This location is always clean, well-stocked, and organized. I can count on being able to find what I came for almost every time. The management and staff are friendly, professional, and quick to resolve any issues. Most recently, I ordered a birthday cake for my daughter. While the bakery did make a mistake at first, management immediately stepped in, stood by me, and made sure everything was corrected. They really showed that they care about their customers. I've visited several H-E-B stores around Houston, but this one is by far the best. Reliable, clean, and well-managed -- definitely my go-to store.

Cold stuff is always first so you have to start in the middle and then work your way out and walk the entire damn store to get to the cold stuff. This is like getting in your car without the keys and trying to go somewhere. Just doesn't make sense. I will say all of the staff are completely friendly. Even though they are younger because they are mostly high school students, they're very very helpful. So props to them for that. Not bad for only being half a mile away. I would prefer Kroger. But that is a longer drive and I am lazy ha ha. Usually, they're out of stock on a lot of items, but with the new H-E-B open on Bridgeland Parkway. The area manager, Xavier, confirmed that it had not been prepared and stated he did not know when it would be ready. I waited more than 45 minutes without receiving a timeline or update. I contacted Kroger Customer Service while at the store. They attempted to contact the location and experienced the same lack of response and assistance. I was forced to cancel my order and place it at another store. I request that this incident be reviewed and that corrective action be taken.
