I used to love going to this nail spa when the girl owner was there. She was more welcoming than the guy who took over. I stopped going there because I just don't feel the service is the same and i don't feel comfortable going there anymore. Regardless of the rude owner the ladies who work on your nails do a great job. read more

I left work early to get my nails done here, and when I walked in they said the lady who does acrylic nails is not in today. You're kidding right? You only have one lady that does acrylic in the entire salon? Disappointing, they have 4 out of 5 stars on Yelp and I really didn't expect to be putting only one star! read more

They have a decent amount of nail polishes and can do a somewhat good job but their customer service is horrible. If you don't have an appointment good luck in them paying attention to you. Also be very specific when you make an appointment and have them repeat the services you requested to you because they will not accommodate you in anyway. I only went here because my original nail place was closed and will probably never go back. Customer service is everything anyone can do a decent nail. read more

I love this place, Tracy is really detailed and they make you feel really comfortable. My nails are awesome, one happy camper!! Thank you Tracy definitely coming back! read more

It says "walk-ins welcome" but this walk in was not. Not enough people on staff. Maybe at some point I will give them another shot... but more than likely will not.... read more

First visit and I was fairly impressed. Salon was very clean and the gentleman who did my gel French Manicure was meticulous. Spa pedicure was good. Total cost $42!! But I was a walk-in and it took 2 1/2 hours. Worth a try; maybe less time if I made an appointment. read more

They have a sign saying "walk-ins welcome" but when I walked in asking for a fill they said they couldn't do it today even though they only had two customers in there. Will not be coming here again. read more

First time here and boy oh boy was i pleasantly surprised. Tracy is AmaZing! Never in my Whole life have I been so pleased with the outcome of my nails. There's not one thing I can complain about. She's a perfectionist and I Love That. This is definitely my nail shop from now on. read more

I'm usually there 3 times a month and I've been going there for over a year before the service used to be great! For some reason now I don't have a great experience here. They now forget to do small things like put a hot towel on me after or put the blue powder in the water for my pedicure. Also, before they used to dry my feet before applying lotion. Now they just put the lotion over my wet feet which bugs me because I'm very picky.... It does not feel good. They also got new girls so maybe that can be it. Hopefully things go back to how they were because I do not want to change nail salons. But overall it's a great place if you're not picky. read more

Negative negative really rudebad service they told my child to shut up a 2 year old worst nail salon i dont even want to give a star it is bad service if you have kids do not go there down the block have better nails and more pleasant with kids. read more

I have been here several times now and have been happy with my manicure every time. The price is reasonable and they are friendly.

Came here last minute with a friend and they were able to get us in for gel manis (I even added a pedi) Susan was my technician and she did great. I love downtown downey and I'm glad I found a nail salon close to home. Will be coming back :) read more

I have been coming to Le My's for more than 4 years and in the beginning the service was great. Now I kept coming back for their low prices and they do a decent job. Although customer service was not all there anymore I still kept coming. Today they crossed the line. Me and my two sisters went for gel Mani and pedicure. At first everything was okay as normal. When they started painting my sister's toes she didn't like the color they picked out to match her pedicure so she asked if she can choose a different one. Long story short the girl got mad and started being rude. She even threw some color palets at my sister. My sister even asked is she was ok. Things escalated real quick even the manager/owner was rude. We walked out and they tried to charge us full price for unfinished Mani and pedicure. They have terrible service. They didn't even care that I am a loyal customer. Honestly all we really wanted was an apology for the employees rude behavior. They just lost three customers :( read more

I am HUGE on cleanliness. I have been looking for pedicure spa that is clean, comfortable, and affordable. This place does open a new tool packet for each pedicure. But it's not as clean as I would like. I asked for a simple mani/pedi and they completely finished my pedi before they even began my manicure. All other places I've gone to start you off on both. My nail technician gave an AMAAAZZZING massage. I would definitely come back for the massage but not necessarily for service. She didn't rush through it. There's also limited parking so plan ahead. read more

I just had one of the best feetgasmic pedicures ever! I'm totally kicking myself for not remembering the lovely girls name, but she did an amazing job with my pedicure! They have different packages and I chose the second to lowest one. She really took care of my feet with the massaging, scrubbing and etc. definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a well done pedicure :) read more

Very welcoming and awsome prices, they did a very good job on my pedicure and very clean. Definitely coming back!!

Got gel mani loved the ladies who did my nails they took there time did not rush my 1st time going I will definitely come back read more

Le My's Salon - Gel mani. The ladies did a great job took there time did not rush very clean - Nail Salons Near Me - Downey, California

Talk about horrible customer service...My daughter and I had an appointment at Le My's Salon. We arrived on time and were very rudely told by the male (owner) of the salon that the appointment was only for one person. I politely told him that the appointment was booked for 2 people and he responded in a very loud and discourteous manner. He didn't even bother to entertain the thought that perhaps he had made a mistake-which we would have been fine with; we would have been willing to wait but he offered absolutely no solution to the situation. Instead we were treated with disrespect in front of the other customers and employees. Bottom line? His vile behavior clearly proves that loyal customers like ourselves aren't important to his business. It's a shame that people like this seem to think that just because your business is good today, it will always be that way. They think that there will always be "more" customers to fill the gap of those they pushed away. It seems to me by reading many of these reviews that we are not the only customers that Le My's Salon don't appreciate. My family of 4 will never return to Le My's Salon again and I will be sure to spread the word amongst family and friends. read more

Best mani and pedi i have ever gotten! I came here because I'm going to be a bridesmaid in my brother's wedding. I got a gel manicure and a deluxe pedicure. They have great attention to detail and give excellent massages. Very polite and professional. If i didnt live out of town I would make this my regular spot. read more

i searched yelp for a great nail salon i came across Le My's Nails the service is great! i made an appointment in case it was packed since i went on a Saturday but i got there and it wasn't. yes they did take a while to do my nails but that's what i loved the best, they make sure they leave your nails as best as possible. i got a sparkly neutral gel manicure and it was fabulous :) I'm am totally pleased i discovered this place and i will definitely go back :D.....p.s the prices aren't bad at all which is another plus and its a very clean place read more

I stopped at this place to try it since I do my eyebrows near by. I was walking in through their back door, since I parked in the back parking lot of the business and some guy didn't even let me in. He opened the door before me and said "Yes?" So I thought to myself maybe I wasn't allowed to use that entrance or something? So I told him I was there for a Mani and Pedi and he said "Oh no" so I was so confused and all I responded was "What is the wait time at the moment?" He told me he couldn't tell me the wait time and to come back another day. I thought that was very, very rude. I looked inside and it was not even busy only 2 people were getting their nails done. Sorry but I will never be back to this place to even TRY it. read more

Awesome place! The staff are very nice. They offered me a drink as soon as I arrived. The decor is lovely and soothing. And most importantly, my mani pedi came out great! read more

Worst salon in the world! If I could give it 0 stars I would! Worst customer service and they're terrible at pedicures and full sets/fills !

These people are extremely rude. I have never been in a salon where the customer service was so poor.

I stopped coming here a long time ago because it seemed that after the first appointment to get me to go as I was a new customer they never tried to work with me again on setting appointment times. Seemed like they all just wanted to go home at 6 pm on the dot when I clearly told them it would only take me 10 minutes to get there after work at 5:10 PM. Guess they're different from all the other salons I've been to who try and work with the 9 -5 people. read more

I have been going to this place for a couple months and loved the pedicure!! I have acrylics and there's only one person who does them Brian he is rude and mean. I will not go to this place ever again. He is very rude and was so upset he didn't do a good job on my nails. DON'T GO HERE TRY POLISHED BAR right next block. Brian is the owner and he's rude even when answering the phones he gets mad read more

Nice staff-- great lasting mani & pedis. Appreciate that they respect their customers' time and are great about keeping appointment times. Other places have made me wait even with an appointment. I've taken a few friends to the salon and they too really liked the services that they received. read more

I have come here a couple of times and their service was awesome. The price is kinda high. and sometimes the wait is really long. Still recommended but make an appointment. read more

Went in this morning at 9am as walk in for a full set and the guy in the front told me that only ONE person does full set in the entire salon and he's booked all day until 2pm. What NAIL salon has just one employee for acrylics?!? I guess if all you need is a mani/pedi it might work for you but if you need a full set go somewhere else. read more

Never coming back. I've showed up twice and they say they can't take walk ins because they're full with appointments for the whole day. If you can't accommodate walk ins then don't say "walk ins welcome" read more

Amazing customer service! Very, very clean! Atmosphere is more relaxing than other nail salons. Awesome experience! Tanya did my gel manicure and it came out beautifully! And my pedicure was very relaxing. I will be back! :) read more

Really did love this place until I took my bf so he could try a pedicure for his first time unfortunately the lady cut him and he's had a really horrible infection on his big toe ever since which has been about 3weeks now. I know for a fact that he got it from them. So sad because I really did like this place. Be careful. read more

Best nail salon in Downey area. I'd suggest getting an appointment because they're always busy. I call at least one day in advance. Holly has been doing my gel manicure for a few months now. I've never had any problems with lifting or peeling. I remove my polish myself because I don't like my nails being damaged by excessive filing. I've referred a number of people to this salon. read more

I absolutely fell in love with this place during my first visit! I got a gel manicure and basic pedicure. Staff took their time and were incredibly meticulous with my nails. I was there for about an hour and 45 minutes but it's so worth it! They make sure that the work is perfect. You cannot beat their prices either. read more

Been coming here for years and even though the staff isn't the friendliest, they have done great work and never been rude but today that changed. I was a walk in today for a regular manicure and pedicure. The lady that did my manicure placed the soapy water dish to soak my nails, I put my hand in and I guess that's not what she wanted at the time...she yanked my hand out without even saying anything (strike 1) Then in the middle of my manicure she says randomly "pay now" Which I have never done in all the years going there. I always pay at the counter after and at first I didn't understand her and she got upset. So the other girl had to say it and I paid but I felt that that was rude (strike 2) everything else was just uncomfortable I tipped them both for there time I felt they deserved it for touching my hands and feet. Though 1 nail has a bubble (I'll deal with it). I used to recommend them to friends and coworkers...I will never do that again or ever go back to this place. Oh and I almost forgot to mention they sent sent me on my way without even letting my toenails dry by a fan like usual! read more

I went here as a last resort and I am so glad I did! They had no issues taking me at 7pm on a Saturday. The staff was friendly and the service was exceptional. The prices are also pretty reasonable. I definitely will be back. read more

The people who work there are very nice and friendly, however the quality of the nail products they use seem cheap. My french mani only lasted 3 days until it started to chip. so i will probably be looking elsewhere. read more

Had an appointment on a Friday morning, yet I arrived nobody was at the front desk, everyone was busy. Until about 20 minutes after I waited at the seating area I was asked if I had already been helped. A little while later I had my manicure and pedicure done. Great pedicure by Sophia, loved it. Yet, the man that did my manicure (a short-haired man) made me bleed a long time because he cut too much of my cuticle. It didn't hurt too much because I'm pretty tolerant, but it's been 3 days and the cut looks ugly. So nope, I won't be back. read more

I saw what great reviews this place had so I decided to try it. When my daughter and I arrived the female told us they did not do fills. We were disappointed and embarrassed because it seemed as though they did not want to help us. I will not ever go back to this place nor will I refer anyone...very disappointing .... read more

Place was great! Love how they did my nails. Great job! Took a bit long however long is nicer than being rushed. Will be back.
