We had already identified a dryer that fit our lifestyle, but he helped us find a slightly smaller model that would be easier to move into our old house with narrow doorways. The delivery men were outstanding! They arrived when promised and easily removed the old dryer. We have had some really bad experiences with appliance deliveries from other businesses. Terrible. Bought a brand new macbook laptop, it worked for 2 hours then didnt turn on the screen went black with this message. Dont buy a cheaper product from here because odds are it wont work and they will tell you to go to the manufacturer. Thanks for absolutely nothing. Update is they processed the return. I just explained i had bought the product hours before and its completely broken. With the right management and a conversation we were able to come to a solution I really appreciate. read more

I purchased a Fridgedaire refrigerator 18 months ago. I got the extended warranty. At the end of Nov 25 I started having issues. First with the ice maker then it not cooling. The read hiit shows the temp is high and keeps flashing high. 2 techs came out claiming to resolve the problem. One said it's the door sensor so the refrigerator is not showing the door is closed. And would order part. They didn't. 12/22/25 Now in the third tech who says it's the fan and would order part but can't report it before Christmas. Their techs don't work weekends unless they choose to, for overtime. If you work you have to take off and you don't know until the night before if they will arrive in the morning or afternoon. It's takes a week to get part ans another week to get a repair appointment. I had no working refrigerator during Christmas. Still don't. Twice they claimed to order parts and didn't. I wish I never went PC Richards. Their service is TERRIBLE. Their techs don't seem to know what they are doing. Fridgedaire is not standing behind their product either just the warranty. I do not recommend them. I spent over $2000 to have this problem in less than two years. read more

I have been to this location before and generally had a great experience but today was not the case. I figured I will complete my online purchase and while doing laundry run an errand or 2 in this pouring rain. That was picking up the purchase from PC Richards. To be fair the email says to come with ID. But I was running and totally forgot my pocketbook at home. All good I have a credit card on me. I have the email. I can call my daughter on FaceTime to get my ID right? Well nope not the case. I told Joe the "Manager" my situation. Told him I could show him via FaceTime my ID. Nope nothing. So I asked for a refund. Without questions or a solution he refunded my $300.00+ dollars. Not everybody is a damn crook and the simple fact that you let me walk out of that store shows me this is not the type of company I want to give my money to anyway. I went to PC Richard & Son after much frustration of shopping around for a stove that matched my must have list and in my price range. Within 30 seconds of walking in the door, I was greeted my Elijah who asked if I was picking up, I stated that I was shopping for a gas stove. Elijah advised me that the stoves were upstairs and said he would be up to answer my questions. Although the model I wanted was on back order ( same as all other stores) he was kind enough to check their inventory & showed me similar models that boast the features that I desired, while being respectful of my budget. Long story short, I will soon have a new stainless steel stove with an air fryer, convection oven & self- cleaning features to adorn my new home. I'm great full for the stellar customer service that I received today from Elijah @ PC Richard & Son on art 22 in Union. I recently purchased a GE French Door Refrigerator from the Union location and it was installed on May 22, 2024. My LG French Door refrigerator died after 13 years without any problems! I purchased that refrigerator also at PC Richards. My experience with my most recent purchase at the Union location was really phenomenal!! 'Saint' was my sales representative and he was absolutely delightful to work with. He provided me with the most excellent service with his knowledge, sincerity with all of my concerns and patience with answering ALL of my questions!! ALSO, the two men who came to my home to install this refrigerator were absolutely amazing! They were like magicians and they made the entire process look so easy when it isn't!!! They were brothers and they worked so well together! They were polite, extremely professional and knowledgeable! I had to write this review because it is really rare these days to have such a wonderful experience from beginning to end and this was one of those rare occasions!! I purchased a damaged HP all in one PC from them and received no assistance in returning it. I took full responsibility in acknowledging that I passed my time to return the item. I tried to tell the store manager that someone at the store had to open or process it as a return because the box had instructions for a refrigerator in it. He completely ignored that fact and referred me to the manufacture. After I was put on hold by HP 4 times and each time my calls dropped I finally got someone on the phone to assist. Long story short. I send it to HP manufacture for repair because it's 'under warranty' Judy to be told I have to pay $381 for an already damaged computer. I learned 3 key lessons. 1. Have the store plug up my appliances in the store. 2. No longer shopping at PC Richards. 3. No more HP appliances. read more

After receiving a glowing sales pitch I purchased 2 appliances from this company with the assurance that I would receive the correct items. When the items arrived, one was the incorrect item and the other had a problem. The salesperson would not even speak to me after several calls and the manager would hardly listen. Eventually the manager did resolve the problem. Sales personnel need to realize you may make the sale but you lose the customer for good. I will never purchase from this company again. read more

I was looking for appliance and they have a great selection of appliance on the 2nd floor of this place, they actually carry some high end appliances as well. their prices are pretty good. They only had one salesman on the floor and he was with someone the entire time I was there, but as I was leaving he ran over and asked me if I needed help. He was very helpful and polite. I bought a Samsung refrigerator at PC RICHARD on route 22 and it was delivered this afternoon, I bought this refrigerator because of 10 years manufactured warranty logo that was on it. Unfortunately the one that was delivered has no the 10 years warrant logo on it and I called to ask a question about the warrant but a lady picked my call but dropped the phone on me I thought it was a mistake and I called back again the same lady picked it as I was trying to ask her my questions she dropped the phone call again I wanted to talk to the manager they didn't let me talk to the manager they pretended has if they did not understand my language so painful. Absolutely the worst customer service. I went into the store to get a TV that the website said was in stock in the store. I waited for 20 minutes for someone to pay any attention to me to help me. She looked up the TV and said they don't have it in stock. I went home, looked It up again, and it said that it was in stock. So I called back but the store and asked for somebody to look it up, and they said that they do have it in stock. Very frustrating. read more

Here we go again..worse experience with P.c. Richard and son. About 2 months ago I posted a comment about how bad costumers service function with them. After all the mistakes and bad service rendered, the technician who came to my house didn't find what was wrong with my washer but said he will order a part, as it turned out I called a month later and came to find out he never did, ok so they sent some else who said he will order the part but still didn't find the root of the problem but my washer is still leaking water, 3 weeks passed I called a d nothing was found in the system however the young lady promised to look into it a d have a manager called a d let me know what happened..well that was more than a week ago and I'm still waiting..p.c.richard and son you worth nothing to me when it comes to customer service. In the age of all things being purchased via online, this is the must go to spot for deals and impeccable customer service. I recently had a delivery and wanted to know the window and timing. I would leave zero stars if I could. Our customer "service" experience, from the site manager to the corporate level, was atrocious. Go to any other appliance store and save yourself the damage to your home, as well as a major headache. While delivering our refrigerator the men were reckless and left large gouges all throughout the stairway of our condo building, chipping the paint and destroying the wall in multiple places. The delivery men didn't use a dolly and left numerous scratches on our hardwood floors AND our kitchen floor. After two appraisal visits scheduled by P.C. Richard, a colossal waste of hours of our time, the contracted delivery company denied any damage to the hallway and only took responsibility for two of the many scratches on our hardwood floors. All they offered was a $225 settlement check which appeared to be the standard offering for P.C. Richard. That only covers a small fraction of the full damage to our property. I am disgusted with how this has been handled by the damage claims department and don't want to see anyone else go through this horrible experience with this unprofessional, poor excuse for a company. P.C. Richard should be ashamed of themselves for how they treat their customers and conduct their business. read more

I went to PC Richard to buy a whole new kitchen and a mattress. I basically knew nothing about what I needed or wanted, and they have a very large selection of products which made it even more difficult for me. So I relied on one of their salesman, Brian. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He guided me through all of the decisions I had to make and I was confident that he helped me make the best choices. Now my kitchen is beautiful and I'm getting a great night sleep in my new bed. I'm a happy camper! Love it here. Always the best prices and great customer service. I went on Memorial Day for an entire kitchen appliance package and worked with Alfredo there. He was honest and so great to work with. He followed up with me constantly and got my delivery/install in to the exact day I needed (since it was a complete kitchen renovation and everything had a timeline). A small hiccup with the microwave (I ordered too deep for the cabinet I needed) and he resolved the issue promptly and carefully. Then delivery and install was prompt and neat and careful! My boyfriends parents bought an A/C at a Queens location of PC Richards. They said it was too small for their windows but they no longer had the box so they gave it to us. We brought it home and it just wasn't doing the job so we took the receipt and brought it to this location to try and swap it for something with more oomph. I fully went in thinking we'd have to argue bc we didn't have the box it came in and that we'd probably end up leaving angry. It was the complete opposite. A man greeted us a the door as soon as we walked in. We told him what was wrong. He quickly took us somewhere to plug it in to see if there was something wrong with it (apparently the compressor was no good). He told us he would gladly let us exchange it and so we upgraded. No questions asked at all. He even extended the 10% discount the other store gave bf's parents. In the past I had always gone to PC Richards to buy TV's and electronics because the service was always top notch. I will definitely be back to make any other necessary purchases. And this place is shaped like a giant boat in the middle of the hell-road of rt 22. You cannot miss it. read more
