once again and pay for it. If it doesn't work, we need to take it all the way up their store (after packing to keep it safe in transit). Then wait till they send to eviva and eviva checks it before sending replacement. Looks like a couple of hundred dollars of unnecessary expense plus a month or more or wait for a replacement. Seller is completely indifferent to a customer issue. The same plumber installed 3 more mirrors of same company and type, but the 4th one was defective. Seller lacks bare minimum customer service focus; so be careful when u buy from them. read more

I went to Decors u s again for another bathroom and the basement tiles. They came to the house for an estimate first the price was decent I decided to go with them after checking few references that were happy with their work.we bought tiles look like wood for the basement from italy was in special instead of $7 it was only $4 per square foot. Installation was great and the basement look awsome . 600 SF. Also did the bathroom. Vanity, toilet and they also did my shower door frameless the price with installation was 1850. The lowest price I found. Over all great job. Good prices and many vanities to choose from on display. Loved it and defiantly recommend them. Thank you. read more

Built a house and was using another plumbing store for almost everything. Gave them a try for a vanity. A few problems were that they never called when it came in. Then find out you have to pick up in Paterson, not at the store. Was told by Moe that he would make an exception to pick up at the store if we give an exact date. Well when we actually took him up on this, he wouldn't do it. Then when we go to pick it up in Paterson it took them an hour to get it out of the warehouse. To top it off, they forgot to give us the mirror. Moe said he would deliver it. THEN we find the granite counter top is missing the back splash!!! The sales people or very accommodative and helpful, but I think they are a bit confused on processes. read more

The 2 stars for this review is purely based on our experience here. We are redoing a bathroom and we went here for a vanity and sink. We found one we like and they offered us the vanity for $900. About $400 less then what it was labeled for. We place the order with mike and ash, I guess they own the place or whatever. They report it will be delivered within 2 weeks. The scheduled delivery day came and it never showed up. Apparently they were delivering in south jersey and we were the furthest stop and they couldn't make it. So they told us it will come the following day between 4pm-6pm. Well 6pm comes around and they don't show up. I call the store and speak to Ash and he goes "we don't know when they are showing up". How do you not know when your driver should be to a stop or have an estimate? He then estimated it will show up by 8:30pm. I asked if it doesn't show up are we being refunded for the shipping since we've been waiting for 2days and he LAUGHS AT ME. says there's nothing we can do about the charge. That is RIDICULOUS. the driver finally shows up right before 8:30. We checked it out to make sure nothing was wrong with it and the inside of it is FILTHY. covered in brown dust all over a white vanity. Needless to say I'm not sure I would recommend this place based on their service. read more

Ordered a full set of kitchen cabinets, order was delayed and when we finally got the order we found out that 2 doors were broken, one glass was damaged, missing molding and other issues. At first they were willing to help , they started sending me to different warehouses, i had to pat extra charges for parts i already paid for, some doors were the wrong size . i had to pay for their mistakes over and over , once $461.40 and another charge for $161.00, overall Randel is avery nice guy but as we stand today my kitchen is still not done!!! read more

It is a year since we purchased bathroom vanity, marble counter-top, pop-up drain and porcelain floor tiles. Everything looks good and nice, but not without glitches: they did not include backslash, though I asked for this. Maybe it was honest mistake, but we had to pay after. Also the pop-up drain was leaking. So, I had to replace, Since I installed myself, maybe it was my fault. Bottom line- now we like what we have. And the guy was pretty nice and helpful. read more

We purchased three vanities for our house from this place, two with double sinks and one single. Big purchase and the salesperson guaranteed prompt free delivery in two weeks, which is generally the standard. Two weeks went by, no delivery, after multiple calls we got our two double sink vanities delivered a week later. After several calls they assured us the last vanity will come a week later (thats 4 weeks after we placed the order). They also told us at that point that we would have to pay for shipping, since only the first delivery was free (no matter that it was their fault it was not included in the first delivery). Week 5 goes by no delivery, week 6 and we requested to cancel our order. They said to process the refund for us we would need to physically come into the store again, even though it was on credit card. Week 7 we finally got our refund. It was a big purchase and yet handles very unprofessionally. Be aware when you go into the store and they assure you that they can get you exactly what you want and deliver on time. read more

My wife and I bought two vanities an one of them we had to go 4 times because the first 3 times the vanity was damaged. The vanity was advertised with the mirror and initially didn't give it to us, when we complained eventually they gave it to us. Then we ordered the countertop, they gave us a price for 50sf of countertop and we paid upfront. After the installer came to take exact measurement, they informed us that they could not honor the price they gave us anymore and if we wanted the same product we needed to pay extra $1000. So big waste of time for us, and we had to get the countertop somewhere else. We also ordered marble for backsplash. We ordered 61 SF, we then realize that was too much, we called to limit the order to 50 SF and even without picking up the tiles yet they already wanted to charge us 20% restocking fee. So we decided to take the 61 SF. After finished the installation we had 16SF of tiles left. We went to the store and they refused to take it back, after they told us that we could return it with 20% restocking fee. I spend tens of thousands of dollars at Home Depot, Lowes, and Ikea, never had this type of problems. Additionally I am an Architect and I deal with this type of stores on a daily basis, so I can tell who is reliable and who is not. These people are not reliable for sure! LONG STORY SHORT, I AM NOT GOING BACK TO THIS STORE EVER, VERY DISAPPOINTED. read more

I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering my vanity from DecorsRUs. I was promised my vanity in 7 to 10 days. I needed the product for my ongoing renovations. The original vanity I had did not work for my space, so I needed this replacement vanity ASAP. This was explained to both the salesman and the woman that placed the order. She drew a template while I was in the store, I gave a deposit. I called 10 days later to follow up, only to find they have not even ordered the vanity. The woman said the design template needed my approval. The design she sent me was not what I wanted, she assured me that she understood what I wanted and it would be ready in 3 days. Needless to say, when my contractor picked up the vanity it was not the design I wanted, has poor workmanship and has a huge gap between doors. When my phone call was put on hold for 20 minutes, hung up and emailed them. Still no response! Do not do business with this company! Worst customer service ever! read more

Recently had the unfortunate experience of doing a couple of bathrooms with Decors US. First bathroom was a simple vanity replacement. Loved their selection and ordered vanity countertop and faucets. Out of three items we had to take six deliveries to get them right. Vanity came in damaged twice. Countertop came in wrong, then chipped so went for a third custom top. When the tops came in we went to install the faucets and the drains were the wrong color. Mo's answer is the same for everything. Don't worry, come pick it up! When asked him to deliver he said he would have to charge $100 delivery! I wont bore you with second bath but still not done. Tile left off delivery, short tile, wrong tile in at store, vanity top short, drain missing parts, faucet is defective. Stay far away from Decors. I am a homeowner and have done renovations before, worst experience and customer service I have ever had. read more
