For girls night, my friends and I decided to try something new and check out Le Ame. The service was great and food tasted amazing. We tried the crab cakes, oysters, and I got the crab bucatini which was amazing as well. Truffle fries were shared as well, and they were great as well. I would not call this a steakhouse as the cuts being served are not correct. Ordered the wagyu rib cap, but was provided something completely different. The steak given was lean and felt more like a tenderloin which was thinly cut. Ordered it medium but was served a medium rare (was probably given this temperature due the leanness). What irked me was that the manager came by and told me that it was a ribcap (talk about gaslighting). I will have to give praise to their sides, which were all delicious. read more

Went here for the first time last night for a friends birthday. I had pretty high expectations for the new restaurant. The ambience was great, beautiful style, and good enough service. The food however, was mid. The prices of the menu are way too high for what is offered. But what gave us the worst impression was the tomahawk steak "for two" for $195. Im glad I took a picture before we started eating but this place wants to charge people nearly $200 for the so called "34 oz." This was boarder line offensive because this is clearly way smaller than 34 oz. We did complain to the server but there was nothing she can do. Total BS for them to make an excuse that they include the bone in the weight because I'm pretty sure that's not a thing. Needless to say, I left the restaurant still hungry and will never return. read more

The ambience of this place is the best thing, it has great lighting, seating, and noise level. Service is good, but you do have the occasional waiving down of your server for some help. Food is pretty good and portions are a little more on the smaller side, and also expensive. If you come here it's more for the place than food. read more

Everything looked very expensive and Parisian, and they had plenty of unique and classic coffee flavors and pastries to choose from. I will say, if you order the Spiced Vanilla Latte, ask for extra ice or else the espresso might warm the drink too much (ours ended up being room temp). Everyone was extremely friendly as well! The service and ambiance were exceptional! I loved this place. The entire establishment felt like another world! Our server was very attentive and helpful with our cocktail selections and the menu. The Frites were excellent and plentiful. My group had classified and truffle. The espresso martinis and the Parisian spritz were very good! As we were to celebrate my and a friend's birthday, our server had the chef prepare a special treat, off menu. That too was fabulous and ample for 5 of us - she brought us two. The ambiance and decor are a huge factor following the quality of food. Le Ame could literally get by on decor alone. But not totally. I would go back as I loved the place and I felt the pricing wasn't that bad given the location, etc. I would however, try a different dish. I love a good prime rib sandwich and theirs is just different than what i was hoping it would be. There is a white sauce on the sandwich with horseradish in it, which I could have lived without...that and the cheese. Nicely toasted bun and some great seasoned au jus were the plus sides. The turkey club hit it out of the ball field with the 20-something at the table. The salad and other dishes were all rated as 'good', Many said they would come back and try something different, as did I. It was a fun experience and the food was good enough to return. It was okay. Service was great, but almost all of the food came out room temp or cold. The only things that came out hot were things that were served in a hot skillet/cast iron dish. The exception was the creme brûlée, but it was just too thick and not the right consistency or texture for creme brûlée. The truffle twice baked potato was amazing. So were the onion strings. The restaurant is smaller than I would've imagined, but overall it's a cute spot and had a nice ambiance to it. It's cool to see the kitchen at work, but it keeps the place really bright at the same time. I'd be open to trying it again. Most of the food tasted good, but I wasn't "wowed" either. Service and food was great! Le Ame has to be the loudest restaurant in the valley. We could not hear each other, this is unacceptable. Charging for valet with no validation offered is disgusting. Another thing that is unacceptable when I can go across the street for an overall better experience and complementary valet. I should not have to "self park" at a 5 star property. Visited Le Ame a few months ago. The restaurant and hotel are vibrant with young people. The live music is great and the ambience is above average. We ordered a number of items on the menu that looked quite interesting. Something happened that dulled the experience. Most of the appetizers and entrees were so salty we could not consume them. My wife and I do not watch our salt intake and actually add salt to most items. These dishes were inedible. We told the manager and she sort of shrugged her shoulders and walked off. I suspect it was an off night or some accident had occurred in the kitchen because the food was truly terrible only due to the extreme salt load. Anyway have not been back since. The wait staff is quite young as well but respectful. read more

When you walk into the restaurant it is like a swanky Parisian cafe, with tasteful decor and low lighting. The patio will make you question if you are right off of Camelback or not as it is quiet and beautiful with flowers and greenery everywhere. For starters we had the truffled brie baguette which was to die for, I would solely come back for this. For entrees we had the wagyu bolognese and the short rib bourguignon which were amazing. the bolognese was easily enough for two people. We had high hopes for Le Âme, given Sam Fox's reputation, but our experience last night was disappointing. While the space is beautifully designed, the noise level was overwhelming--easily the loudest restaurant we've ever visited, including those in Paris. This issue is well-known, as several staff members acknowledged it. After ordering our drinks, we considered leaving because we couldn't hold a conversation without shouting, despite sitting next to each other. Our server was very gracious and offered to have a manager find us a quieter spot. The manager then seated us on the patio. Though it was a bit warm outside, the reduction in noise made it a worthwhile trade-off. The staff's efforts to remedy the situation were commendable, but the food, unfortunately, didn't make up for the rocky start. It was good, but not exceptional, and there are better options for French cuisine in the valley. Le Âme is relatively new, so perhaps they'll address the noise issue in the future. TLDR: Great staff. Beautiful room. Astonishingly loud environment. Less than amazing food. read more

Ambience was lovely, but the food was a different story: For a steak house, one would assume the filet would be "magnifique", and sadly it was tragíc -- texture of ground beef. I was invited to a 40th birthday dinner at Le Ame on a Saturday evening. We gathered in the bar and then were seated in a small private room off the dining room - 12 of us. The service was perfect. I don't know the servers name. You could tell she was very experienced and handled the table well. Among dishes served at the table - Oysters, French Onion Soup, Wedge Salad, Chips and Dip, Steak Frites, Short Rib, Wagyu Bolognese- everything was TOP SHELF. I agree with another reviewer's comment that the steak frites was a bit chewy - but not horrible. But the FRITES are to die for! Drinks and desserts all wonderful. The vibe, the people watching, and the decor really make you feel like you're in a big city hotel. the service from valet to busboy, to maitre d to bartender - everyone is top notch!!!!
