I gave this business thousands- all regrettable life lessons learned. They lie to you. Sleaze their way into you paying up, with them delivering wrong information and extremely poor work. They even lied they showed up to my house, when cameras show no one in sight for hours. I did pool liner with them: started coming off and they blamed anything they possibly can (water itself, the liner they themselves installed, and, the funniest one, the last installer which was them). When they ask you who did the last work- say a competing business or you forgot, and watch how quickly they point out all the wrong things done even they're the ones that did it. Their warranty is bogus but they're smart about avoiding any actually quality work and follow up. Schedule will keep extending. Dates will keep changing. People will show up for 30-45 min and scam you. They'll make problems much bigger so they can come back and take more money. They don't believe your photos, videos, or what you are seeing in your own home. They always follow their made-up delusions. The people who make the decisions and you give your money mostly to are not the people who do the job, nor do they show up to see anything. You'll find an extremely rude, unprofessional, and liar of a person named Darlene working you through the phone. The mostly behind the curtain guy is Dan- he will talk his 30 years of experience with you to get you to believe, and of course take your money. You will lose your money. You will face more problems in your pool and system than you started with. You will be lied to. You will regret your decision to worth with these slimy people. Go elsewhere. Do it yourself. Order online. Anything but conduct business with this company of liars and deceivers. You work hard, so take it easy and give your money and time to a more deserving business. Monarch is not it.

I purchased my pool from Tucci Brothers close to 15 years ago. The purchase and installation was…read moreseamless. I had a very positive experience. I would continue to drop in regularly to pick up parts, chemicals and accessories. Fast forward to last year. A tree fell on my pool and wiped it out. I filed a claim with insurance but I no longer had the receipt. The adjuster said he would call Tucci Brothers to get an idea for the depreciated value. Which probably wouldn't have been much. However, when he called they said that they had no record of me being a customer. I thought that was strange given every time I made a purchase over the years they would bring my account up on the computer. So I took a drive down to the shop and spoke to the manager. He looked in the system and said "you're not in here". I asked if there was a possibility I was accidentally deleted. He abruptly said "nope". "If you bought your pool from us you would be in the system". Then he asked "are you sure you bought it here". I said absolutely. He then dismissively said "I don't think so" while looking me straight in the eye. I no longer will recommend Tucci Brothers even though I have done so several times before resulting in at least 2 pool sales.

I spent thousands of dollars here and I had a product issue. NOT a store nor staff issue. They stood up for me and they stand behind their word and the products they sell. They are knowledgeable and fair. They recommended a good installer and service technician (Franco) which I am 100% satisfied as well. When I told the serviceman that he was recommended by Tucci Pools, I got service that same day at my home. The store and the technician they recommended, both, returned all calls promptly and courteously. You really can't ask for more than that. For a number of reasons I was never happy with the enclosure. I was sure that there must be a better way to enclose a pool, but short of converting it to an indoor pool, I was clueless. None of the local pool companies was of any help, but fortunately I found Pool & Spa enclosures on the web. As others have written, John and Alex are absolutely great to work with. Their enclosures are everything they say they are. The engineering and quality of construction are outstanding, as is the performance of the enclosure. Today, April 21, the outside air temp is 78. Inside the enclosure the air temp is 97, and the water temp is 83. Even though my pool is unheated, I have been swimming in 80 degree water since late March. Previously with the screened enclosure my pool never hit 80 until May. Ditching the screened room and replacing it with a sliding pool enclosure was a great decision. The new enclosure has exceeded my expectations in every way. Great product from a great company!

His pricing is also more competitive than most. However, actually getting consistent service from him has been a challenge. Our communication has been rocky from the start, largely because Eric is extremely unorganized. He's often messy with scheduling, and there have been multiple times when we agreed on a visit to a property, and he simply didn't show up--without any notice, and with no response to calls or texts. Another major issue is his temperament. He has a short fuse, and when he believes he's right, he resorts to aggressive language and constant cursing. Even when I prove him wrong and he briefly apologizes, the same behavior returns the next day. I've continued giving Eric business out of patience and understanding for his situation. I've kept him busy and even referred multiple clients to him, which brought him more work. But the last incident was the final straw. He failed to show up at my personal home for four consecutive weeks, despite our agreement for weekly visits every Thursday. As a result, I and my guests couldn't use the pool and hot tub multiple times. He promised to come the following day (Friday), apologized, and then still didn't show up. The final time I followed up, he replied with, "No, we are clearly not coming in the rain. Seriously?" -- without even a proper notice or attempt to reschedule. This level of unreliability and disrespect is unacceptable, especially after all the work and referrals I've given him. I've been patient long enough, but I can no longer tolerate this kind of behavior.
