They have every part. Gadgets and tool possibly available. Better than the big box store the staff are incredibly kind and helpful and will walk around and help you find what you need. I ordered furniture that had to be assembled and there were not the correct number of screws so I rushed in flustered and they ease my stress and found the exact right pieces to help me finish the project. They always ask if you need anything else. I tried to build a play set for my grandchild and vey sport but I mistakenly got a wrong piece stuck and could not get it out I rushed over again almost crying and asked what could I do? They very patiently and kindly were able to take apart and asked if I had brought the screws with me they were going to attach the pieces properly for me I am forever grateful for their guidance on paint selections, finishes. Accessories needed to complete the project. Over the years I have gone on knowing what needed, or mostly knew what I wanted to do but not what I needed to eat it done and they guided me on how to hand heavy mirrors and shelving. Repair or patch wood finishes that have been damaged. Adding the kindness, patience and care they show every customer, I am genuinely grateful for a local small business.Honestly the prices compare to big box stores where it's sometimes hard to find what you need and you certainly will not get the care and attention you receive here. It is worth it even for I've small item. Stop by and say hi! Let me add they cut keys as it is getting harder to find anyone that still does this! At 4:10 the manager walks past us (as he helps a woman take out 4 gallons of paint to her car) and says to us "I'm not mixing anymore paint! We were supposed to close at 4!!" One of his coworkers looks at us and goes "I know you guys were waiting but he won't mix paint for you since he's the manager". I literally look at him and go but we were here early- why would he think we just walked in (the line wrapped around their paper towels and fertilizer bags)? We spend a lot of money shopping local, but his absolute rude attitude was completely uncalled for and unjustified- will not shop here again. We'll be giving our business to Berkeley Hardware for Benjamin Moore paint going forward.

She intuitively picked out materials that appealed to us, including the tile, countertops, custom cabinetry, and fixtures. Along with Brian, the estimator, she came up with an ingenious use of the existing small space for an expanded walk-in shower and vanity area. Zoriana created a CAD rendering of the project, so we were able to clearly visualize what it will look like. Monks met our budget, and we are excited to proceed with the job.
