Amazing burgers and fries! It's a little more expensive than your average burger joint, but worth it. The quality of the meat, buns, condiments, and fries are fresh. I woke up the next morning wanting another burger. I had the Napa burger. It was served on a fresh bun with arugula, Gorgonzola cheese, roasted tomatoes, aioli sauce. The burger also come with olives but I left those off. The fries were crisp and tasted great. My husband ordered the loaded fries. They were great too. The fries were thick and loaded with toppings. The Pico on the fries had a great fresh flavor. If you like Pico, I would order extra Pico on the fries. Next time I'm in Jackson, I will definitely be back to order the Napa burger. read more

Food was REALLY good. The menu QR code they have downstairs leads you to much cheaper, inaccurate prices (the burger I got cost $18 but the menu said it was $12.50). And the server apparently knew about the problem but nothing has been done about it. Use the QR code they give you at your table so you don't get suckered into cheaper prices like I did. read more

We visited on a weekend and it was crowded and we had more than an hour wait. Fortunately they took our number and texted us, which gave us time to visit the town. Our wait staff were helpful, the food was pretty good - a bit hit and miss - and the space was comfortable for our large group. I didn't see many precautions taken by staff or guests relating to COVID, however, in most rural areas people don't have the same fear of infection that some urbanites have. Service?? Ignored, told we could seat at any open table. Great just my husband and I so we were going to clean small table ourselves to not take up large table but "server" came over and asked if it's just 2 with attitude didn't even ask if we wanted drinks while we were waiting she just walked away! After sitting there and being ignored for 15 min decided they really didn't want to give us service so we left! read more

Had the Liberty burger with cheese, skinny fries, and an IPA, all delicious and great service from Marilena. Many choices for burgers and various sides. Very clean place and I sat by window with neat view of the street. Highly recommend and I'll definitely be back soon! read more

5 STARS!!!! Was in Jackson after our trip to Yellowstone and wanted something good within our budget. Everything about this place is 5 stars. Service, food, hygiene and seating. They have patio seating upstairs and it was amazing. Definitely join the waitlist from yelp before going to beat the crowd. We did that and seated right away and avoided 30 mins wait! read more

This place had the best reviews in Jackson, so in we go. The burger was damn good. I had the one with a poblano pepper and queso. Spectacular combo. The only improvement could be the bun. We noticed that nearly all of the restaurants in Western Wyoming had the exact same bun. Some bakery is making a killing. But it's big and dense. The bun is the only thing holding the burger back. They have margaritas and beer, which is awesome of course. The actual restaurant is pretty small. It is owned by a conglomerate that owns most of the restaurants in Jackson. The most annoying thing is that fries do not automatically come with the burger. read more

Delicious food however my husband's burger had a hair sadly. The waiter seemed surprised when we didn't want any sides so we felt maybe we weren't spend enough money, but other than that, the hair, and the closed bathroom it was a good experience. Amazingly delicious burgers in Jackson. Came here for lunch on a Saturday. Just got their Liberty burger along with the skinny fries. The burger was perfectly cooked and juicy. All the toppings went well with the burger. They have a lot of good shakes. The chocolate one was quite good. I assumed the Wyoming mule would be served in a traditional brass mug although it came in a long drink glass. Overall good experience. read more

Overall, the food was great! I dont think you can go wrong with any of the burgers, the two we got were well seasoned, and tasty. We also got a peanut butter shake and that was great too! The sidewinders were def on the thicker side, so if you're looking for something crispy, this is not it. Ask to be seated upstairs or on the balcony. I didnt realize there was any space outside of the first floor, but went to the bathroom and discovered there was a 2nd floor that was much quieter and nicer ambiance. I was confused why they didnt just seat us up there to begin with since the patio was open, but they were happy to move us up when we requested. read more

Got the Bella burger and my husband got the Give Back burger (beef patty, lettuce, tomato, avocado, bacon, and a ghost pepper queso blanco that was FIRE!!!) and both were absolutely amazing. It took a little while to get our food but it was definitely worth the wait. I'm going to be thinking about those burgers (and the onion ring that was on mine) for a long time, they were that good! read more

I think the burgers here are decent for a quick lunch, but not the best I have ever had. My recommendations here probably include the Wild Best Burger, which is a bacon-Cheddar burger, and the Chillerno Burger, which is a burger with poblano peppers and chipotle barbecue sauce. 1 star off: The beef patties are pretty thin, even my kids thought they were not filling. 1 star off: Burgers do not come with fries. Come on, I don't need a ton of fries, just a few crispy ones! Burger and fries go together like peanut butter and jelly. read more

Good food...very surprised on how it's not busy. Maybe because they were on the side of the main square? Well, ordered the nutella graham cracker shake for a drink. It was delicious. You can taste of all of that goodness as it was very well blended. For the food, I went with the nooner burger and a side of onion rings. Nooner burger was also delicious. Highly recommend it. The beef patty was perfect...medium well to well done and still very moist. The bun with the rest of the toppings worked out well too. I dipped the burger in there chipotle ketchup and it was great too! For the onion ring, the batter was tasty and well made since it actually stuck to the onion. The onion was a bit on the thicker side then the batter. My preference would be for the opposite, but either way, it was good. I would skip it next time though. Overall, I would definitely return. Fast and friendly service plus a delicious meal on a last day in Jackson hole works out great!! read more

Very AVERAGE. Chicken sandwich better than the burger. I ordered the Wild West burger, jalapeño poppers, chicken sandwich and sweet potato fries. It took 15-20 min to sit my party of 3. Took 15min for order to come out although it is Saturday. Burger was average, and I've had a lot of burgers in my days, a bit too much BBQ sauce and lacked an sort of distinct taste. The chicken sandwich was dry and lacked flavor even though it comes with bacon and avocado. The sweet potato fries were a bit undercooked and the poppers were extremely spicy. Definitely NOT a 4.5 star rating spot! read more

Good burger. Cooked to perfection. Good flavor. I wish they had a choice of one with some blue cheese crumbles. It would have went excellent with this meat and bun. Overall, price was reasonable. The service was wonderful. The burger we had was so juicy and good. The meat was so fresh and well seasoned. We sat in the top by a window it was nice- it was raining so a bit harder to see out. If it was a clear day we could've sat outside on a long bench overlooking one of the main corners in Jackson Hole. We will definitely go back here. Oh, prices were very reasonable! read more

Probably the best burger I've ever had. It was the give back burger. It had ghost pepper queso. I should have taken a picture but I ate it to fast. Lol The Onion rings are bomb. Five stars only for the food because service and cleanliness had problems. But the food was delicious! When I checked in with the hostess to put our names on the waitlist for a late lunch on Memorial Day, we were told it would be 15-20 minutes; it took about ten minutes. We were seated upstairs at a booth. They have tables and a bar outside overlooking the street. The table hadn't been wiped off well, so I got something sticky on my sleeve. I used my own wipes to clean the table. My son-in-law went in both of their bathrooms to wash his hands; neither had soap (?!) so again he used my wipes to clean up. It took a server awhile to bring us water then to take our order. We ordered skinny fries, monster onion rings (fried in yummy cracked pepper batter), juicy hamburgers, a salad with chicken and Granny Smith apple slices, an amazing grilled cheese sandwich on whole grain bread, strawberry shake, root beer float and pecan pie with whipped cream and vanilla ice cream. We wolfed down the food, not because we were especially hungry but because it was so good. Madi kept our drinks refilled and did an okay job bussing dirty dishes, etc. read more

This place is very casual, but they have amazing hamburgers and great service. I ordered the portobello mushroom burger, but swapped out Gorgonzola cheese for queso Blanco, and it was absolutely delicious. Comes with one onion ring on the top of the burger, which is just the right amount. My son had the western burger and it was just as advertised and cooked just right. I had iced tea and my son had water and the total with tip was about $45. This is a great price in Jackson. read more

It was very good I could not tell the difference with a regular muffin. The espresso was tasty. There are a few comfy seats and couch near the front where we sat. A bowl of fruit was ordered with fresh blueberries and ripe strawberries. Again, a generous amount. Cafe Genevieve has a staff that hustles. The food is done well and the portion sizes are large. The costs are a bit high with an average spend of $25 to $35 pp not including a morning cocktail for a basic breakfast. If you are hungry, stop by Cafe Genevieve for a solid breakfast.

Then when we get the text we were told you can sit at the bar instead of a table even though I saw two tables that were open and clean. So we went and sat at the bar. Then two minutes later another couple that was standing outside was seated at one of the empty tables. Well we sat at the bar and it took about 10 minutes before any one came and greeted us. Finally came back and took our order. We received our food which the s'mores French toast and the corned beef hash were both fantastic, but after the food. We got the check and it took another 10-15 minutes before they came back to pick up and run my card. Look I get being busy, as they were. But there are some improvements that can be made.

It's fortunate I've had better experiences with coconut matchas elsewhere, because if this were my first impression, I would have sworn off it! The orange syrup was far too zesty, and the coconut water they chose was terrible. Decent pastry offerings. Huckleberry donut was oddly dense, not very flavorful, and topped with thick icing. It didn't satisfy the homemade pastry feeling I'd hoped for. Baristas, at least, were VERY kind!

We got one spicy and one regular breakfast meat burrito on this trip. I think the only difference was the "spicy" had jalapenos in it. They weren't that spicy. They offer you a spicy sauce on the side for $1 which was a mayonnaise based hot sauce. More creamy than spicy. I'd see if they still have hot sauce on the counter like they use to and add it to your burrito if you want to kick it up.

We asked them to split the smoothie bowl in two for us so we could each share the burrito and the smoothie. They happily did this. We got things to go, but they have an array of counter and table seating to choose from. We liked it. Prices were Jackson high. So, more than you want to pay but if you can get free coffee at your hotel than it wasn't too bad.
