I called Ace and the manager I spoke to on the phone (James) quoted me an amazing price and said he would order the fob and call me in a few weeks to get it programmed. This is the only part that makes this a four star review instead of a five. I ended up waiting over a month and did not receive any call. However, I called the store for an update and spoke to James. He said he had just gotten the fob in and I could come in whenever. We went over our schedules and he was willing to work during his lunch break so I could get my fob!! I came into the store the next day after that call and it was pretty empty. I asked the person at the front register for help locating James and he just pointed to the other end of the store. Not helpful. Once I went to the other end of the store, I found another employee who was incredibly kind and radioed James to tell him I was there. Once he was there, James went right outside and programmed the fob in less than ten minutes! I would definitely go back if I needed to!!
