We tried to find one on-line, we went to Lowes and Home Depot, and we could not find one that matches what we need, and the contractor needed it ASAP. We remember THE STONE SHOP did our kitchen last year so we called and Ashley told us to come over right away and pick out a slab we like and she will have it cut to the right size for us. We went there at 11 am and selected one that matches our wall tile color and Ashley said she will have a piece cut out to our specification by 3pm. We went back at 3pm that same afternoon and the piece was all ready for pick-up, all polished to perfection. We brought it back home and the contractor installed it right away. They were incredible in thinking out of the box to help us out. I cannot thank them enough for saving the day. They were friendly, accommodating, and affordable. The first job was to take down and rebuild a very old worn out deck. The job completed on time and at the price quote. The craftsmenship was impressive. I then added the ronovation of a shed used for gardening supplies. Again the workmanship and finished product was outstanding. By this point I was completely confident in the quality of work done by IC Home Design. Next was taking up an old kitchen floor with several of flooring including old 4 x4 tile. IC Home Design quickly removed flooring and prepared the surface for new wall to wall tile which he also installed. I wanted the new kitchen cabinets to sit on the new tile. Ultimately he installed the new cabinets and finished off the kitchen install including new appliances, replacing a window with rotted wood and adding some additional electrical outlets. Next up IC Homes completely updated a secondary bathroom and then total renovated the master bathroom. Later IC Home found a floor refinisher to sand down the original hardwood floors and stain the floors which looked like new when he finished. All this activity took place while my eldery friend was still living in the home. Horia was very considerate of her living in the midst of all this mayhem and did little things to help her manage her way thorugh it all. I can't speak highly enough of the the quality of work done by Horia and his company I C Home Design. He is a true craftsemen who is a finished carpenter and knows how home construction should be done. In the beginning Mark is so nice and makes everything sound rosy, and by the end of your project you will be miserable and must fix his mistakes and perform litigation for items you have already paid him for. I contracted Mark for a 2nd floor addition and garage, and I will say his subs are very good and perform quality work, and likely the only reason there are any positive reviews for Skyview. Mark's scheduling and organization skills are non-existent (30 years of experience ?!?). In my case, I had to step up and do most of what he was contracted for - mostly meet with inspectors and fix and pay for the mistakes he made. Be prepared for him to be absent during your project. He turned a 4-month project into a 14-month one that still is not complete. Be prepared to pay double the price he quotes as well. He lies to you with the price in the beginning to get you hooked, and then you are stuck with him as the costs double before your eyes. My costs more than doubled. I just want to get as far away as possible from Skyview at this point, but I can't because he is trying to extort money from me by holding my kitchen cabinets from being shipped. I have paid for the cabinets (and his fee) in full, and yet he now claims I own him another 5k. Buyer beware - you have been warned that Skyview/Mark is dishonest in my experience.

I spoke with 3 different customer service representatives, but unfortunately each interaction only made the situation more confusing and frustrating. Thankfully, I eventually connected with a fourth representative, Brandi W., whose knowledge, patience, and persistence helped resolve the problems created by the previous agents. Even with Brandi's assistance, I cannot say the drawers function flawlessly--which is not a reflection on her--but together we arrived at a solution that works adequately for my purposes. Without her product knowledge and commitment to customer service, I likely would have returned the drawers altogether. Brandi was exceptionally easy to work with. She was prompt, clear, and concise in all follow-up communication and remained committed to finding a workable resolution. My five-star rating is a direct reflection of her professionalism, friendliness, ability to understand the issues, and success in resolving them. As for the other representatives, I would rate them closer to a three-star experience--and that may be generous. The following details are provided to alert other customers to potential issues they may encounter: The drawer slides provided by EasyClosets were physically smaller than the existing slides in my system. Once installed on the cabinet walls, the spacing between the new slides was approximately 1/8 inch too wide. This prevented the drawer-mounted slides from aligning properly with the cabinet-mounted tracks. It is important to note that the cabinet interior dimensions matched EasyClosets' specifications exactly. I provided photos (see image) and a detailed explanation of the issue, but the EasyClosets "engineer" either ignored the information or failed to fully understand the problem. He simply instructed me to insert the drawer slides into the tracks, despite the fact that I had already explained this was physically impossible because of the excessive spacing between the mounted slides. I ultimately resolved the issue by installing two 1/16-inch shims between each cabinet wall and its corresponding slide. This corrected the alignment and allowed the drawers to function. However, the new slides still do not operate as smoothly as the original units. They rub and bind somewhat during opening and closing, even though the drawers are level. My order also included drawer pulls that did not match the original hardware. Apparently, I have an older system, and although the representative handling my order had access to my prior purchase information, the incorrect hardware was still sent without advising me that the original pulls were no longer available. Because the replacement handles were wider than the originals, new drawer-face covers had to be provided, and I ultimately drilled new holes so I could install matching handles that I purchased separately from a local hardware store. None of these issues were insurmountable, but given what EasyClosets charges for a single drawer, I expected more of a plug-and-play experience at that price point. I understand that mistakes can occur with online ordering and that not every transaction goes perfectly. However, when customers report problems, representatives need to step back, listen carefully, and approach the issue with forethought and technical understanding. That is exactly what Brandi did, and she deserves full credit for turning an extremely frustrating experience into one that was ultimately manageable and successful.

As others have stated, they aren't very customer service focused with emails and phone calls left unanswered for days and weeks. Communication was poor from the start, with very little sense of urgency. Their installers broke our medicine cabinet during installation -- then blamed us and our contractor, saying it shouldn't have been installed yet. This was never communicated beforehand, and we had made it clear they would be responsible for any damage. While they eventually agreed to cover the cost, we had to chase them for weeks to get reimbursed. They also removed the doors from our vanity cabinet and lost the hinge screws, which caused further unnecessary delays. The sink arrived unfinished, with glue all over the inside of the custom basin. We were empathetic to the fact that they're short-staffed, but the delays dragged our project out by months. To their credit, they were honest and ultimately made good on everything -- but only after persistent follow-up. If you choose to work with them, be ready to stay on top of every detail yourself.
