I was told that ordering the paint online was the only way that I could walk in, and just pick up the paint (that is, not wait for the paint to be tinted, shaken, etc.). The next day I received an email stating that my paint was ready to pick up; however, when I arrived, the paint had not yet been made, and I would have to wait. The same surly clerk told me that they don't pre-make gallons of paint because "so many customers" never pick up their paints and that costs SW money. This was despite the fact that -- as she told me to do -- I had already paid for the paint. No apology from her... only obstinate indifference. I will never buy SW paint from here again.

He matched the paint up to the original colors and it's almost impossible to tell the difference. We're heading back to get paint matched for several more rooms. What a great experience! Not only did he have the drainpipe part I needed, he even took the time to cut it to size based on the old piece I brought with me. Next day, I'm in the store, more questions for Mr. Junior. I became overwhelmed. He advised I could take the books home. After, 3 phone calls on eta and price of the selection. I chose one out of the Sherwin Williams book. This is the location you need to visit for your project. It's clean, great customer service, and they sanitize the store.

I still showed up to pick up the three remaining items. I should've known something was off when the store didn't actually have a curbside pick up area. I pulled into a parking spot and call the store as directed in my order confirmation email. Not only was I told there is no such thing as curbside pick up, they would not cancel my order unless I came into the store. Two weeks later I am still fighting to get the card charges reversed. I did go to Home Depot later that day and got my entire order for $24 less and picked up in a clearly marked and well lit curbside area. Ace is the place - where you don't want to go.
