We actually called the headquarter of KITH cabinet/https://kithkitchens.com/ to find out their official kitchen store in Union county and they said 'My house kitchen'! I also compared the costs against several other kitchen stores and he had the best prices. His partner Alex, owner of Dano Development, led the remodeling project of our kitchen, bath and home. He was very communicative, thoughtful and professional and we couldn't ask for more! Bora and Alex worked together well and finished the project on time and stayed within the budget. We were so worried about our remodeling project at first due to our friend's bitter experience. Last year, I stopped in Savona Sales - we looked at a few options but did not buy. After shopping around for the best price and product, we chose to give them another shot. I got to work with Sabri, one of the managers. He made the entire experience so stress free and easy. He immediately took my appointment, created a layout, showed me options based on price and quality and did not play any games with the specs. We ended up coming to a great price and product agreement for J&K Cabinetry. Three weeks later everything was delivered and my contractor installed it. Upon install, we saw that the trash pull out was missing. I called Sabri and he immediately ordered it and provided me a credit of $150.00 for the labor to install. This was generous and appreciated, but here is where the magic happened. We wanted to use the credit to purchase a few extra panels, but due to shipping and other costs it did not work out. I suggested that Sabri perhaps take that credit and make a donation to St. Jude's Children's Hospital as a way to do good in the world. Not only did Sabri do this that day, he sent me a copy of the receipt with my name on it validating the donation. This was an amazing act of generosity. So many people just want to make a sale and move on. The care that Sabri and Savona took is amazing and inspiring. She intuitively picked out materials that appealed to us, including the tile, countertops, custom cabinetry, and fixtures. Along with Brian, the estimator, she came up with an ingenious use of the existing small space for an expanded walk-in shower and vanity area. Zoriana created a CAD rendering of the project, so we were able to clearly visualize what it will look like. Monks met our budget, and we are excited to proceed with the job. Still in the early stages, but I will update with pics when it is finished.
