I called and spoke with a competent and capable American who answered all questions I had and was willing to give me a good price. After purchase he even closely coordinated my situation with the distributor in order to answer questions I had about the unit. The distributor was very good too, forwarding my question to the correct department and following up after a few days. They sent out a new battery to my home and were easy to reach via email. They responded quickly and were very professional to deal with. I am a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Ga Tech, a US Naval Aviator and airline pilot and very conscious of outsourcing, employment of illegal aliens, and what it takes to make a good business in the United States. This company employs Americans, is professional in their business, and responds well to customer questions and concerns. Give them a call and see for your self. Then there's a seating area when you can eat, served by a friendly attentive staff and an adjacent boutique area where you can purchase housewares, clothing and other cool stuff. I'm not in Maplewood all that often, generally when I'm shopping at the equally awesome City Workshop but when I do, I always make sure to hit up Perch. You should too. 1/2 star deduction because they don't offer fake sugar, just that Stevia crap which is gross.
