As things turn out, it was a blessing in disguise as Amazon and Ooni currently has it for 30% off or $629.30~ It arrived this afternoon and will soon be enjoying it knowing my hard earned money did not go to an insulting person. With Amazon, if there are any issues, they will pay for it to be shipped back for a replacement or full refund. Does Karig's offer free return shipping if a product is defective or a full refund? Doubtful. They're a small business so should be treating people much more respectful. Here are a few things Dante said to me on my second phone call after he got rid of me on the first call, "I have to go"... - I'm running a business, you asked me a million questions - I answered all your questions - so did you call a hundred places to find out what they charged? (actually no, I had not) At the end, he asked if I was ready to order and I asked to confirm the $50 UPS shipping charge. He said he had to take an order so I hung up the phone. If true and he wanted to sell the Ooni to me, the proper and professional way would have been to ask if I could call back the next day. He wants the easy sale and wants a customer to order without asking too many questions which is his prerogative but just know his true character or two-faced persona; pleasant when you're ready to spend and insulting when not. Obviously, Dante didn't want or need my business but either way, I'm happy I got a better deal and my hard-earned money went elsewhere where customers are valued and treated much better. Thanks again Dante Passerini! You did me a huge favor but I will not shed a tear when your store goes out of business...

I must have spent 30 minutes trying to guess where they kept them. Finally (ahem, I am a male) I asked for directions. The guy I asked, took one look at the hinge I needed (I had a sample) and he sent me here. I walked in, was immediately helped by the counter man. He looked at my sample, said he would check stock and I amused myself walking through a fantasy land of beautifully displayed home goods. My savior came back in a few minutes with a bag of the hinges I needed. The price was about half of a similar hinge at the big depot. Wow! Before you remodel a kitchen or bath, stop in here for inspiration, advice and a world class shopping experience. An example of a shop staffed with professional, helpful and sharp people. When I went to return it I found out there is a 25% restocking fee and a chance I would only receive a store credit. I tried to buy local and American but they sure make it hard. But if I'm scanning a bar code, I'm obviously holding the item in a store. Was told sorry, that's the online price. I asked, couldn't the app tell I was in a store since I scanned an actual item? If I were scanning an item from home, I obviously already bought it. Only option to get the lower price would be to go home, order online, have an employee take the time to find the item and process the online order, then drive back to the store to pick up the next day. Unfortunately, Madison didn't have the door we were interested in so off I went to Union. Will the sales manager was a pleasure to deal with and was 100% knowledgable about storm doors. We ended up with the top pf the line Larson door and we couldn't be more pleased. Tommy and Carl did the installation, They were so helpful and friendly. It took a few hours and the end product came out fantastic. You could tell that the door was perfectly installed. I always use Jaeger as I'm not a fan of the big box stores. The customer service was outstanding and I was told if anything ever went wrong that the problem would be fixed immediately. I don't expect any problems but it's nice to know that Will is available in case. Great job.
