Lovely restaurant in the Cherry Creek section of Denver. I had the scallops, which were delicious. Quite alot of tomatoes on the dish, which ended up giving me heartburn, but a good dish nonetheless. Servers were kind and attentive without being overbearing.

Mother's day pre-fixe menu for $110 came with choice of appetizers, choice of main selection and set dessert. While other locations were super busy and no chance of getting tables, we had no problem here. That was kinda ... Our waiter was courtenous and food tasted ok. For the valuve I got, I felt it was bit over priced. The staff was friendly, but definetley needed refining especially with this price tag. Maybe I am in the wrong hood? It was nice seating at the patio enjoying the slight breeze, the greens and the people walking by.

Really enjoyed a birthday lunch here. We had a late resy for 2:30p just a few tables eating. I had brought a cake and they were really nice and kept it in back. We started with the charcuterie board which was very good but only 4 toast points, we got the bread basket to go with and got like 5 more slices of bread. Next for lunch they have a prix fix for appetizer and entree in smaller portions for $45 or you can order regular items off menu. I have heard so much about the Poulette Cajun I had to try and wasn't on prix fix. A guest of mine got the prix fix Caesar salad and Steak Panini. The salad was huge, very strong flavors of Caesar but very good. The steak panini was a half order but a good size. My other guest got the regular panini order and it was 2 big pieces and fries. They had very good mimosas and sparkling rose. The waiter was very nice and kept offering take pics of our table and sang with us and brought a sparkler with the cake and cut our cake for us. When you leave with to go food they have these cute cloth bags they give you to take food in. The Poulette was good but not "Cajun" by any means. I read it means a dry rub method is why they say Cajun. Was not spicy at all. We had a great bday dinner and really enjoyed our meal. I heard they have brunch and would love to try.

Went here with some friends for Easter brunch. They had a prefix menu, which was pretty limited, especially if you are a pescatarian or a vegetarian. However, we were really excited about the ambience and the experience. The Crudo was incredible as was the lyonnaise salad the bread basket reminded us of being back in France. Everybody really enjoyed their entrées, but my husband would give his fillet A4 versus five stars. I loved my French omelette as it was prepared perfectly. And our friends loved their signature Cajun chicken. Desserts were on point as well!. Service was kind of robotic and underwhelming for the price tag )$105pp) and on a holiday.

My own tartine was a thick cut slice of some carby goodness. The pastries ran out so quickly though so we didn't get to snag any of it. And I'm not sure I'll get any before this spot closes in June. I'm super bummed because the place served a lot of cute vibes. If we had a bigger group of girls with us I'm sure we would've snapped everything for the 'gram or the tikky tom. The news of this spot closing also seemed to impact the staff; I felt that their energy was focused on serving us with a smile. Hopefully they find good safe landing spots.

The escargot were very large and served in their shells for a beautiful presentation and come with their own mini baguette to soak up the butter sauce. If you like snails, then I would recommend ordering them here. I also enjoyed the mussels in white wine sauce with its light clean flavor. The French onion soup was very cheesy and deeply flavored as you would expect from this classic. The fried calamari were lightly battered and not too greasy but not particularly special compared to the other appetizers I had. I ordered the filet aux Poivre and swapped the fries for potato pave. I think my med-rare fillet was mixed up with someone else's because it was overdone. To their credit, they did comp it and bring me a perfectly cooked one later but I felt like it was lacking salt. I would've liked to order the lamb chops, but they were not available the night. I was there. Service was impeccable! The server did a great job keeping our table of 14 happy. The rye whiskey sour I had was well made. And the crispy toast dessert was sooo good! 4.5-stars!

And you'll be openly humiliated and insulted as an adult by even daring to bring your kid. My husband and I come here regularly for a date and we love the place. This afternoon we brought our 1 year old with us for the first time; she loves fries and this place has great pommes frites. We came at 4:30pm and it was probably 90% empty, and obviously not like romantic date night time. First, they tried to seat us alone in the back room, and when we asked to sit in the main dining room (where there were ~15 open tables), the hostess was demonstrably annoyed...despite the fact that every other party was seated in the main room. Worth noting, we come here often at the same time without our daughter, and have never once been seated in the back room alone. Our daughter was sitting quietly in her high chair "reading" the menu and playing with stickers, a few of which she dropped on the floor...because, you know, she's 1. A staff member repeatedly walked by giving us dirty looks and complaining to other staff members about the stickers within earshot. After hearing it multiple times, my husband said, "don't worry, we always pick up after our child." The staff member snapped back, "well they're clearly already going to stick to the floor". My husband replied "we are going to pick them up...kids drop things and things happen". She rolled her eyes, and walked away. We always clean up after our kid. We go out of our way to make sure she's only in appropriate places at appropriate times...like, I obviously wouldn't bring her to this restaurant at 7 PM on a weekend night where she might disrupt adults looking for a romantic night. But she was just sitting there quietly playing with stickers, not bothering anyone (except apparently this staff member). I'm shocked that a place with high chairs and a kids menu would not only be so unwelcoming before we even sat down, but would also insult us as adults by insinuating we would leave our kids trash on the ground in their restaurant. And to stand there and openly talk about us in front of other staff members?? Genuinely stunned, offended and frankly humiliated. FWIW, before we left, I picked up every single sticker in under 10 seconds, because I'm a decent member of society and I intentionally buy my kid stickers that are removable and won't stick to a restaurant's floor or tables. Bistro Vendome: if you find a sticker belonging to my kid, I will personally return and remove it, but I will otherwise never in a million years be back.

The reason for the one star review is that the food took over an hour to arrive to our group. The waitress explained that the kitchen was understaffed and everyone came in at once, but honestly it was still upsetting and frustrating. Nothing too strong, as expected from French cuisine. The pasta was a heavy diah but with nice delicate flavors and the moules frites white wine sauce was phenomenal. Our waitress offered us more bread and we soaked it in the white wine sauce. All of these dishes stood well with a bottle of Chablis served to us with our own table-side Ice bucket. We switched to Kronenburg beer when we got an order of the MERGUEZ lamb sausages. A beautiful mix of textures with the dijon mustards sauce, green apple (though the menu said pear, maybe?) and the lemon vinaigrette tossed arugula. The acid in the vinaigrette neutralized the usual characteristic bitterness of the arugula. We ended the night with a shared creme brulee.
