This is My Favorite HEB. I live in Tulsa,Ok and come to Texas to see my Grandsons. I really look…read moreforward to going to my HEB. I was raised in Texas & miss not having HEB to shop at. Well today I ran into the RUDEST PERSON in Cypress, Texas. I walked up to the Meat Market Counter to select 4 Filet Migon's for my Daughter's Birthday. I guess this lady in her ugly green tight dress with her Mammy Arms, in her wee little mind must have thought I was trying to cut inline, when I was merely trying to look at the Filets on display that she was so inconsiderately blocking. I have never heard such rude stuff come out of a person's mouth at a Grocery Store. I heard her mouthing some ugly stuff and totally ignored her. Because with what she was saying I knew she couldn't be talking to me. At this point I had never made eye contact with this crazy person. She got her 4 little lamb lollipops, which looking at the size of her... was probably just an appetizer. If that was going to be her dinner she would have had to double up. She went on and I headed to the Bakery to select a Birthday cake for my Daughter, out of the corner of my eye I saw that tight ugly green dress and that lady was mouthing ugly stuff directed at me so rudely that the Lady in the Bakery said what's wrong with her and apologized for her actions. WOW‼ Maybe her wig was too tight too I LOVE MY HEB... I guess crazies have to get groceries too

Not bad, but you can't ever help the feeling nothing but rage when you walk into an H-E-B…read more The store is laid out completely wrong. Cold stuff is always first so you have to start in the middle and then work your way out and walk the entire damn store to get to the cold stuff. This is like getting in your car without the keys and trying to go somewhere. Just doesn't make sense. I will say all of the staff are completely friendly. Even though they are younger because they are mostly high school students, they're very very helpful. So props to them for that. Not bad for only being half a mile away. I would prefer Kroger. But that is a longer drive and I am lazy ha ha. Usually, they're out of stock on a lot of items, but with the new H-E-B open on Bridgeland Parkway. Hopefully this will alleviate the supply chain problems. So in conclusion, not all bad not all good. I will still give them four stars just for the staff. The kids are super nice. Rock solid, four stars

I've tried majority of the meats here including the turkey breast, brisket, ribs and chicken. The smoked turkey breast is surprisingly so juicy and tender. The brisket has been good all times i've ordered it. The ribs are also pretty tasty. I can't lie there's been a time or two when the ribs and brisket weren't as tender as i'd like but it happens with BBQ and it still tastes good. The only meat I did not like was the chicken. It was dry, the skin was chewy and didn't have much flavor. It could've been a bad day so maybe I'd try again but Im okay sticking with other meats. Also, I don't really love the bbq sauces, the flavor isn't the best but it's edible. Everything comes with bread, pickles, onions and jalapeños if you want. The sides are just okay in opinion, I don't have to have them but the ones I do love are the be a baked potatoes, fries, and the banana pudding. Those are all really good. I was surprised by the banana pudding honestly as it was homemade. I still need to go down the menu and try everything else lol but if you happen to be near an HEB that has True Texas BBQ I'd suggest giving them a try!! :)

The clothing session was very unattractive. Mostly working men's outfits. Produce section was stocked with plenty of fruits and vegetables. I am going to swing by again next time I'm in this area. There are 2 restrooms on both sides of the store, one by Starbucks and one by the pharmacy. They're very clean and accessible. I don't like the plants displayed outside. They were soaked with water. Ugh no wonder they don't survive in my house.

Conveniently located in the heart of the Cypress Fairfield community near the Premium Outlet on Highway 290, it sits in a shopping strip surrounded by other businesses, making it easy to run multiple errands in one trip. Atmosphere & Customer Service: The store has a welcoming and calm atmosphere, and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. A special shoutout goes to Ms. Pearl, the sweet, elderly African American lady who works at the self-checkout area. She always greets me with a warm, motherly smile, and we often share light-hearted conversations while I'm checking out. What I appreciate most about Ms. Pearl is how she respects my checkout preferences. She doesn't bag my groceries, but instead organizes them neatly as I scan--making the process smoother and preventing items from piling up on the belt. I prefer to bag my own groceries because I like them arranged a certain way (yes, I'll admit I'm a bit OCD about it), and she's the only one who honors that without question. The younger self-checkout attendants, while quick to jump in and help, often start bagging without asking. Thankfully, they're always respectful and understanding when I let them know I prefer to do it myself. It's refreshing to see such respectful and well-mannered young workers nowadays--kudos to them! In-Store Perks: Bakery: I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of their bakery. I bought a small white cake for my sister's birthday, and it was fresh, fluffy, and full of flavor, absolutely delicious! The bakery staff are friendly and appear genuinely hardworking. Deli: The deli is a standout. They offer a great selection of fresh meats and cheeses. My go-tos are the Cajun turkey, cracked black pepper turkey, and smoked gouda cheese. They also stock extras like kosher pickles, hoagie buns, specialty mustards, and small-sized salad dressings, among items, which are perfect for quick sandwich nights. Extras: There's a Starbucks, a sushi counter, and a hot food station offering items like fried and baked chicken, rotisserie chicken, potato salad, and more. While I haven't tried the Starbucks, the sushi is decent. The hot food is hit-or-miss depending on freshness; try to catch it when it's just been prepared. Complaints: Seafood Department: Unfortunately, this is where the store really drops the ball. I've purchased bad seafood more than once, including some blue crabs that smelled horrible the moment I opened the package. It was so bad I nearly passed out, and I vowed never to buy seafood from Kroger ever again. This seems to be a recurring issue across multiple Kroger locations. If you're considering seafood, proceed with caution... or better yet, go elsewhere. Don't say I didn't warn you. Bottled Water Stock Issues: Lately, they've consistently been out of Aquafina and Nestlé Pure Life bottled water, only their store brand is available in bulk. This is frustrating because it forces me to shop at the nearby H-E-B, which is always overcrowded and chaotic. I hope Kroger restocks these brands soon and bring back the larger water displays they once provided for these two particular brands. Final Thoughts: Despite a few shortcomings, mainly in the seafood department and bottled water supply, this Kroger remains my favorite location in the North Houston area. It's clean, well-organized, and staffed with kind and professional employees. If you're a Kroger fan, I highly recommend stopping by. Just skip the seafood section, or try it at your own risk!

In addition to the expansion of their flower section (with an extra cashier), they sanctioned a manned station for custom chocolate covered strawberries. I am writing this review because this is not the first or second time this has happened. It is…read moreprobably the 7th or 8th time I have found expired products at this Walmart. A few months ago, I found milk that had expired by 5 days and took a photo right away. I also told an employee, but they did not seem concerned and only said, "Thank you." Today, I found another expired item, took a photo again, and did not even bother telling an employee because I have seen this happen so many times. Instead, I decided to write this review. Every time I discovered expired items, I brought them to the attention of an employee. The usual response was simply, "OK, thank you." No one ever seemed concerned or said they would inform a manager or take steps to prevent it from happening again. It feels like this issue is not taken seriously at all. On two recent occasions, an employee even told me, "It's good that you check the expiration date before buying." While I always check, customers should not have to repeatedly find expired products on the shelves. I have found expired coffee at this store many times, as well as other expired food items. Customers should not have to inspect every product because the store has a responsibility to remove expired items before they are offered for sale. Today is July 7, and I found milk that expired on July 5 still being sold. In previous visits, I also found expired chocolate sauces and coffees that had been expired for 4-5 months. This is completely unacceptable. I have chosen not to leave a negative review in the past because I hoped the issue would be corrected after I reported it multiple times. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. This review is not about one expired item--it is about a repeated pattern and the lack of action after customers report it. I seriously question whether the management of this Walmart is paying enough attention to product safety and inventory checks. Selling expired food is not just inconvenient--it wastes customers' time because they have to return products for exchanges, and even worse, some customers may not notice the expiration date and could consume expired food. I keep shopping here only because it is just 3 minutes from my house, but that should not excuse this kind of repeated problem. I hope management takes this issue seriously, trains employees to respond appropriately when customers report safety concerns, and implements regular inspections so customers can shop with confidence.
