I was working with Rosa Guzman (Design Consultant) for a few months and she has a great patience to help on my home renovation and she always gives an honest opinion even though I was changing multiple times. I was so appreciating her care and more. And also, Estefania (showroom manager) was always there when we need a valuable/creative design ideas and solutions during my selections. From last week, Rosa was away for 10 days to visit her mother in Spain. However, while she was away, per my GC, I need to finalize all tiles and deliver to the site within a week. Therefore, I need to work with Michael Chambers (Sales support) which he doesn't familiar about my orders but he has full of knowledge / patient to manage to finished up my orders/revised correct square footage/ remaining balance payments of total (8) different products. I was confused about the orders; however, he was so precise and thoroughly going through my orders, and make sure not to make any mistakes. Not only that he scheduled the delivery and follow up call and left me a message to make sure all (8) products / quantities are available to delivered on this Friday. We had an extremely bad experience here: 1. We went there twice in the same day. First time we walked in without appointment, there were multiple sales person available and no one bothered to provide support or reach out to us. Second time, we had an appointment with Brian. Got in, told front desk, she said wait and then ran off to discuss something with another store person. Absolutely absurd. Left us unattended for 30 minutes. We then went to Brian's desk ourselves. 2. When we told Brian we have an appointment with him, he gave us no eye contact and said he needs a few, by the way, it's way past our appointment time due to the ridiculous front desk. 15 minutes later, he came to us. Worst customer service ever. Showed no interest in providing input and seems clueless. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS STORE. They are terrible! Deserve 0 rating. read more

I worked with the sales woman named Gloria Seitel to renovate 6 bathrooms in my house. Gloria always behaved like she had a chip on her shoulder but I worked with her because she was recommended to me by my realtor. Through the sales process she was somewhat responsive because she was making sure she gets her commissions. We returned almost $2000 worth of material that she sent to us and charged us incorrectly for. That money was never returned to us and Gloria never bothered returning any of my calls or emails. Gloria is a thief and she is disgustingly rude. Please do yourselves a favor and work with someone else at Porcelanosa or go to one of their other locations. Just stay as far as you possibly can from Gloria the glorious thief. read more

Beyond disappointed in the entire staff at Porcelanosa. I went in tonight with my husband walked around the entire store and was not greeted by the front counter woman or approached by the several (4) sales people. I am in the process of a new construction and have four bathrooms to complete. I was ready to spend major money tonight on everything from floors to fixtures. I will take my money elsewhere. Obviously they are not interested in doing any business at all it purely a "showroom" nothing more. The lazy sales people sitting at their desk playing apps on their phones and looking so disinterested. If I saw the woman at the front desk pick her nose, scratch her face and sniffle one more time I would of called the Covid police. Totally gross vibes from the workers. Avoid this place. The once around was too much of a waste of my precious time! read more

I purchased wall, floor tiles and a full shower with a Krion shower tray from Porcelanosa in Paramus, together with the recommended adhesives etc for the install. We were told that Krion was a wonder material, extremely tough and hardwearing, among other, more cosmetic values. Our contractor installed everything according to the manufacturer's instructions and once he had finished we were delighted with the outcome. Our bathroom is less than 4 years old and the shower tray just cracked for no reason while my husband (who weighs 150lbs!) was enjoying his morning shower. We are devastated at the knowledge that the tray cannot be removed without having to replace the wall and floor tiles - the cost is going to be significant. Not to mention the upheaval. Given that this is such a high end material, and Porcelanosa pride themselves on standing by their products, I called them in the hope that, although the warranty has expired, they would recognize that the tray cracked due to a fault in what could only be the Krion material itself. After all, they emphasize how strong this product is during the sales process and on their website. They did not. They did not take any responsibility at all, informing me that the tray is not repairable, in spite of their website claim: "it is hard-wearing, highly resistant and easy to repair". They did offer to sell me another tray at a discounted price. So, I find myself in a situation where I have paid $30,000 (including install) for a beautiful new Porcelanosa bathroom, wondering how on earth, 4 years later, I am going to be able to afford to replace it all. I am so very disappointed with Porcelanosa. I have recommended them to many of my Staging and Design clients, friends and family. I shall not do so in the future. read more

I have been to at least 15 tile stores and this one was by far the best service of all...go see Brian!!! I decided not to use a designer for my bathroom project and have spend countless hours searching for tile(which I have found to be more difficult than naming a baby). I walked in to this store on a whim and didn't have an appointment, I was greeted immediately by Brian who asked if I had a few minutes to wait while he finished something up. Within 5 minutes I had his full attention. He helped me to select my tile and ordered a sample that was out of stock in the store, it was shipped to my house the next day. He gave me incredible design ideas based on what I told him I was looking for. He even gave me suggestions for paint that would work best with the tile we selected. When I went back into the store to order my tile, again without an appointment, and 8 minutes before they were closing, Brian was finishing with a customer and asked if I could wait. Once again he was assisting me within 5 minutes of my entering the store. Brian stayed with us after closing time and we never felt rushed. I wish that I had met Brian 14 tile stores ago, I would have saved myself countless wasted hours in other stores. Porcelanosa had the most beautiful, best quality tile and the prices during the 40% off sale were great. Go see Brian, he'll give you the best advice and service for your home design project. read more

Great service when you are shopping (We loved our sales person) but forget about customer service when you are out of the door. Our $$$ vanity sink broke from my husband's shaver slipping out of his hands. I was not expecting the whole sink to be shattered. It left a whole the size of a softball. It took 1 month to get a replacement sink - which I paid for. When I got it home (bc you can only pick it up) it was way too big and unfinished. There was no way it would fit and we had a plumber confirm. 2 months of back and forth (employee Nari was not responsive) were told they didn't have a compatible sink to replace it. (The vanity is less than 4 years old). I was told by the manager Estefania- after I followed up weeks after she was supposed to call me- that the shattering of sinks happen - and was given three articles on how porcelain is made. Funny, bc my other WaterWorks sinks don't even have a scratch on them. Pretty stuff but for the lack of quality and customer service you can get more for your $$ elsewhere. read more

I've been to both Porcelanosa locations with the Bergen County area. The one in Mahwah and the one in Paramus. I refuse to go to this place ever again due to the poor customer service that they provide. At both locations the vibe, the customer service, the experience is all the same. They're not friendly and they're not willing to provide any help to any customers unless you seem like you can afford their product. Granted my attire at the moment was not their usual customer base. Walking in with ankle socks, flip flops, basketball shorts and a t-shirt is not their norm, but as a customer I do feel that if all customers should be treated equal. Another customer that walked in well-dressed was greeted properly and followed as they browsed around. Thanks, but no thanks. read more

We renovated 3 bathrooms with almost all materials from the Rockville store of Porcelanosa including a shower column, an expensive Porcelanosa brand product. After less than 2 months of use, multiple rust stains appeared on one side of the shower column. When I contacted them I was told this was a result of using 'harsh cleaning products' and that I should not use vinegar/ammonia/bleach. We do not use any of those products. We clean all surfaces including rest of the shower column, linear drain cover, towel bar, shower door handle & hinges - all steel materials - the same way and none of those have shown any damage. I was really disappointed that they do not stand behind their own name brand product and refused to take any responsibility for a defective product. We have other projects including kitchen renovation but will be looking elsewhere for completing the projects. read more

We recently visited the Paramus location, we were helped by the receptionist who graciously assisted us with a quote for backsplash tile and took our measurements for a Krion countertop. She was very informative and explained that our quote would've referred to a salesperson. After not hearing from anyone I contacted her, she explained it would be a few more days. I contacted her after 3 days, she replied less than politely that when she gets it I will get it. A total of 12 days has elapsed without a follow-up. I am giving 3 stars for the great service from the woman at the front desk. I would give her more, but the review is for the business. read more

She summoned a gentleman sitting at his desk that I passed at least twice. He gave me very straight answers and looked annoyed that I bothered him. Love their tiles, all my bathrooms tiles were from them for my two apartments. service was ok and sometimes not that great it really depends on who is helping you. half of thr saleperson look really lazy there. But I can tell you Outtara Ly the saleperson she is definitely friendly and more helpful! The manager (Afraid America) she is helpful as well. I prefer Paramus location than Ramey..workers are little more friendly. I felt compelled to write this review because of the excellent customer service I received from Karen M. Her professionalism and extensive knowledge of the product line and it's numerous uses was impressive. Karen's sincere, patient and pleasant demeanor actually made it fun to do business with Porcelanosa in Paramus. I was disappointed that no one from the staff offered us assistance on our first visit to the store and as a result I purchased the materials for our kitchen renovation elsewhere. It was by chance that I stopped into the store again and I am very glad I did. If I could give a big fat zero I would. Absolutely no regard for people standing in line in 95 degree heat. They limit capacity in store to 15 people and the place is gigantic. The store has nice displays and selection although a bit pricey. But the customer service is awful. Sales people chit chatting and not saying a single hello, acknowlwdgementor greeting to any customers. Most customers were walking around looking on their own while the sales people were doing nothing other than sitting at their desks or socializing with each other. They gave off a rude attitude. I assume they don't work off of commission... that's the only reason I can think of for their lack of service. For a store that tries to be high end, they need to work on training their staff on customer service. Poor customer service. Came in looking for vanity, mirror, and tiles for a new renovation. We waited by the desk and the sales person doesn't even acknowledge you. After 5 minutes I asked if someone can help us. Low selection of vanity mirror options and tiles. This is the 2nd coming in and the salesperson was condensing. Go next door to Bello. They greeted you upon entering and gave information on all the different tiles and countertops that we looked at. Italian imported standard white subway tiles were less than Home Depot but had a $40 shipping fee. The quality is def better than Home Depot or Tile and Decor. We told them we have to come back with measurement and they let us know their promotion will run till end of Sep. Bello was helpful and patient! read more

Brian is the superstar at Porcelanosa, and he would be the superstar at any similar or more prestigious tile store. His college design degree serves the public well in a business where design is everything. My main thought is why this talented person is not in charge of design, at this store or within the corporation. He is that good. After many failed attempts at lesser tile places, we went to Porcelonsa to find floor and wall tiles. Brian patiently helped us make choices, always using his refined design acuity. The result is stunning. Porcelanosa without Brian is a good store, with him it is an ascendant oasis. If you're going I recommend trying to make an appointment with him. My wife and I went to the Mahwah store to look at tiles to redo our kitchen floor. There were two salespeople sitting with no other customers present. We walked around for ten minutes looking at tiles and were completely ignored. My wife approached the male salesman and asked him"where the kitchen tiles were". He crossed his arms and pointed a finger from each hand to signify all over. We were taken aback by his rudeness and lack of interest and left. After a unsatisfactory experience there with their personnel, I reached out to the PARAMUS Porcelanosa office as I was eager to purchase a beautiful tile I had seen in Ramsey. It was in Paramus that I met Michael Chambers. I have to honestly say that he is a magnificent customer service representative. Had it not been for Michael I most likely would have ended up not purchasing anything from Porcelanosa. He was helpful, friendly, and made the experience very easy. I have to admit their material is amazing, beautiful tiles and bathroom part. However, you really need to think twice before doing business with them( Porcelanosa in Paramus, NJ). I ordered the tile and laminate floor on early March, and I asked to delivered on beginning of May. And the sale rep said they can't grantee my stuff will be in time, because people in their company tend to grab stuff whatever available in warehouse, so by the time to delivery, I might face the fact people took my order and I will need to wait some other piece to be back in stock. I was like WTF, so I ask them to deliver as soon as everything arrived on May. They said everything is there except my laminate floor, so I ask they to delivery the pieces which in stock first, the delivery guy didn't make it on time, cause two days to make it delivered. Then 2 weeks later, the sale rep email me said the floor is in stock, and ask me to pay another shipping fee for deliver my floor. Have you ever heard homedepot charge you per times if your products is not in stock at once? And I ask her it didn't make sense for us to pay the shipping fee for same order twice, and she answer is you could have waited everything to delivered once who is the same person telling me if I wait I will face the potential risk that people will take me stuff in warehouse. Plus, again if you return anything you will be charged 20% restocking fee. For me, I will never ever back to have business with them again. read more

In summary - excellent customer service. I got my bathroom remodeled a year and a half back and purchased my shower system from Porcelanosa in Paramus, NJ. Couple of times I've had water pressure issues and I've reached out to my Design Consultant Yuri Kim at the company. Yuri has been very responsive and has put me in touch with the Product Support team who have sent me replacement cartridges when needed. Recently, a Product Support team member came to my apartment to make sure the replacement cartridge was installed correctly. He was extremely knowledgeable and because of him my shower water pressure is working great now and I take comfort in knowing that if there are any future issues, Porcelanosa will be there to assist me. read more

Doing a bath and couldn't figure out the tile colors plus did not have much time so I went to this place thinking I would pay more but could not deal with the home cheapo .Terry greeted me and my partner warmly I handed him the photo of the job he had it wrapped up in 20 minuets and I will have the tiles Monday morning!
