We ended up with the top pf the line Larson door and we couldn't be more pleased. Tommy and Carl did the installation, They were so helpful and friendly. It took a few hours and the end product came out fantastic. You could tell that the door was perfectly installed. I always use Jaeger as I'm not a fan of the big box stores. The customer service was outstanding and I was told if anything ever went wrong that the problem would be fixed immediately. I don't expect any problems but it's nice to know that Will is available in case. Great job.

Workmen also placed paint orders over the phone and they had it ready for them when they arrived. I came in for trim paint and puddy to patch some door holes and give it a fresh updating. Erica in the paint department was extremely helpful along with Joanne. Because I wasn't exactly sure of the trim color I should use, Erica gave me some paint samples along with a color wheel I could borrow and take home so I could choose the right color for my trim. That would never happen at Lowe 's or Home Depot.. color wheels are expensive. Warrenvillle Hardware only uses good paint like Benjamin Moore. They have a nice selection of wallpaper and blinds too. I can see why this business is so popular with the locals. It's been around since I was a kid, before all the farms were turned into mega homes and businesses. There is something about walking in here and immediately getting the help and attention I needed. I own a paint contracting business, and have nearly 40 years of experience in this field in NJ. During all those years, I've dealt with countless people in dozens of paint stores. I can say unequivocally that Hunterdon Paint is, by far, the best of the best! From stock availability to customer service, from store ambiance to product knowledge, they are unsurpassed. In fact, I routinely bypass other stores with the same product, sometimes cheaper, to shop here! Why? It's always better to do it once than to do it over! Now, regarding color, that is the hardest part of the project! I have a color consultant on staff, and she makes a world of difference to customers. The same is true of Helen, whom Hunterdon uses for color consulting. Talented, fun, and well worth the cost to get it right. Yes, Duncan is very good, knowledgeable and personable, but so are Bill and Jack, all highly professional and dedicated to helping the customer to not only get the right colors, but to get the whole project right. Their level of understanding and commitment to the customer is unparalleled in my experience, Period! I hope Rose returns and allows them to help with her project. After trying out different recliners, we finally selected two recliners and a loveseat recliner. George was an enormous help and made the process much easier for me and my husband. He spent lots of time listening to our personal needs and the overall design of our small den. He made suggestions, but was not pushy. He let us spend as much time as we wanted trying out different options in his beautiful, immaculate store, but gave his opinion and input when asked.
