The service is always above and beyond.The store manager is on the floor working along with the other associates.The cashiers take the time to explain the sales.They are very patient.People don't understand that you have to buy in multiples to receive a discount or that discounts can't be stacked.Having been in retail management for years I know it can get old and boring explaining the same thing again and again.The store is always clean.All the employees are so willing to help.The Blonde cashier is always so friendly and quick with the jokes.The Cashiers always seem to have a great time while remaining professional.Which makes waiting in line pleasurable. read more

Saw Levi's as we were leaving Michael Kors and decided to stop by. The hubby likes levis and i could use some jeans. Came in and looked around. Was greeted and asked if we needed any help (big step up from michael kors). We declined of course since we were just looking for jeans. The guy at the fitting room was nice. If I could give them no starts I would I went in there to buy pants for Black Friday and I took my daughter with me which you should know she is 2 months old I was not even allowed to go in the store because I had a stroller I was even more pissed off when they said u could leave her outside and then shop?!!!! The security tag was left on my jeans and now I am not able to wear them. The cashier was checking her Apple Watch while she was also attending me that she forgot to take the security tag off, as I walked out the store the security alarm did not go off either so I assumed my purchase was complete. As I arrived at my home, which is an hour away, I noticed it and by that time it was too late. My girlfriend's birthday was last week and I totally forgot!!! I went to the outlets and I had no idea what to get her. I walked into Levi's and went to the women's department and there I found an angel from the heavens above! AMBER! She helped me pick out some really good stuff. I went to shop on Black Friday and decided to check out the Levi's store. I was shopping around for me and my family . I was helped by Christian Galvin (if my memory serves me correctly) and he helped me pick out a few pairs of 541's for me and then some 501's for my dad. Check prices online. You need to buy three jeans to get their current (as of 8/13/16) "deal-39.99 each" but you can get the same price online and you don't need to buy three. Individually they sell for 67.50 at this store-I needed one so that's what I paid-but the one I purchased has a retail price of 55 online and is on sale for 37.50-55 is the regular mall price WTF! . Waited forever. I had been told I could make Levis.com returns to this store. Since I paid with PayPal they would only give me a store credit? That's crap. I don't need anything right now and I don't live near the store so basically they would just be taking my money. That's a dishonest creepy policy. CRYSTAL and JASMINE are by far the best at customer service !!!!!! Gave me over 10 jeans to try on until I felt comfortable. They didn't show any attitude at anytime which was highly appreciated because someone else would have been helping with attitude I myself would have not put up with myself. They made me feel comfortable and I would go back to them so THEY could help me !!!! This was about a month ago so I'm posting a little late. Not only did they help me but that much but also my best friend and her sister ! I have never gotten this kind of help! Levis is a great denim brand known internationally. They have great quality jeans. So this review isn't about their jeans. It's about the poor customer service at this location. Walked in and was promptly greeted by a smiling sales associate. This was all good. But this was also the turning point. We walked around to get some help finding the right style of jeans. There was a sales meeting going on with about 6 employees in the middle of the sales rack by the front door. They saw us but completely ignored us. So, we wandered around aimlessly trying to help ourselves. There were 3 other employees circling the area chatting amongst themselves about what time they would get off of work and what they had planned after. Tried to grab their attention but they swiftly scurried off in the employees only area. So, I continued by search for some jeans. Noticed the jeans were priced at $40. When you purchase three or more, each one drops to $35. Not a huge discount or even outlet prices (seems retail priced to me). As I was browsing a wall of jeans, another sales associate kept bumping his "folding table on wheels" into my girlfriends leg. He didn't say excuse me. He didn't say I'm sorry. He just kept going like nothing happened. So, she went ahead and told him "it would be nice if you learned how to say excuse me". We dropped the jeans that we were going to purchase and walked out of the store. Lesson here for retail workers. Be friendly, help the customer out, and be attentive if you want to help make the sale. If you're just looking for a job to make money; retail may not be for you. It involves customer interaction. Find a different job that doesn't require you to be nice or talk to people. read more

Today I went to the Levi's store at the Citadel to make a return and I have to say I never expected to have such an excellent customer service. When I was at the store I met with the manager Saul Zamora and he turned my concern of a product I didn't want to a joyful experience and guide me in the right way of finding the clothing article I was looking for and showed me options of t-shirts, pants and jacket I could wear together. To say the list I purchased all ! I wish that all boutiques would have a great team as I encountered at the Citadel outlets, that will give clients options. GREAT JOB Saul Zamora and your team! You guys are a great asset for Levi's and be sure I am definitely going to be back to get more jeans from your store! I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for Levi's ! read more

This Levis store has such great help. I walked in last week and asked the first gentlemen I saw that worked there for help, and If your a guy and don't really know how to buy jeans ask for Bryan he knows exactly what you are looking for. The real reason why i am actually writing a great review about this place is that when i asked this guy for help his shift was over and was about to clock out, not only did he clock out he actually stayed there with me for an extra half hour to an hour to help me out which i am so grateful. I walked in wanting to buy a single pair of jeans i walked out with three. I wore one of the pair's of jeans i got on a first date the same night and i can say she liked the way i looked and have been going out with her. I want to thank Bryan for the help and you can expect me to be going back sometime soon. i highly recommend this place to anyone. read more

I was helped out by Benny he provided excellent customer service. When he approached me I wasn't really looking for help but he asked me what pants I was getting and I told him I was going to get the 510's in black but the material was too flimsy and so we began to discuss the pants. He recommended the 512's which were a perfect fit. This guy is really knowledgeable he is the perfect example of how Levi employees should be. read more

It's like I put on new legs and was able to tackle the world confidently knowing my lower half looked great.
