Very delicious French fusion cuisine. Pretty modern cozy and community vibe restaurant with open kitchen where you can see your food being prepared. Great service. Noise level was pretty high so it was a bit challenging to hear to have conversations. We were seated in a large community table where tables were small table set right next to each other with no space but a plant pot as on a side as divider. If you are an introvert, recommend requesting a private table in advance. We tried tartar, oysters, French onion soup, and steak and frites. All the dishes we ordered were very delicious. The tartar had beets and horse radish and different from traditional tartar but very delicious. French onion soup was the best in CO I ever had. And steak and frite was very delicious including the light salad with a bit of citrus and fresh ground salt chunks to add crunchiness. Strongly recommend making reservations in advance on weekends.

I've been chopping at the bits to try this place as a friend recommended it when she learned French onion soup is my fave. So i finally tried the soup and it was ok. At first they brought out a lukewarm pot then they did correct it and brought back a slightly hotter soup. The employees were nice and ensured I was being taken care of. One of the chefs, i believe his name was josh introduced hisself and was very pleasant as well. The restaurant is small and quaint resembling a French restaurant in Paris. They do not give military discounts.

I've put off visiting this restaurant for YEARS! Not for any particular reason - it just never happened. My best friend and I came here to satisfy our steak craving. Funny enough, my favorite things to eat here have been the non-meat dishes. Then again, I haven't tried their famous burger quite yet. All their greens and small plates are phenomenal. These chefs really know how to make a salad. On a separate trip, I had their Cavatelli dish, which is one of my favorites. Save room for dessert, because the Pot De Creme is perfectly sweet and portioned. All the wait staff are so so nice. Overall cute date night vibes!

Recently came here for a friends birthday. We were a pretty large group and the staff were very attentive and food was served in a prompt manner. I absolutely loved the entrees especially the duck (the chili crisp was amazing) and the black cod on a bed of perfectly seasoned and garnished peas . You also can't go wrong with their baked Camembert or french onion soup. We paid $75 each for a family style meal and were told that the meal would come with assorted pastries for dessert but we never received these and when we asked one of the servers, he wasn't aware of any dessert. Ultimately it was decided we would get a partial refund but I know I never received one (I can't speak to other people in the group and I know the bill was complicated) I would definitely come back to eat here in a small group but the fact that they didn't deliver what was agreed upon would make me hesitant to have a large gathering here like this

We had a holiday work party here and it was delicious. Steak frites - awesome! Salad was amazing - they were very accommodating to my dairy allergy. Overall great experience! Thinking I need to go back asap for steak frites!

Charming French hole in the wall, with limited seating. Get here when it opens if you don't have a reservation, we barely got sat at the bar! The service is truly fantastic, quick with the drinks and water refills, the food does take some time though. Very fun selection for happy hour food, the mussels and fries were a crowd favorite it seemed. We tried the steak frites and it was good not great. Steak could've been cooked and seasoned better and that's my biggest knock here. Definitely a great spot all and all, love the vibe!

I feel like I can't get a five stars (YET) because I haven't had a full meal here yet, but stopped in for some French onion soup, a burger and caviar bumps and it was fantastic! Great little happy hour. Sat at the bar, but there's also plenty of seating. It's super cute inside. Bartenderswere really friendly and helpful, can't wait to go back to try more!

Brasserie Brixton offers a "girl dinner" which includes a Caesar salad, fries, and either a Diet Coke or bubbles (or both ). Love the unique atmosphere and food was delicious! The service was on point, no issues!

The duck easily was the best dish with the full effect of the bite being duck, orange sauce, egg and potato. I wasn't a huge fan of the burger or had way too high hopes since I saw it was the best burger in Denver on reddit. It was solid but I wouldn't personally do gruyere as the cheese. However, it makes sense for a french Canadian joint. The beef tartare was my least favorite. The chartreuse oysters was the most interesting dish.

French food is definitely one of my least explored cuisines, but I've been working on changing that. Located next to one of my favorite bars this is an intimate, vibey French restaurant with a welcoming atmosphere, a great cocktail program, and an even better menu. What we ordered: Baguette & Butter Hamachi - harissa, melon, radish, coriander, puffed wild rice Burrata - broccoli pesto, hazelnut, preserved lemon vinaigrette, brown butter focaccia French Onion Soup - Gruyère, Swiss, gluten Beef Tartare - crying tiger, pickled fresnos, radish, wonton crisps Half Chicken - chili butter, smoked cotija, buttermilk, green tomato chutney Steak Frites - prime NY, peppercorn sauce, French fries, salad Brixton Burger - double, Gruyère, brixton sauce, gem lettuce, fries Pot de Crème - espresso, caramel, chantilly Ricotta Donuts Crème Brûlée Best bites: Everything was OUTSTANDING and this was truly an 11/10 meal, no notes. But I do have some favorites: The hamachi was soft, balanced, and bursting with flavor. The beef tartare tasted like a cheeseburger in the best possible way. The steak frites were cooked to perfection and paired with an incredible sauce. The absolute star of the night? The half chicken as it was so tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. Easily the best bite of the night! Dessert was just as impressive, with the crème brûlée taking the top spot for me. You truly can't go wrong here. Check them out!

What a cute semi-casual French restaurant! The place has fun vibes and is cozy. It was packed when we went. Everyone was really nice and the service was impeccable. I enjoyed my duck and the cocktails were innovative. If you enjoy French food but don't like the stuffy feel of traditional restaurants - this is a fun casual version!

This was a lovely place for an anniversary dinner. The service was great and the staff brought us a free dessert of our choice to celebrate! We shared the Leeks and toast, the French onion soup, and the steak frites. The standout was the French onion soup which was amazing and extremely filling, we did not even need the leeks honestly!! The French onion aoli served with the fries was awesome, as was the simple greens salad with the steak. The steak was good but not running back for this. Would love to return and try the duck which looked great!

Had been wanting to try this spot for a while and maybe had set expectations a bit too high, however, with the prices being high as well I think I expected a bit more fairly. French onion soup was one of the best I had in Denver without a doubt. Duck was also very very well prepared. If you go and get these two items you will definitely enjoy your experience. The burger was very average and did not leave any lasting impression for me. Same with other food other guests at our table ordered. The drinks seemed a bit over priced, with wine bottle price to quality seeming a bit of a reach for me. With that the service felt just okay, again, for how much money we were spending. I would give this spot another try but for spending the big bucks there are other places up ahead on my list.

I don't know, to me these seemed like unnecessary changes, and as somebody who booked this hotel specifically to enjoy these menu items at this restaurant, I just felt disappointed. And you'll be openly humiliated and insulted as an adult by even daring to bring your kid. My husband and I come here regularly for a date and we love the place. This afternoon we brought our 1 year old with us for the first time; she loves fries and this place has great pommes frites. We came at 4:30pm and it was probably 90% empty, and obviously not like romantic date night time. First, they tried to seat us alone in the back room, and when we asked to sit in the main dining room (where there were ~15 open tables), the hostess was demonstrably annoyed...despite the fact that every other party was seated in the main room. Worth noting, we come here often at the same time without our daughter, and have never once been seated in the back room alone. Our daughter was sitting quietly in her high chair "reading" the menu and playing with stickers, a few of which she dropped on the floor...because, you know, she's 1. A staff member repeatedly walked by giving us dirty looks and complaining to other staff members about the stickers within earshot. After hearing it multiple times, my husband said, "don't worry, we always pick up after our child." The staff member snapped back, "well they're clearly already going to stick to the floor". My husband replied "we are going to pick them up...kids drop things and things happen". She rolled her eyes, and walked away. We always clean up after our kid. We go out of our way to make sure she's only in appropriate places at appropriate times...like, I obviously wouldn't bring her to this restaurant at 7 PM on a weekend night where she might disrupt adults looking for a romantic night. But she was just sitting there quietly playing with stickers, not bothering anyone (except apparently this staff member). I'm shocked that a place with high chairs and a kids menu would not only be so unwelcoming before we even sat down, but would also insult us as adults by insinuating we would leave our kids trash on the ground in their restaurant. And to stand there and openly talk about us in front of other staff members?? Genuinely stunned, offended and frankly humiliated. FWIW, before we left, I picked up every single sticker in under 10 seconds, because I'm a decent member of society and I intentionally buy my kid stickers that are removable and won't stick to a restaurant's floor or tables. Bistro Vendome: if you find a sticker belonging to my kid, I will personally return and remove it, but I will otherwise never in a million years be back.

We switched to Kronenburg beer when we got an order of the MERGUEZ lamb sausages. A beautiful mix of textures with the dijon mustards sauce, green apple (though the menu said pear, maybe?) and the lemon vinaigrette tossed arugula. The acid in the vinaigrette neutralized the usual characteristic bitterness of the arugula. We ended the night with a shared creme brulee. They had received a gift card to this restaurant as a birthday present and we met them there to enjoy a lunch together. First thing to remember is that there is a lot of construction going on in Cherry Creek which limits the amount of parking spaces available. I highly recommend carpooling with a friend or walking over to the restaurant if parked at the nearby mall. This is considered an upscale restaurant and is perfectly placed in Cherry Creek. My wife commented on the scent of flowers, coming through the door way when we first entered the restaurant. The dramatic lighting and welcoming staff were the next things that we noticed. Nearly every table was filled on this mid-afternoon Friday and it was a good thing that we made a reservation! Our server greeted us almost immediately, provided water and took our drink order. The tables are covered in tablecloths and have a foam topper that makes some of the glassware unsteady, but none of us had any spills. Our server was very patient and offered suggestions as we struggled to find what we wanted among the many good choices! The salads and soups were delivered to our booth fairly quickly and followed up in a reasonable time by our main lunch items. Real Sterling silverware, and the presentation of our meals was something that prompted all of us to want to photograph them! Serving sizes were appropriate, we didn't feel over stuffed and even took half a sandwich with us to go. The restaurant crowd thinned over the course of the 90+ minutes we were there, and never once did we feel slighted by our server who always maintain an awareness of our drinks and food. Great food coupled with excellent service in an environment that was easy to enjoy make this a must stop if you're traveling through Denver, meeting up for a business lunch, or simply enjoying an upscale meal with your favorite friends.
