I have been buying from Hardware Designs for all my homes over the past 20 years. Chris Cox,…read moreshowroom manager, is knowledgeable and very helpful in choosing what I needed. Everything I purchased has stood up to the hands of time. I strongly suggest to buy from a company who stands behind their products and knows how to help you design your kitchen and bathrooms. Now, several years after my latest large purchases, I needed a simple gasket for my expensive kitchen sink strainer. I have to commend Bissette Mercado, the technical support specialist, who went above and beyond to help me solve my worn out strainer issue without facing a ridiculous cost. This is a great store - classy and honest. Bravo to both Chris and Bissette.

The store is convenient but it has gotten to the point that I have to take pictures of the prices because I know it will be an issue at the check out. Then a manager has to correct the price for me. They need to correct it for everyone, not when you happen to catch them. I wonder how many people just don't notice it. After putting up with this for over a year it can't just be a mistake.
