Called the store and they told me that they have a parking lot in the back and told me exactly how to get there off of Personette. 15 years I've been coming here and I have never known they had a lot in the back so a good FYI for everybody to know. When you walk in the wall to your right is filled with all the swatches you can imagine! You pick the one you want, bring it to the counter, and they make it for you. They even help you pick one that works perfect for your room and lighting! They also sell anything and everything to do with painting! From regular brushes, to the rollers, and everything in between. They have it all. Need painting masks, gloves, industrial painting equipment? They got it! When we went there to paint our kids room, Chris helped us out with picking the perfect color. Not only did he have the drainpipe part I needed, he even took the time to cut it to size based on the old piece I brought with me. Next day, I'm in the store, more questions for Mr. Junior. I became overwhelmed. He advised I could take the books home. After, 3 phone calls on eta and price of the selection. I chose one out of the Sherwin Williams book. This is the location you need to visit for your project. It's clean, great customer service, and they sanitize the store.

I still showed up to pick up the three remaining items. I should've known something was off when the store didn't actually have a curbside pick up area. I pulled into a parking spot and call the store as directed in my order confirmation email. Not only was I told there is no such thing as curbside pick up, they would not cancel my order unless I came into the store. Two weeks later I am still fighting to get the card charges reversed. I did go to Home Depot later that day and got my entire order for $24 less and picked up in a clearly marked and well lit curbside area. Ace is the place - where you don't want to go.
