I met Fred on the phone the Thursday before he was going to take a week's vacation. That next Monday I arrived 15 minutes early to find a person already in front of me. Fred, true to his word told the guy 'hey I said I'd take this guy (me) first thing' and that's just what he did. Integrity fully achieved! He immediately went to work diagnosing my issues. He ran my Cadillac up Ramps and rolled under with an auto stethoscope. He then had a general sense of the few things that could be wrong and we discussed our plan of action and scheduled the repair for that Thursday. Sure enough when Thursday came I dropped off the Caddy there and hopped on the bus to the Glendale Galleria. A few hours later I was eating away at the lunch buffet when he called and had already ordered the parts and finished the job! A master mechanic to be sure.
