I e-mailed project manager and said that ALL 16 doors had paint drippings on door handles, hinges, latches, locks. Was told I signed off on the sheet and that it was a month later making this claim and there nothing Amato could do, but really it was 17 days. These are just a sample of the pictures; I could not take pictures of all the inside/outside hinges of 16 doors. There is not one door that did not have paint drippings, i also did not take pictures of the paint drippings on our ceiling fan, brand new bathroom fixtures. Absolutely horrible customer service, they got their money, so I am a lost memory. These pictures speak volumes.

As the other reviews say, they subcontract. I had to have the lead guy come out twice to fix all…read morethe mistakes the sub contractor made. You'd think the guy whose name is on the company would reach out and apologize? Or inspect the work that is done under his name? No. Poor business practice. Had my molding done all on my first floor, paint was all over my existing walls. Had the ceilings done and he splattered all over my existing wall paint. General patching was included, when i pointed out a spot Ryan and i specifically discussed the original subcontractor spackled it and left it. Job done. The sub contractor had to contantly ask what work needed to be done, the guy didn't even know the job!!! I spent a day cleaning up paint chips off my wood floors and peeling tape left behind. Had to take 2 days off work to have them come out and "fix" it. Im still looking at my old paint through the new paint in some spots. Ive resorted to fixing it myself because i don't want them touching my walls again. Steer very clear of them. Never again.

$25,000... for TWO Christmas Trees?!…read more I don't normally blast a business on social media, but this one... this one deserves it. And honestly, I need to vent before my head explodes like an overinflated ornament. As many of you know, my wife and I recently moved into a big, beautiful new home. So, wanting to do something special for her first Christmas in it, I decided to surprise her by having the inside professionally decorated for the holidays. The plan was simple: we'd walk up to the front door after our Thanksgiving cruise, she'd see a single elegant wreath, open the door, and BAM--Christmas magic. Hallmark-movie level brilliance. Something she'd remember forever. Well... she'll remember it. Not in a good way. I found a company online called Black Eyed Susan in Doylestown. I spoke with Susan herself -- and in hindsight, the red flags were waving like a parade. But I ignored them, gave her a $25,000 budget, sent photos of the house, arranged access while we were away, and paid a deposit. Fast-forward to the big reveal. We pull up to the house, and instead of holiday wonder... We're greeted by two massive flower pots tipped over on the front steps. Dirt everywhere. My wife is already annoyed. We spend 10 minutes trying to lift the things before realizing the bottoms are ROUND. Not flat. ROUND. Who even designs pots that way? The answer: someone selling overpriced junk. But hey, maybe the inside would redeem things... right? Spoiler alert: it didn't. We open the door expecting Christmas brilliance, and instead--we get... A Christmas tree in the foyer. Just one. And not even a remarkable one. Literally just... a tree. And some droopy, wilted green garland that looked like it had fought a battle with a weed whacker and lost. That's it. For the whole entryway. We turn the corner into the family room, and there's another Christmas tree -- this one comically oversized, like it was trying to escape from a shopping mall. A few random glass balls dangled from the upstairs walkway. Four windows got lonely ornaments. And the mantle -- which on Susan's website looks glamorous and luxurious -- had the saddest strand of wilted garland you've ever seen. I've seen more impressive greenery at Home Depot in JULY. So for $25,000, what did we actually get? Two Christmas trees and some wilted greenery. That's it. That's the whole list. After a few days of trying to reason with Susan the Snob -- who, by the way, speaks to customers like she's hand-selecting decor for the Queen of England -- I realized something: My wife was supposed to get a Hallmark Christmas. Instead, I accidentally hired the villain of the movie. I even tried to be MORE than fair. I told her she could take everything back and keep $10,000 just for her "time." But nope. Susan the Snob decided she wants ANOTHER $5,000 from me. $5,000. For... what exactly? The dirt on my porch? Feel free to tell her what you think of that idea. And finally -- if anyone wants two giant, overbearing Christmas trees for next year... come get them. Free of charge. Because we will NEVER be using them again.

I had an excellent experience with A&S Quality Painting and would highly recommend them. From start…read moreto finish, they were responsive, professional, and easy to work with. Paulo and the team communicated clearly throughout the entire process, followed up consistently, and kept me informed on timing. Their pricing was very competitive, and the quality of work exceeded expectations. They did thorough prep work, including power washing the entire house along with scraping and sanding where needed. They also applied primer where appropriate and finished with two coats of Benjamin Moore paint, which really shows in the final result. They even took care of replacing damaged shingles, which was a huge plus. The crew was punctual, very pleasant, and paid great attention to detail. Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately, and they made sure everything was done right. The house looks amazing. Overall, a smooth and professional experience--I would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality exterior painting. Addendum: After the job was completed, I noticed an area that was missed (hard to catch even by me since everything was white). I reached out, and they immediately sent the team back the very next day to take care of it. That level of follow-up and care really stands out--the job was already done, but they still came back without hesitation to make it right and stand by their work. Would definitely recommend.
