HANDS DOWN THE BEST H-E-B IN HOUSTON! Hey everyone! This is, by far, the absolute best H-E-B I've been to in all of Houston. I usually avoid grocery shopping at H-E-B (similar to my feelings about Walmart) because of the overwhelming crowds. But this particular location is a gem; it's spacious, peaceful, and doesn't have the usual chaos... at least not yet. As long as it stays this way, I'll happily keep making the drive. What first caught my attention was the immaculate customer service. The staff here are beyond friendly, genuinely attentive, and truly welcoming. It made a lasting impression on me. Then there's the store itself; it's spotless, well-organized, fully stocked, and beautifully presented. Once I realized it wasn't jam-packed with people at all hours of the day, I was hooked. The only downside? It's not close to home. I used to work nearby at the local high school, which made it convenient to shop here after work. Even then, no matter what time of day I came in, it was always calm and enjoyable. Although I no longer work in the area, I still go out of my way to shop here whenever I can. Now for the perks: They have an in-store restaurant called True Texas BBQ, and it's fantastic. Clean, inviting, and they even have a drive-thru for quick pick-up. The brisket is incredible--especially the marble cut sandwich with their brand of pickles. Highly recommended! The baked potatoes with brisket are also amazing. There's also an Auntie Anne's pretzel shop. I haven't tried it yet, but it looks promising. The sushi station is always stocked with freshly made options and a wide variety to choose from. There's a soup station too, though I personally haven't explored it much. And let's not forget the rotisserie chickens; they're perfect for nights when I don't feel like cooking. Fresh, flavorful, and affordable. The lemon pepper flavor is my go-to. All in all, this H-E-B in the Bridgeland Community outshines every other location I've been to. Even though there's a store just 10 minutes from my house, I gladly drive the extra 12 minutes to shop here. It's that good. Here's to hoping this H-E-B keeps up the great work for years to come. I highly recommend it to anyone who appreciates a clean, organized, and peaceful shopping experience with stellar customer service. It's absolutely worth it!

This H-E-B really embodies the elements of the slogan. Here everything is well stocked and immaculately manicured. They offer a robust wine selection and an operational True Texas BBQ (with Auntie Anne's on the way). Here everything IS better than many other grocers, that is, everything except the service (the only part of my experience that did not add up). However, they're new and perhaps they're learning! For the moment, while it's sparkly, energetic, and brand new, it's worth a visit!

Wow you guys!!! This HEB has a ton of Asian products, huge bags of rice, bittermelon, Korean pears, in boxes! Everything was super neat, but it is grand opening day. I am so excited for the BBQ. Smiling faces all around and the lines were moving fast at check out! Whew! The pharmacy isn't quite open yet. Beware it will be super busy the next few weeks!!!

The line took forever as the kitchen was out of everything so they kept having to modify orders after they were placed. I took a total of 64 minutes from the time we got in the short line to the time we got our food. They were trying their best but apparently the kitchen didn't make enough overnight to open the store. The BBQ was mediocre at best and not worth the price in my opinion. If you do go the only thing I will tell you that you have to try is their Banana Pudding as that is some of the best I ever have had.

When it comes to grocery stores, H E B is the standard. It's an experience. It's a store that you want to peruse almost every aisle.

Best HEB I've been to in the Houston area. Very clean, great organic options. The bbq is decent for a grocery store chain.

A few months ago, I found milk that had expired by 5 days and took a photo right away. I also told an employee, but they did not seem concerned and only said, "Thank you." Today, I found another expired item, took a photo again, and did not even bother telling an employee because I have seen this happen so many times. Instead, I decided to write this review. Every time I discovered expired items, I brought them to the attention of an employee. The usual response was simply, "OK, thank you." No one ever seemed concerned or said they would inform a manager or take steps to prevent it from happening again. It feels like this issue is not taken seriously at all. On two recent occasions, an employee even told me, "It's good that you check the expiration date before buying." While I always check, customers should not have to repeatedly find expired products on the shelves. I have found expired coffee at this store many times, as well as other expired food items. Customers should not have to inspect every product because the store has a responsibility to remove expired items before they are offered for sale. Today is July 7, and I found milk that expired on July 5 still being sold. In previous visits, I also found expired chocolate sauces and coffees that had been expired for 4-5 months. This is completely unacceptable. I have chosen not to leave a negative review in the past because I hoped the issue would be corrected after I reported it multiple times. Unfortunately, nothing has changed. This review is not about one expired item--it is about a repeated pattern and the lack of action after customers report it. I seriously question whether the management of this Walmart is paying enough attention to product safety and inventory checks. Selling expired food is not just inconvenient--it wastes customers' time because they have to return products for exchanges, and even worse, some customers may not notice the expiration date and could consume expired food. I keep shopping here only because it is just 3 minutes from my house, but that should not excuse this kind of repeated problem. I hope management takes this issue seriously, trains employees to respond appropriately when customers report safety concerns, and implements regular inspections so customers can shop with confidence.

It is easier to find what you need in here now! I did notice they painted the outside. It looks very nice! Walmart even painted a nice mural when you walk in. (Forgot to take a photo..I will next time) Not sure why this Walmart has low stars. It's always clean, well stocked and the employees are friendly.

Well today I ran into the RUDEST PERSON in Cypress, Texas. I walked up to the Meat Market Counter to select 4 Filet Migon's for my Daughter's Birthday. I guess this lady in her ugly green tight dress with her Mammy Arms, in her wee little mind must have thought I was trying to cut inline, when I was merely trying to look at the Filets on display that she was so inconsiderately blocking. I have never heard such rude stuff come out of a person's mouth at a Grocery Store. I heard her mouthing some ugly stuff and totally ignored her. Because with what she was saying I knew she couldn't be talking to me. At this point I had never made eye contact with this crazy person. She got her 4 little lamb lollipops, which looking at the size of her... was probably just an appetizer. If that was going to be her dinner she would have had to double up. She went on and I headed to the Bakery to select a Birthday cake for my Daughter, out of the corner of my eye I saw that tight ugly green dress and that lady was mouthing ugly stuff directed at me so rudely that the Lady in the Bakery said what's wrong with her and apologized for her actions. WOW‼ Maybe her wig was too tight too I LOVE MY HEB... I guess crazies have to get groceries too

Cold stuff is always first so you have to start in the middle and then work your way out and walk the entire damn store to get to the cold stuff. This is like getting in your car without the keys and trying to go somewhere. Just doesn't make sense. I will say all of the staff are completely friendly. Even though they are younger because they are mostly high school students, they're very very helpful. So props to them for that. Not bad for only being half a mile away. I would prefer Kroger. But that is a longer drive and I am lazy ha ha. Usually, they're out of stock on a lot of items, but with the new H-E-B open on Bridgeland Parkway. Hopefully this will alleviate the supply chain problems. So in conclusion, not all bad not all good. I will still give them four stars just for the staff. The kids are super nice. Rock solid, four stars

In addition to the expansion of their flower section (with an extra cashier), they sanctioned a manned station for custom chocolate covered strawberries.
