The French onion might be the best I have ever had! Really amazing food and beautiful ambiance! Got here around 1045 so I wanted lunch (east coast time) and my friend who lives in AZ wanted breakfast. We shared the fries and the aoli was so good! The French onion soup as mentioned above was out of this world! The salad was really good too had really big tasty chunks of cheddar my friends pan crepes she really enjoyed the strawberry sauce they came with and said they were light and crispy on the edges. Definitely recommend for a nicer meal out or if you have a work meeting! read more

Excellent dinner, beautiful restaurant, Francis our waiter was very nice. Ordered the DIVINE chicken, fries, salmon, le maison salad--amazing, and crème brulee and creamed spinach which knocked my socks off, and I wasn't even wearing socks. Any Sam Fox concept is going to be a hit. Le Âme is located inside the vibey Global Ambassador Hotel. Service is great, food is served promptly. We came for lunch, and I ordered the burger which was delicious. We also had the apple based dessert, which may be one of my new favorites. The decor is beautiful, with cozy interior design that makes the place feel like a voyage out of town. read more

Decent food, Decent service would probably go back. Good location for Arcadia and camelback

The ambience is amazing here! The food is meh. We ordered shrimp cocktail which was just standard not amazing. The French onion soup was the best thing we had. We also both got steaks. I always request A1 which they didn't have but said their steak sauce tasted just like A1. It definitely did not. We are more fans of Mastros steakhouse so won't be back here unless we are just looking for a drink at the bar. read more

La Ame gave us an anniversary that we will not soon forget. Taira and Paul, along with the rest of the staff, were phenomenal in their service! The food was awesome! The experience well exceeded our expectations. We will definitely return!! read more

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary at Le Âme and we had the most amazing experience. The ambiance is romantic, pristine, and gorgeous. I was so impressed that they started the evening with a glass of champagne to honor our special evening. We started with the truffles brie baguette and we were not disappointed. Baked Brie is one of our favorite appetizers and the honey truffle was so earthy and sweet. Probably my favorite thing I had over both our main courses! For the main course, I had the short rib bourguignon that was so tender I used a butter knife. The salt from the bacon was a beautiful pairing with the whipped potatoes and the wine sauce was delectable. My husband thoroughly enjoyed the King Salmon that tasted like summer in a bowl. It was light and refreshing, especially the sauce. Truly delicious. Lastly, we finished with scrumptious happy anniversary profiteroles that were complimentary. The perfect sweet treat to finish our lovely evening. The ice cream with the temps around 110 was welcomed and the chocolate was rich and creamy. The service that was given couldn't have been better. There was never a moment that we weren't being attended for by our fantastic server, Gilbert, the multiple sommeliers who were very knowledgeable, and Will, the front of house who was charming and thoughtful. Each person who came around to attend to us wished us a happy anniversary and it did not go unnoticed. A heartfelt and sincere thank you for making our 10 year anniversary truly shine. It was exactly what we were looking for and felt like the staff were celebrating with us. We are excited to return on the next milestone to enjoy the pleasures of Le Âme in the future. read more

Dinner for 4 Made a reservation They were a little behind say 30 min We had drinks in the bar area while we waited Definitely gave off great gatsby vibes inside with the decor and dim lighting Lovely atmosphere Very lovely and kind hostess staff and apologetic for the wait We ordered steak frites - salmon - the short rib dish and a steak with asparagus - oysters and the Brie bread It was all delicious The service was a bit slow but I attribute that to the overall busyness of the restaurant Our waiter was very nice We would definitely return It's a really fun place to be overall read more

I came here for brunch with two other adults and a baby in a stroller. First off let me start off by saying the restaurant is beautiful. Indoors and outdoors, you're immediately transported to a French bistro / European cafe. The outdoor patio was so nice and we chose to sit outdoors. We ordered coffees/lattes to start and although it took a while to get them, they were worth the wait. The cinnamon roll and pain au chocolat were delish. For our mains, we got the French dip, egg brioche sandwich, eggs Benedict which they were able to make with lox instead of ham, and a side of truffle fries. Food was spot on - the truffle dijonnaise sauce on the side of the fries was incredible. Food and ambiance wise, we could not have asked for a better experience. Unfortunately the one area that could have been better was our server. I'll chalk it up to maybe he was having a bad morning, but the vibes were just not there. Not saying you have to be super peppy or anything, but a smile or more positive attitude would have been nice, especially since our experiences at Pyro and Théa have been so wonderful. Otherwise we had a lovely time and look forward to coming back! read more

For girls night, my friends and I decided to try something new and check out Le Ame. The service was great and food tasted amazing. We tried the crab cakes, oysters, and I got the crab bucatini which was amazing as well. Truffle fries were shared as well, and they were great as well. I would love to come back in the future for a nice date or special occasion. The hotel grounds are beautiful as well! read more

Won't return. Zero service. Pastry requested warmed, wasn't. Quiche inedible. Since it is self service, although 20% tip automatically comes up on register. For what? You can do better!! Too many other choices to settle for this. read more

Rude. My friend and I came in to grab a coffee and get some homework done. We looked at the menu for a couple minutes before trying to order. Once we got up to the counter they told us that they were no longer serving drinks. We stood there in confusion as we got there right before 1 and they don't stop serving coffee until 2. As we stood there, someone after us approached the service counter and was able to order a drink. We were pretty confused as to why we couldn't buy a drink but the lady after us could. read more

We celebrated my fiance's birthday here last night and it was incredible from start to finish. We had a wonderful warm welcome from all employees from the onset and our server, Sarah, was excellent and brought over a glass of champagne to start - so classy. I think the menu is one of the most appealing ones I've seen in awhile - I wanted to order 5 items from every part of the menu. The food was excellent and the atmosphere was fantastic. A+++ We will be back for special occasions for sure! read more

Nice, upscale atmosphere. Service was top notch and everything we ate was to die for.

We were invited back to the restaurant to give it another shot, and I'm so glad we did. The experience, both food and service were wonderful and exceeded our expectations, specially compared to our last visit. They also seemed to have paid extra attention to the details as well. We appreciated the hospitality and thankful to the staff for making it a great experience. We had the duck spring rolls again and tried the escargot, both were delicious. Also had the filet mignon, Wagyu Bolognese and mushrooms. All were wonderful. They took the lobster bisque off the menu, but perhaps they'll bring it back in the fall/winter. read more

Incredible experience! Everything we had was divine. Our sweet waitress Juliette gave us amazing recommendations and was so lovely. We had the steak tartare, tuna crudo, the brie baguette, and the crème brûlée. The portions are big and great for sharing and everything tasted soooo good. Our favorite was the steak tartare. We can't wait to come back and try the rest of the menu! read more

Celebrated a birthday party here and the manager or worker kept coming to our table saying we were too loud when the whole atmosphere was loud. There was a table across from us at the same time the man was telling us to keep it down that started yelling extremely loud and he didn't go up to them (maybe because they were Caucasian women and we were ethnic). Our server Gilbert, didn't seem interested in explaining the menu. Everything that I asked him an opinion on, he just said was really good. I am also in the service industry and when you know you're getting an automatic 20 percent from a table, honesty is best. A crème brûlée came to the table at the end of the dinner and when going over the bill, nobody ordered it but it was put on the bill. Putting extra food or drinks on a bill when there's a large party and you think nobody will notice is unacceptable. Food was good, but probably will not return because our experience. read more

We dropped by on a Sunday night for a birthday, expecting it to be quiet, but it was definitely a full house. The staff were super sweet; our waiter was like our own personal guide. The tuna ponzu was light and fresh, the short rib bourguignon was PHENOMENAL( so savory and comforting) I wish the portion was a bit bigger and the creme brulee to-go was the perfect dessert to end the night. Fast service despite the crowd?! Who knew you could have a slice of Paris in the desert. read more

The ambiance and decor are a huge factor following the quality of food. Le Ame could literally get by on decor alone. But not totally. I would go back as I loved the place and I felt the pricing wasn't that bad given the location, etc. I would however, try a different dish. I love a good prime rib sandwich and theirs is just different than what i was hoping it would be. There is a white sauce on the sandwich with horseradish in it, which I could have lived without...that and the cheese. Nicely toasted bun and some great seasoned au jus were the plus sides. The turkey club hit it out of the ball field with the 20-something at the table. The salad and other dishes were all rated as 'good', Many said they would come back and try something different, as did I. It was a fun experience and the food was good enough to return. The one thing I will do differently next visit is... instead of a doggie bag I'm going to take a lamp. read more

The service and ambiance were exceptional! I loved this place. The entire establishment felt like another world! Our server was very attentive and helpful with our cocktail selections and the menu. The Frites were excellent and plentiful. My group had classified and truffle. The espresso martinis and the Parisian spritz were very good! As we were to celebrate my and a friend's birthday, our server had the chef prepare a special treat, off menu. That too was fabulous and ample for 5 of us - she brought us two. My only complaint was how the tuna was overcooked on the Niçoise salad. It was dry and cooked through vs slightly seared. read more

Amazing! Definitely get the creamed spinach and Brie baguette. Pedro was an amazing help and the sommelier was super helpful!

Amazing food, trust me for a date night you need to go here. The service and quality of food is top notch!

It was okay. Service was great, but almost all of the food came out room temp or cold. The only things that came out hot were things that were served in a hot skillet/cast iron dish. The exception was the creme brûlée, but it was just too thick and not the right consistency or texture for creme brûlée. The truffle twice baked potato was amazing. So were the onion strings. The restaurant is smaller than I would've imagined, but overall it's a cute spot and had a nice ambiance to it. It's cool to see the kitchen at work, but it keeps the place really bright at the same time. I'd be open to trying it again. Most of the food tasted good, but I wasn't "wowed" either. Could've just been because it was brand new when I visited so maybe they worked out the kinks since then! read more

Perfect for large groups! They truly know how to cater to big parties with great service and a perfect ambiance. I've visited Le Ame multiple times for both brunch and dinner, and the place never disappoints. While the prices are on the higher side, they're competitive for the area. The dinner menu is fabulous...from steak and branzino to fresh salads and onion soup, there's something for everyone. read more

This place is beautiful. Quite the social hub, especially on Valentines Day. There was a line to get into the lobby bar. All the hostesses wore red dresses and set the tone for the evening. We sat on the patio which made me nervous at first, but it was secluded and warm. Excellent food and service. I'll go back on a less busy night. read more

Sorry to write the review, but this is not typical French food. The bread was over cooked, the choucoutre was made not with sausage but recooked oysters that were dried up.; duck with orange sauce was like eating brown thick gravy with no orange flavor at all. Service was not great because they were short on staff. Darling plae, but don't think they can continue with the new mediocre food they are serving. Sorry. it was out go to restaurant. read more

The food and the atmosphere is amazing. Pedro was the server and he crushed it. The pork belly dumplings were incredible. The pasta came out at the perfect temperature. The steak was cooked and seasoned very nicely; flavorful in every bite. 10 outta 10 would highly recommend read more

Service and food was great! Le Ame has to be the loudest restaurant in the valley. We could not hear each other, this is unacceptable. Charging for valet with no validation offered is disgusting. Another thing that is unacceptable when I can go across the street for an overall better experience and complementary valet. I should not have to "self park" at a 5 star property. I will most likely not return. read more

I would not call this a steakhouse as the cuts being served are not correct. Ordered the wagyu rib cap, but was provided something completely different. The steak given was lean and felt more like a tenderloin which was thinly cut. Ordered it medium but was served a medium rare (was probably given this temperature due the leanness). What irked me was that the manager came by and told me that it was a ribcap (talk about gaslighting). I will have to give praise to their sides, which were all delicious. read more

Went here for the first time last night for a friends birthday. I had pretty high expectations for the new restaurant. The ambience was great, beautiful style, and good enough service. The food however, was mid. The prices of the menu are way too high for what is offered. But what gave us the worst impression was the tomahawk steak "for two" for $195. Im glad I took a picture before we started eating but this place wants to charge people nearly $200 for the so called "34 oz." This was boarder line offensive because this is clearly way smaller than 34 oz. We did complain to the server but there was nothing she can do. Total BS for them to make an excuse that they include the bone in the weight because I'm pretty sure that's not a thing. Needless to say, I left the restaurant still hungry and will never return. read more
