She was on the floor with the aisle blocked with boxes and a radio playing 2 Live Crew (raunchy rap of the 80s/90s). It was bad enough that she didn't try to move the stuff to the side to clear the aisle, but I asked her for a product and she didn't even look at me. She repeated it, I affirmed and she sent me to another aisle. This is Westfield NJ. Please do not bring that type of unprofessional behavior here. Clear the aisle, turn off the music or use an ear piece. The black lady at the register is as sweet as pie! Very friendly and great customer service. Send the lady in the aisle to another store where that environment is acceptable.

It wasn't cheap but since I wanted something decent for my newly wedded home, I was willing to pay big bucks. I initially went to the store in Paramus and did not like the selection there and since the sofa was literally all out of stock, I had to call all the stores in the area. Thankfully this location had the sofa in display model and no other place wanted to sell it but this location. I REALLY love all the furniture I purchased back then. Even after a year, it's been awesome. About few weeks ago, I accidentally broke one of the dining chair. I reached out to the store to see if the warranty covers it. The chair was out of stock in all the stores. I spoke to the manager (ah I for got her name!) and she told me she will try to help. I didnt have much hope as they did not have the chair in-stock. In 1.5 weeks, she literally called me few times to follow up and came back with the new chair!! she had to call multiple locations and warehouses for locate one!! OMG! I didnt expect or hoped I can get it replaced but she really made it happen. Even about a year later, I am pleasantly surprised with the purchase and the quality of the items and their customer service. At first, she might not seems the friendliest person you ever met but once you speak to her, she really tries hard to bring your satisfaction to the best possible! They sell zero waste products. What does that mean? Well I'm no expert and man I'm probably going to get some if this wrong. We went a couple weeks ago and I was just reflecting on how I had not written. A review because I've been so busy writing poetry and fiction but more on that later. Yeah, so turns out they have these big containers of things like soap, shampoo, detergent, housecleaning products and basically you bring in your own glass bottle or you purchase a bottle one time, and then instead of continuing to buy plastic bottles full of housecleaning products you just come back to this store and refill them. I could honestly walk here it's probably around a mile from my house and then I would be buying this stuff and not driving so my carbon footprint would be nothing. I feel like we've stopped talking about carbon footprints. We should probably start talking about that again. Also just lovely housewares. We bought these little towels to use instead of paper towels. I was skeptical but they've worked great. And I have stopped buying so many rolls of paper towels which I feel good about. Especially since I'm so bad about recycling. I'm sorry I just think it's a scam. We bought a really nice cutting board. I feel like we bought something else. The people who worked there were delightful. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of nice houseware items. I feel like my reviews are usually funnier than this one but I have a sore throat this morning and we have company and I woke up and I'm like oh no I hope I don't have Covid because a month or so ago we had Covid. Home test said no Covid but you know how these ADHD brains can spiral. But I did want to mention my book which is more specifically talked about in my bio. Please buy a copy it's funnier than this review. Or read some other reviews most are hilarious. And if you're wondering if it's appropriate for me to bring up my book here just check out Mark's review of this place where he brings up his 3 year old twins.
