I ordered furniture that had to be assembled and there were not the correct number of screws so I rushed in flustered and they ease my stress and found the exact right pieces to help me finish the project. They always ask if you need anything else. I tried to build a play set for my grandchild and vey sport but I mistakenly got a wrong piece stuck and could not get it out I rushed over again almost crying and asked what could I do? They very patiently and kindly were able to take apart and asked if I had brought the screws with me they were going to attach the pieces properly for me I am forever grateful for their guidance on paint selections, finishes. Accessories needed to complete the project. Over the years I have gone on knowing what needed, or mostly knew what I wanted to do but not what I needed to eat it done and they guided me on how to hand heavy mirrors and shelving. Repair or patch wood finishes that have been damaged. Adding the kindness, patience and care they show every customer, I am genuinely grateful for a local small business.Honestly the prices compare to big box stores where it's sometimes hard to find what you need and you certainly will not get the care and attention you receive here.
