Big open showroom, they set me up with a slightly unusual PVC tee and trap right quick, no problems. But their prices seemed a bit high compared to what I've been paying for PVC parts. Anyhow, they're open Saturdays which just might save me this weekend :)

Extremely negative attitude from people there that have zero problem solving skills…read more I've been there about 6 times and I feel they almost enjoy not being able to help. Every time they say they can't help trying to find a fitting and when I explain further, turns out they had the part. Even sold me something with missing parts once and would not return, accusing me of lying or losing the part. I'm a fan of local business but not this one.

Could this place be for real or was I dreaming?…read more Astonished when I went today to return item that had stopped working (prob my fault frankly) sans packaging or receipt--and the owner (Whose name is apparently Jerry) made it so incredibly painless. Replaced immediately with same per my request. You can not imagine how grateful I was. First, because I'm a bit disabled right now, about 75 lbs and getting around or stress of having to explain (dreading) is tiring. Yet walked into this old fashioned shop and didn't have to do any of that (I do not do big box stores). No rolled eyes or questioning looks. No awkward pleading needed. It was, without a doubt, the most pleasant shopping experience (in and out 2 minutes with replacement)--I may have ever had. I don't do reviews here but had to--for this place. Jerry, I don't know you--but thank you Sir. The ultimate professional and business owner. A dying breed indeed.

Not only did he have the drainpipe part I needed, he even took the time to cut it to size based on the old piece I brought with me. Its local businesses like this one that remind us of the value shopping locally can bring to the customer experience. Thank, Jerry!

I recently purchased semi-custom kitchen cabinets from Home Supply, and honestly, given the amount…read moreI spent on the project, I should've just gone to Ikea--at least there you can easily find any missing parts yourself. From the start, the quality was disappointing. Some of the handles had stripped screw holes, and there were cracks on the inside back of the cabinet. The storage drawer for trash and recycling was busted from day one--we couldn't even open it fully, and when we reached out for help, the only advice we got was to "just give it a good yank." After doing so, the soft-close feature completely stopped working. It also took months to get a technician to replace the kitchen vent, which turned out to be a mismatched size, causing even more issues. Overall, Home Supply's service falls short. When we reported the issues, we were brushed off, and the staff seemed indifferent unless you were there to buy more products. A very disappointing experience.

Really, really satisfied with the customer experience I recently had with Pequannock Appliance…read more From my first interaction with the owner George to the final step of the two guys who did the whirlpool dishwasher installation, I was very impressed. Recommended by a friend who's purchased appliances from the store for over 25 years, I went into this purchase cautiously optimistic. Having done appliance research and looked at big box store all-in pricing, I had a model in mind along with what I expected to pay. What George quoted me all-in was very reasonable, less expensive than other stores, and it allowed me to shop local. Win-win. The two guys doing the installation and removal were efficient, clearly experienced and overall just good people. They gave me a few tips, replaced a loose drain pipe at no additional costs and cleaned some underneath areas I had not seen in over a decade. I highly recommend Pequannock Appliance for the customer experience, including very competitive pricing.
