One of my favorite spots due to the ambiance and atmosphere ! This is at the global ambassador and You feel like you're in France ! I've never been to France but this is what I imagine it looks like on this street. similar to Barcelona. This is a hot date night spot, and in fact was my first date with my current bf ! Top shelf liquor and a pretty decent steak! An extensive wine list and they may even let you taste the wine like they allowed me. I was excited to taste a $45 glass of wine. That was a first! Wasn't my favorite But still I love to wine taste. I wound up getting the clay Shannon. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff !

If you're looking for a place where the ego-to-entree ratio is wildly skewed, welcome home. Le Âme is essentially a high-budget film set for people whose entire personality is "I once spent a weekend in the 8th Arrondissement." The decor is stunning, but the atmosphere is thick with the scent of $400 hair appointments and desperation. The hostess looked at my outfit with the kind of soul-crushing judgment usually reserved for people who clap when the plane lands. The service is "European," which in Phoenix translates to: "I will acknowledge your existence once every twenty minutes, provided you look like you own a yacht." Our server was "mesmerizingly handsome" (their words, not mine--okay, maybe mine too), but the pacing was... leisurely. If you have plans later in the decade, you might want to order your dessert menu when you sit down. Overall, I actually love the food here and would recommend coming during the week when perhaps the staff are in better spirits.

First off the service was fantastic! This is my fourth time coming here and they never fall short. Zac was our waiter for our large party of 9 and he was extremely attentive! The food is also good, Im not sure if I would say it stands out because we are lucky to have so many great restaurants in the area. This restaurant stands out because of the vibes and the service. You are getting a 5 star service which is the largest difference for a lot of the high end restaurants in the area. I would say this is in my top 3 favorites in terms of service and wanting to come back.

Absolutely flawless location, super upscale ambiance with that GATSBY vibe. The service was some of the best I've had in the valley, extremely educated waiter, very attentive & respectful, good food knowledge. The Food was flawlessly prepared from appetizers to dessert! Duck spring rolls were fabulous, can't go wrong with any entree, and the desserts were each unique and flavorful! 5* for sure

Good French inspired restaurant! Went here over the Valentine weekend with reservations. The interior is beautifully ensembled and was probably my favorite part of this location honestly. It really looks amazing indoors at night. Since we had reservations (and considering it was basically still valentine's day) we were seated quite promptly even though we arrived a little later than expected. The place was PACKED when we arrived and seating was fairly close to one another. Service was great at checking on us, taking our orders, and refilling our drinks without letting them sit too long. We were celebrating an anniversary so they served us two glasses of wine(?) as well as a cookie dessert on the house. Definitely nice gestures, especially since both tasted good. We ordered quite a bit of food, some of which I wasn't too thrilled with. The Truffled Brie Baguette was decent but underwhelming in my opinion and didn't really justify the price for 4 pieces of stuffed bread. The Steak Tartare was okay but on the salty side. As for the other food and drinks, such as the Truffle Twice Baked Potato and Old Fashioned were both really good. The main entrees like the Ricotta Ravioli and Sole were amazing, but a little much considering proportions and price. I'm not local to the AZ but I had a great time here and so did my girlfriend. We will definitely come back again to celebrate anniversaries or other special moments as I feel this restaurant definitely looks the part, but maybe partially lacks in some spots that could easily be improved with time and effort.

Every bite was sensational - full of flavor and presented with such care. The team as a whole was very welcoming and quick to assist as needed. This is a great gem if you're looking for a high quality meal with an ambiance that sets you "out" of Phoenix.

We had such a great experience at Le Ame inside The Global Ambassador. The space is beautiful and feels really elegant. definitely a great spot for a special night out. For drinks I ordered the Parisian Spritz, which was light, refreshing, and a perfect way to start the night. For dinner I got the truffle chicken and it was so good. Our server mentioned it's one of their more popular dishes and that they tend to run out, so if you see it on the menu I'd definitely recommend ordering it while you can. For dessert we shared the Toffee & Pecan Gateaux and wow... it was amazing. 1000/10 recommend The service was also 5 star. Our server was super attentive and did a great job explaining the menu and pointing out the must have dishes, which we really appreciated. It's definitely on the pricier side, but the food, service, and overall experience made it totally worth it. I'd absolutely come back again for another special dinner.

Oh my goodness, this was a fabulous experience! If you're looking for a romantic date night spot that's definitely more upscale than your run-of-the-mill chain steakhouse joint, but not snooty or ridiculously priced, this is it! For the amazing service, quality food, and amazing vibes, this was so worth the price. The steaks we got were cooked exactly how we asked, and the sides were soooo tasty. We had to get two variations of potatoes of course, because I'm obsessed with potatoes for sides and that twice-baked potato was HEAVENLY! A heads up, their espresso martinis are sooo delicious... but a little dangerous... I was definitely feeling mine after half the glass! I would love to come back and try more of the appetizers, or the oysters, because I hear they're great. But, this was a fantastic spot for a Valentine's dinner date, and I highly recommend for anyone looking to splurge a little bit for a celebration. It looks like they had some bigger tables too for larger groups so that's an option! Parking was free if you get your ticket validated, but the garage is a slight walk away. Heads up on getting a reservation in advance too, it looks like their walk-in wait was pretty long, and I'm sure for holiday/seasonal times it can be busy. I got mine about 2 weeks in advance for the day after Valentine's day!

Le Ame inside The Global Ambassador is such a cool restaurant tucked away toward the back of the first floor of what is an absolutely stunning hotel. The atmosphere was extremely lively, and the staff was phenomenal. All team members were attentive, frequently checking on the table, and excellent with recommendations. I ordered their Old Fashioned, which was wonderfully made. For dinner, I tried the Ora King Salmon. The salmon was cooked perfectly and tasted great, though it was almost a bit too oily/fatty for my personal preference. Next time I'd probably go for a steak, as those looked incredible. Overall, I was very impressed and it's definitely worth a visit, especially if you're celebrating any special occasions!

Came here for a friends birthday, and it was so great. Valet parking was easy, the restaurant was busy but it was well paced. We had four people in our party, we sat at a small, extremely dark table. You can see that by some of the photos maybe. It was near the front but it would have been nice for a little extra light near the tables on the edge. Cocktails were great, we had gyoza and Cesar salad to start and were very happy. Our mains were 2 steaks, mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, and some noodles. Everything was great!!! Service was great too, no complaints there.

Le Ame has won a customer for life. They rolled out the red carpet for us and gave us a memorable night to celebrate our anniversary. The food was delicious, everything cooked to perfection. The service could not have been better, thank you to the entire team. A special thank you to our server Nekane, she took great care of us. All the small touches made the entire experience perfection!

Visited for the first time for our anniversary. Excellent service from the host, server and manager! Elevated atmosphere and sitting on the patio has you feel like you are at a Parisian cafe. Food was delicious, our favorites were the warm baguette, side of mushrooms (don't sleep on these!), lobster and truffle frites!!! Can't go wrong with the profiteroles and crème brulee for dessert. Cocktail and wine selection also excellent. Thanks for the great experience Le Ame! We will be back soon!

Second time for brunch/lunch and such a great experience both times! First time Jacob helped us and second time was Stephanie. Both were amazing. Service was amazing and the food was amazing. We will be back many times.

I don't believe the server knew how to handle the less than formal style of the group I was with, but they did not turn us away and provided phenomenal service. The drinks had elegant garnish, and were well made. The most complicated might have been a vodka soda, but the additional touch was nice. For a start we ordered the oysters, which was kept everyone stuck between being nice and fair, and wanting to take all for themselves. We also ordered the octupus which was very good. For my main, I had the salmom rillete. Well made and pesented - I only thought to take pictures after I ate. Our group was never rushed for the bill and we enjoyed a beautiful evening sitting on their porch. I am looking forward to going back more "prepared" and enjoying their seabass or beef bourguignon.

I chose to sit at the bar, which turned out to be the best decision. I tried the oysters, the escargot, and the burnt Madeleine dessert--each one was absolutely delicious. But the highlight of my experience was the bartender. He was young, charismatic, and made such great conversation. As a visitor, he made me feel genuinely welcome, which really elevated the entire experience. I believe his name was John C. (though for some reason I thought it was Liam!). Either way, he was fantastic. The gimlet he made incredible and expresso martini even better. I would highly recommend this restaurant--definitely sit at the bar if you can!

The cozy, intimate comfort of what used to be Coup des Tartes blended seamlessly with the deep, peaceful, gentle "love" you felt from House of Tricks into one calm, warm, easy spot. Farish House is a real, soul-warming experience across the board. The service, care, comfort, ambience, food, value and clear love they put into everything make Farish House our new favorite place. We walked through the front gate, up onto the front porch and inside where we took one of three small tables in the cozy front salon of this soul-warming 1899 French Bistro. *Food: we started with a bottle of Australian Cab. Shockingly good. And not crazy expensive, especially on Thursday when bottles are 30% off, it was an amazing deal. Turns out, the owner, Greg, was in the wine distribution business for several decades, curating wine programs for top Valley restaurants, so he really knows his stuff and their vast wine selection is amazing. We were offered a basket of truffle popcorn, mmm, salty, crunchy, and rich. We ordered the Chef's Selection Charcuterie and Warm Noble Baguette & Marinated Olives to get started. Both were beautifully curated, balanced, and incredibly high quality. The flavors and textures blended perfectly. with cheeses broken from large wheels, rather than cut and sliced, house-made pickled grapes, unique and unusual ingredients, smokey meats, compound butters, just awesome! We then moved into one of the cozy dining rooms and ordered the slow roasted Peposo Short Ribs and fingerling potatoes pan fried in duck fat served with Moroccan spiced aioli. Both were rich, warm and delicious. For dessert, and yes we thought we'd explode from all this food, we ordered a massive slice of bread pudding, some of the best I've ever had, rich, gooey and incredible. Along with that we ordered a beautiful Espresso Martini and an off-menu banana cream martini. Their drinks are not "poured" or mixed here, they're balanced and expertly crafted. This is French Bistro comfort food at its finest and it's unmistakeable. *Service: it just doesn't get better. Everyone working there is "family". And that's how they make you feel; like family, cared for, wanted, welcomed. Service isn't a choreographed masterpiece, no tuxedos, cloths draped over arms, napkins frantically re-folded when you step away, dishes served and cleared in unison. No, it's relaxed, warm, friendly, kind, like being at your grandmothers house and knowing you're surrounded by people who care. Met Greg and Katherine, the owners, and their daughter Alexandra and several other "family" members taking care of us. Their appreciation for your presence is unmistakable. *Ambience: it's just plain comfy, cozy, easy, relaxed, warm, deep, gentle, worn (in a good way), wise, and calm, that's the best I can describe it. Hard wood floors, cozy rooms, soft, warm lighting. It's a non-pretentious, French bistro that feels like the home of a favorite grandma or great aunt living in a warm family cottage in the outskirts of Paris. *Value: it's perfect. It's not ridiculously expensive like Kai, Brinkley's, Cafe Monarch, Christopher's, or French Laundry where you go, "okay, that was fun but we'll only do this very occasionally/rarely and it's probably worth it, but dang that was pricey!" No, Farish House is 100% value to experience, not cheap, but not overpriced, the balance is just right. It's a place you can go often, and we will. Yes, our meal with apps, drinks and dessert, some on happy hour and the Thursday wine special, was around $200. I'd happily say this experience was worth every penny. *Overall: I can't recommend Farish House highly enough. Parking is on the street or in a nearby lot, and that's a downtown thing. There's a small lot in back. The food, ambience, service, quality, and experience were stellar. I wish I could rate them 6 stars instead of just 5. I'll return often and highly recommend Farish House to everyone. I genuinely hope you enjoy as much as we did!

I went around 9:15am on a Wednesday--only a few tables were occupied, and the staff was super friendly, gave great recommendations, and the food came out fast. Inside is dialed in with chandeliers, French-y posters and photos everywhere, and a pastry case with tarts, pastries, and cheesecake that basically dares you to behave. The croissant was the star... fresh, flaky, light, buttery... exactly what you want. The egg was cooked perfectly and the cheese was melted into it almost like a mini omelette (loved that). My only hiccup was the "bacon." It leaned more limp pork belly than crispy bacon and had a distinct smoke flavor that wasn't the traditional hardwood/hickory vibe I'm used to. Also... because the cheese and egg are fused together, it's basically impossible to pick the bacon out once it's in there. Next time I'd order it without bacon or ask for it on the side and make it crispy. It came with a side salad, which is not what I expected with breakfast, but it was actually great, fresh spring mix and a delicious dressing with a subtle sweet undertone. There were also hash browns with a crispy exterior and soft, warm interior, exactly the texture you hope for I just wish there were more of them! Because I have no self-control around French cafes, I also ordered the Belgian waffle with fruit and whipped cream. The waffle was warm and tasty, more tender/soft than crispy, and I ended up preferring it to the 'scrape the roof of your mouth' style that most restaurants serve up. The whipped cream tasted freshly whipped and the fruit selection was generous. My only critique: I'd skip the granulated sugar on top. The waffle is sweet enough already, and biting into sugar crystals isn't my favorite texture. For a drink I tried the blueberry lavender matcha. It had crushed blueberries in it, but the matcha flavor was pretty mild and the lavender got lost. I also would've liked a touch more sweetness from the syrup but overall it drank a bit "soft" and subtle. Bottom line... really cool little spot with friendly service, quick food, and a pastry case that will absolutely ruin any plan you had to "just eat light." I'll be back but next time I'm customizing that croissant sandwich and letting the pastries talk me into bad decisions.

This outstanding Bistro delivers superb hospitality, and exquisite food in a lovely setting. The hosts could not have been more gracious and kind in their hospitality. Everything was so refined yet casual and delightful and incredibly delicious. Their lovely patio on a day like today couldn't be better for our extraordinary dinner for our birthday celebration. I myself had the smoked salmon and goat cheese salad. Some of the very best smoked salmon I've ever had to be honest, followed by their seafood choucroute. The pace of the meal was perfect. Everybody enjoyed their meal in our party of seven. The dessert were equally superb in taste and presentation. Once again our most sincere thanks and hope to see you again very soon!

That's rare in Scottsdale restaurants. Very civilized place where you can have a conversation without shouting. And you can speak French here and they will understand you. They are actually French people. The food was great. We had sole muniere and another all-seafood dish. It tasted good and it was the right amount of food. We had a Manhattan and a Sancerre wine - both excellent. The service was good. I liked that they had condiments right there at the table. In too many restaurants now, you have to request salt. Not here. I highly recommend Voila. (It is not cheap but you can afford it, right?)

We recently enjoyed a leisurely lunch on the patio by the fountain, and the ambiance was absolutely perfect, relaxed and charming. Aside from the great service and romantic ambiance, Zinc's food is superb! Admittedly, we have our favorites and we always start with a dozen Oysters and usually go with the server's recommendation. This time we added a caviar bump, which took this delectable appetizer to another level. For our main course, we both prefer a filet with the au poivre sauce and seared foie gras. For dessert, we indulged in the chocolate souffle. This is without a doubt one of our favorite meals and something we look forward to every year.

Service includes petit croissants that were warmed just right, there is a decent wine list. Not too cramped, touches of French country styling for the ambience. We ordered the boeuf borguignon, steak frites and a salad of tomatoes and mozzarella. The steak, though sliced thinner than the usual chunk, came as ordered at medium well with ample au poivre sauce and well seasoned fries. The boeuf borg was fork tender, a little heavy on the wine but perfect nonetheless. All dishes were perfect in terms of portions (not too small), the finesse and the flavor profiles tempered just right. After 6 hours of driving from LA to Phoenix and another 2 hours looking at houses, this was the perfect early dinner. The service was professionally pleasant and unobtrusive. To top it all, we declined dessert but they sent us complementary pots de crème and a small slice of cake and it was excellent. One must go, and more often. If I had time I would go for another meal of foies gras and coq au vin and a side of trout. And then there's still the restaurant to try. Oh my.

It would have been nice if our server had mentioned the price of the Dover dole on the specials menu. While we knew it would be expensive, $70 (before tax and tip) seems a little high for eating in a bistro. The room looked very dated and plain, but, as I said, the food was excellent. At the same time, I don't think it's a very good value for the money. A couple of glasses of wine and two entrées were over $300 with tax and tip. Pricey, to be overlooking a parking lot! We won't be going back to the Bistro.

The view and lighting at night are so beautiful, even the ladies room is stunning. The interior is modern with the most unique tables I have ever seen. On to the gourmet meal... We had a 7 course meal accompanied by wine, matched with each course. Indescribably delicious. One of the most scrumptious meals of our life. Their very pleasant and engaging Chef personally came out to meet us, and give us his thoughts on creating the 7 course meal du jour which we were enjoying. The Sommelier was also one of the most interesting, knowledgeable, memorable and delightful wine experts we have experienced. She shared her travels and reasons for choosing the accompanying wines. This eating establishment is a whole different level. Excellence or Perfection is the only question. I am leaning towards Perfection.
