Menu (Limited offerings, at this time), but 2 of 3 savory sandwiches I ordered & tried were good.

Finally got a chance to check this place out. It's my understanding that this business originally started as a Food Truck and they opened a brick & mortar location in the Uptown Plaza. It's a small store front with only 3-4 person table tops & 6 bar stool seats at a counter inside and they do have a few tables outside. Upon entering you are immediately in front of the place to submit your order. This place was full and a small line for ordering. The gentleman that took my order was friendly & professional. I opted to try the bulgogi cheesesteak and bacon & egg sandwiches to go. They have a limited menu which is fine. By the time I had gotten home, it was still fairly warm and it was packaged well. Everything was cooked properly and seasoned well. Definitely worth the trip for me from the east valley.

This place is so cool looking and only makes a few sandwiches. Their homemade milk bread was super soft and I ordered the bulgogi cheesesteak. The sandwich had lots of cheese and a welcome fried egg inside. Definitely washed it down with the cool refreshing watermelon slushie. Lines can get long and there is really no place to sit as they only had a few tables inside along with several stools, 3 tables outside but not when it's 108 degrees. Must try and support the mom and pop business. Both owners were there were extremely hard and I wish them great success.

Be prepared to walk out with a food coma The toast sandwiches were so good but extremely filling. We went during peak hours so the wait was about 20ish minutes but I think it's worth it. The bulgolgi cheesesteak had this crazy cheese pull I did not expect (I felt like I was posing for an advertisement LOL). Very red inside and the lighting is a little harsh but the theme of the shop is so cute! Wish I took pictures but it was super busy so be prepared.

Finally! I would have to travel back to Japan to get a tastier sandwich than this! Happy to support a husband and wife small business from the beginning. Ive followed these sandos since the first few farmers market appearances. Owners are super friendly and truly enjoy their customers. The bacon and egg is my favorite. These are hearty and delicious. A full meal, no way you can finish it in one sitting. It's a simple menu and it's perfect. Just in time for summer the watermelon juice is a refreshing delight. So Yummy. Nice to go packaging available or enjoy the fresh new restaurant, beautiful vintage vibe with modern touches throughout. Cant wait to be back!

Went there with hubby. I got the spicy chicken and he got the egg one (with bacon I think). Food is good - don't get me wrong. But almost $15 for a chicken sandwich is a bit too much imo. Plus you don't even get napkins. They leave one roll of paper towel by the trash can for the whole restaurant. It's some place that you should try for at least once. But will I go back? That's debatable. Plus service was just a okay.

Got the bulgogi cheesesteak, awesome and light. The place was super clean with an open kitchen. Watching the chef/owners work and pour their love into the food was awesome. I watched them assemble a bacon and egg toast and decided I'll have to be back tomorrow to try it. They're not shy with sauce, their excellence, and the pride they take in their product. 10/5 stars.

    The feast!!

Unquestionably the best breakfast and lunch in AZ. The egg/bacon is our fav, but the bulgogi is incredible too. Strawberry is a great sweet alternative, and the chicken is very spicy but awesome when up for the heat. Been visiting Let's Toast since it was only at farmers markets and it's always been amazing. Indoors now certain helps in the summer in their beautiful new shop. Owners and staff are so nice, work quickly and just great people. So many reasons to support this place, and still greatest reward is getting to have the food.

I finally made it out to the new shop, I previously bought these scrumptious sandwiches from the Farmers Market. The experience was a pleasant one, there were two young men working one handling the food another taking orders. There was some stuff sold out but to be expected after the grand opening this weekend. The sandwich was delicious nonetheless, the wait time wasn't too unreasonable I think my only ask would be consistency amongst my sandwiches but that comes with time and flow. Overall great experience

No matter where they are, you find them and eat!! This place has the goods, and the goods are fantastic. If you see a line, don't worry the food is coming out fast and delicious. The bread, sauce, meat, and cheese are amazing. Do not miss out when they are around!!!

Let's Toast has been coming to the east valley more frequently, to the Gilbert Farmer's Market. If you follow them on social media, they post a monthly calendar showing where you can find them. At the Gilbert Farmer's Market, they offer the Korean Bulgogi sandwich which comes on Japanese Milk Bread with meat, eggs, cheese, mayo/sauce. They also have the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese option served on the same bread, and comes topped with sriracha mayo and mayo. I personally prefer the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese which is a little lighter than the Bulgogi. It's a pretty tasty sandwich, but definitely higher priced. They do make everything fresh to order, so a nice breakfast occasionally, but not one I'd be able to eat regularly.

Okay, Yelpers, listen up! These sandwiches? They're not just eye candy; they're taste bud heaven. And that's coming from someone who considers bread a... well, bread. But these thick slices? They're actually good! The fillings are savory, hearty, and everything you dream of. Be warned, though - after 10 AM, the line can get a little wild. My guess? They're so good, everyone wants a piece (or two slices!). Maybe they're a tad understaffed, but seriously, take a deep breath and wait. My personal "will I be back?" meter is currently hovering around a solid 75% - and that's saying something for a non-bread-lover facing a potential line! It's SO worth it. In a crowded Phoenix food scene, Let's Toast shines brighter than a desert sunrise. Go get your sandwich fix! Return Factor: 75%

I checked out the Bao and Chicken Wing Festival in Peoria for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. Let's Toast was one of the vendors at the festival and I knew I had to check them out. One, because they had the longest line at the festival and two, because they have good Yelp reviews. Since I was trying them out at a festival, service and ambiance weren't a big part of the experience so I'll focus on the main attraction: the food. Let's Toast is known for its bulgogi sandwiches. They are a sight to behold and they taste as good as they look. First, they toast two milk Texas toasts on the grill. In between the bread, you'll find tender pieces of marinated bulgogi. And a delicious sauce. Simple yet effective. This was hands-down the best food I had at the festival and well worth the 20-minute wait. Let's Toast, I will be back.

I did get the spicy viva burger to try as well, and didn't like it as much. It lacked depth of flavor and kinda just tasted spicy. Still a solid burger of course, but I would go back to the classic ones next time. During lent, they had their fish sandwich, which was INSANE. The best one we have ever had. The fish was crispy on the outside, flakey and buttery on the inside. The tartar sauce was perfectly tart and balanced the whole thing. I AM PRAYINGG it comes back for times other than lent. Ruined every other fish sandwich for me. We tried their fries both times we went, and honestly not a fan. They're beef tallow fries so they're supposedly "better" but they were pretty hard and oily, and have the meat taste from the beef tallow that I don't like, I would skip these. People start lining up before the truck opens so I suggest getting there 20 minutes early for quick service, otherwise you'll be looking at an hourish wait. But trust me, it's worth it

My friends and I arrived about 20 minutes before the truck opened, and there were already a few people standing in line. The line moved pretty quickly, and the total time from ordering and receiving our food was only about 15 minutes. At this time, the line wrapped around the truck. The food came out hot and fresh. Filet-o-fish is one of my favorites of all time, and the filet de fish did not disappoint at all! The first bite had us levitating and seeing stars. The tartare sauce that the fried fish was smothered in was delicious and creamy, and the fish fillet itself was tender and flaky. The toasted and soft Japanese bun was the cherry on top. Simple and comforting and nostalgic, but elevated in the best way. We also tried their popular Viva Mexico, but we felt like it lacked in flavor and only tasted spicy, if that makes sense. Beef tallow fries were okay and not anything special. Great portions, however, it was still pretty expensive for a food truck burger. I'm glad I got to try this place out and will be back if the filet de fish hits the menu again, and would try their Signature next time.

My friend and I waited and waited for the food. I opened the order when I got it before leaving the window and the lady working the window gave me someone else's food. Thankfully, and the other customer recognized their order and got their food just fine. The lady working the window apologized, gave me a water, and I waited longer. She apologized again and said that they'd bring the food to me. They didn't bring the food and instead gave part of my order to a different friend to bring to me. I went back and asked for the rest of the order. The lady working the window said that she gave me my order. I said no, we only got part of it. She then became unbelievably inappropriate saying that I'm lying, stealing from a Black man business owner, not well, and all kinds of things that were uncalled for because they were paid nearly $40 for the order plus a 20% tip! I told my friend what happened and to do a charge back. I went back again with the partial order to try and explain that this was all that was received. Instead, the woman working the window immediately started berating me, threatening to embarrass me, and other things that were incredibly unhelpful to reconcile the situation. Mind you, I am not the type to act a fool and was at the event representing an organization so at no time did I raise my voice or return the treatment I received from this business. She asked what I wanted her to do and I told her that a refund because I know how chargebacks are bad for small businesses. She said okay and asked for the last 4 digits of the card, so I had to get them from my friend. I went back to my friend to get the numbers, got back in line to give them to her, and I gave them to her. She asked why I kept getting back in line...well, how else was I supposedto get help because that line was the only line. Instead of refunding my friend, the lady shut the window, talked to the owner, and reopened the window and started taking more orders. I got back in line again to find out if the refund had been done and she said that they were not going to refund and there was nothing else that they could do. I told my friend this and she's going to move forward hopefully with the chargeback. Mind you if the order and had been fulfilled correctly, then I wouldn't have had to go back multiple times asking for the order nor would I be writing this negative review. Our other friends who actually got their orders said the food was good, so there's that I suppose. This type of exchange is why so many businesses fail. Simple things like decent service and order management. I was not the only person waiting for an extended period. I was not the only person whose order was messed up. I encourage this business to invest in an digital order taking CMS and not writing things in dark pen on the boxes themselves. If digital order taking isn't possible for now, and that's OK if it is, then invest in guest check server notepads. They are less than $10 on Amazon. The orders can be written on them with customers' names and phone numbers, the bottom can be torn off for customers to have while they are waiting for food, and, in order for a customer to receive their order, they must surrender the torn off portion. Doing something either electronically or handwritten like explained would provide a system for checks and balance instead of relying on someone's memory. Also, consider coaching, retraining, and/or replacing the woman that was working the window today as her behavior is bad for business. She was not able to or chose not to maintain composure, decorum, and handle the pressure of all of the customer traffic. Though I did not get loud, she did get loud with me and other customers saw this every time she did this. That affects business. Her choices and behavior today cost this business vending opportunities with me, my employer, the organization I was representing at today's event, and probably with other customers who saw her disrespect, treatment, and unkindness towards me.
