First timer to this location . Either they have too many items to sell or the space is less !! This location is crampeddddddddd ! And it is one of the most disappointing locations of Home Depot that I have ever seen . All items are all over the place and this almost looks like a dollar shop. Shopping experience is very average ! Don't feel like buying here , because it feels like dollar shop ! No help around . There was only one cashier and the billing was very slow . Some products are good though . We like few of the made in India items . Good location . Lots of other shops around . Parking is good . Overall a very average experience.. 2 stars ! read more

The manager at this location, Ledy, refused to sell me a candle that I desperately needed for Kwanzaa. Apparently, she was not in the holiday spirit. The item had been zeroed out because it was originally a part of a pack of 4. So she told me that she was going to throw it out. I would have gladly paid for it, but she would not even give it to me. If the manager does not have the administrative power to sell something that is located on the store floor, for sale, then who does? If you can 0 it out, why can't you add the item back in and then, perhaps discount it as damaged? And if I can't buy something as simple as a candle to light up a 5 year old girls heart from a billion dollar corporation, during the holidays, we obviously have much bigger, more complicated problems. I don't think I was asking the store for an unreasonable request. read more

I just discovered "Home Goods" in Cranford, NJ..I love the store. Very quaint and prices are reasonable..I have been looking for a "full" apron. We love this place. We especially like to go for things like candles. They have a very good selection of quality candles. They can range from inexpensive to expensive, but if looking something full of aroma, there is something for everyone. From small to big & all kinds of colors. One of the nicest home goods I have visited ever! Fully stocked and organized makes this shopping experience an enjoyable one. They have a lot more variety of items that I specifically was looking for such as bath mats and king size duvet covers. No matter which corner you turn, you definitely will find something you need in the home. Customer service was friendly, but could have been better. I was pregnant at the time and needed help to carry a large furniture item to my car. Unfortunately the manager was not willing to help which is why this store is only getting 4 stars. read more

I'm always scoping out new home good locations nearby and Yelp took me here. This is definitely one of the better stocked store. Let's face it...not all locations are fully stocked and created equal. This place is located in the Clark commons between strips of stores. There's plenty of parking. It can get very busy here but don't let it discourage you just try to come during the weekdays if possible. As soon as you come in, you'd definitely spot at least a few items that is very pretty. I had to refrain myself on coming here as I can easily purchase everything here! Lol. The items are stocked neatly so you can easily spot what's available. Like any other HomeGoods, Marshals and TJMaxx, if you see something you really like, get it or you'll regret it. read more

Ahh, forget about driving all the way to Union, because this location is in town! Located in the Clark Commons, this store sells furniture, bedding supplies, and kitchen-wares. They also sell lamps, mirrors, rugs, wall decoratives, bathroom supplies (towels, toothbrush holders, etc.), and glass figures. They also have a gourmet food aisle too. For this experience, we came here to buy a new drinking glass set as our old ones were cracking up. We found a set here that was priced lower than the other one at Kohl's. We also needed a new bath towel too as our other one was just too old and needed to be replaced. We found a nice one at a low price. The folks who rang us out at the register had pleasant attitudes. I do take away one star because I noticed that some areas were a bit messy. This was particularly in the kitchen-ware area. This may have been a result from those rifling around to see if they could find their preferable carrot peeler or Palm Restaurant Sauce Pan at a really sweet price. I guess you'll have to look through that mess to see if you can find either or. Overall, I am a fan of this location. I was able to find everything that I was looking for. As with any HomeGoods, the prices were really good. Because of the really close proximity to my home location, we'll probably come back here more often than the one in Union. read more

I will never return to this store. The cashier treated me like I was a thief- she kept "price checking" everything even when there was a tag on it. My first item had a loose tag, so did she assume that I changed the tags then? Probably! I'm not from NJ, but I'm Hispanic and this looked like an all-White area...she must have stereotyped me. Not a good look for Home Goods. And people wonder why race comes up a lot....it's also a class issue, because people assume that if your Hispanic then you're poor. Screw that! This kind of treatment is unacceptable! I've been furnishing my new home and have been to at least half a dozen of Home Goods store and this crap did NOT happen anywhere else! I love this place! It's almost impossible to go there and not find something that's unique. The selection is always great and the staff is so friendly and helpful. My wife and I went there tonight and picked up a fantastic area rug for our living room that was perfect, and at a great price! You can't go wrong coming here! read more

This is my favorite Homegoods and one of my favorite home decor stores! The selection of items at this location is amazing and unique. The items are at a great price point and everything is wonderful to gift someone for a special event. Make sure to check out the clearance section as you'll find amazing sets of wine glasses and champagne flutes, the most beautiful vases you'll ever see, and fun kitchen items. I also love looking at the snacks aisle because I always find something new and fun to try. If you end up buying something without a box, the staff will help you wrap it nicely in the paper or give you an extra box from the back. All in all, this is the best Homegoods in the area and now that the entire shopping center is well developed, you'll find ample safe parking too. read more
