They have every part. Gadgets and tool possibly available. Better than the big box store the staff are incredibly kind and helpful and will walk around and help you find what you need. I ordered furniture that had to be assembled and there were not the correct number of screws so I rushed in flustered and they ease my stress and found the exact right pieces to help me finish the project. They always ask if you need anything else. I tried to build a play set for my grandchild and vey sport but I mistakenly got a wrong piece stuck and could not get it out I rushed over again almost crying and asked what could I do? They very patiently and kindly were able to take apart and asked if I had brought the screws with me they were going to attach the pieces properly for me I am forever grateful for their guidance on paint selections, finishes. Accessories needed to complete the project. Over the years I have gone on knowing what needed, or mostly knew what I wanted to do but not what I needed to eat it done and they guided me on how to hand heavy mirrors and shelving. Repair or patch wood finishes that have been damaged. Adding the kindness, patience and care they show every customer, I am genuinely grateful for a local small business.Honestly the prices compare to big box stores where it's sometimes hard to find what you need and you certainly will not get the care and attention you receive here. It is worth it even for I've small item. Stop by and say hi! Let me add they cut keys as it is getting harder to find anyone that still does this! What a rip off! I've been buying from this lumber yard for over 40 years. I've had a house account…read morefor that long too. Dryers bought it about ten years ago. I recently needed to pick up some pressure treated lumber. They were close to the job so I chose to go there. They sold me 2x8x12's at the counter. When I got to the yard to pick them up I was told they don't have them but they have 16's. I jokingly said can I bring the 4' of waste back? I just received the invoice for the adjustment. Over twice as much more for waste!! I called the owner to speak with him about an adjustment. He told me I shouldn't have bought them. If the guy inside said we don't have them I would have gone someplace else! Never in my widest dreams did I think someone would charge me twice as much for something I cant use. Your inability to stock your yard properly should not cost me. I'm Done doing business with you!

Not only was this the best customer service I've ever experienced when buying paint, but it is probably in my top 5 best customer experiences ever! Kristen helped me develop a color palette, and choose colors in the direction I wanted to go, that would complement both my color palette and trim color. I then purchased samples, and boards and tried everything at home. I loved 8/10 colors immediately and just had to return to the store to adjust the colors for two rooms. Because of Kristen's expertise I didn't have to spend much time choosing the perfect colors. She knew immediately which ones to suggest. I plan to return to Riccardi Brothers for a wallpaper project next! Run, do not walk here if you are looking to paint.

Guy behind register was preoccupied watching a game. I had to ask a few times if I could get an explanation of all the paint finishes as I'm not fully aware. Stopped in the other day to get touchup paint. Requested flat pale oak, small can. The cheapest as I only needed it for one spot. He ended up canning a regal select for me which is quite the opposite of the cheapest can. It's the most expensive. By the time I realized what had been prepared, I felt like I was left with no choice but to purchase it. Overall, I felt misled and overcharged, especially because I was very clear that I wanted the least expensive option for a small touch up. Combined with the lack of helpful customer service during my previous visit, I was extremely disappointed with my experience and would not return to this location.
