A few days after the order I realized I had made a mistake - I ordered a dual fuel wood/natural gas oven, when I actually needed dual fuel wood/propane. I called and spoke to Luca who immediately made the change in their system. The oven was delivered the next day and the delivery person was extremely courteous and helpful. Again, I made another mistake. I forgot to order the stand to put the pizza oven on. I called Luca again and he took payment for the stand and offered to waive the FedEx costs since I paid for assembly initially. That would have been great customer service already, but to go a step further, Luca called me back and said they would put it on a truck and deliver it that same day. Such a great experience!

Kevin took the time to thoroughly educate us on all the options and process of converting to gas's. He walked us through the burner types, log options as well as add ons with no pressure. He also gave us a great recommendation for a plumber to run the gas pipe (JLM aid Bayshore). Kevin was so accommodating and we'll coordinated, we were able to get everything installed in one day (plumbing, burner install and log set up). Matt, the installer, was excellent! He installed the burner, set up the logs and embers and provided us with detailed instructions for running and maintaining the new fireplace. Village Fireplace & BBQ was super knowledgeable, reasonably priced and very well coordinated. We used them for installation and that was fine. the issues we had were the unit they sold us was too small for the opening so we noticed a gap after it was installed. It's on me that I didn't double-check the measurements but its also why I bought from someone who specialties in this. Then, when I called them about a fix, their first option was to charge me for a piece to cover the gap. Final issue post-install is the window developed small crack. I called them for warranty service and their response was again to offer options where I have to pay. They eventually agreed to call the manufacturer for eh warranty but it was like pulling teeth. I followed up after a couple weeks and again got an unenthusiastic response and no information. That was about 6 months ago and I've given up on them.
