Went to Le Ame for the first time to celebrate my anniversary. The restaurant has both a romantic vibe with the dim lighting but also a trendy vibe with the open kitchen. From beginning to end every one in the restaurant made our anniversary extra special. The hostess greated us, immediately wished us a happy anniversary, and gave us a card. Our server Anna was amazing. She really went above and beyond and made our anniversary extra special. She gave us complimentary bubbly to start our celebration. I ordered a casear salad and my boyfriend ordered the lobster bisque. Both were really good, but I was jealous I didn't go with the lobster bisque. We shared the 20 oz bone-in ribeye with a side of the mac & cheese gratin. The steak was cooked to perfection and was flavored perfectly. The mac & cheese was rich and delicious. We ended with a complimentary dessert and some coffee. We also had some drinks which were very good. I would definitely recommend going to Le Ame to celebrate any special occasion. I think this is my new favorite restaurant and will definitely be back. read more

Such an amazing dining experience at a beautiful venue! The food here was delicious, great service, and overall a wonderful dinner. There was live music playing in the hotel lobby, and a terrace bar in the same building with great views. Highly recommend the truffled Brie baguette appetizer. read more

Located inside of the Ambassador Hotel, this chic restaurant was wonderful. We secured our reservation for a busy Saturday evening, a month beforehand and were able to enjoy a perfect double date night here. What a fabulous meal! We started off our lovely meal with the raw oysters as an appetizer, which came with all the delicious fixings. I'm not a huge oyster fan, but I always want to give dishes a try and they did not disappoint. My husband and I opted for the king crab bucatini and Dover sole with a side of the truffle baked potato and grilled asparagus. Honestly everything was so delicious and our service was fantastic. We didn't feel rushed and really got to sit and enjoy each other's company. One of the other awesome parts about eating here was that afterwards we were able to walk upstairs and check out the Ambassador's rooftop bar, which is a total vibe. We'll definitely return here again and check out the other on-site restaurant soon as well. read more

Went to le Ame to celebrate my birthday with brunch. Really impressed with the food here. I took a picture of my prime rib dip but oddly it disappeared. Great service, everything was good but specifically these pancrepes are texturally and taste wise some of the best pancake category things I've had. The crème brule was the size of a football very good, but what I found most interesting was the French onion soup. It is not thyme heavy and I could not figure out what they use in it but it was very different. They use the same blend in the au jus for the dip which is spread with a horseradish blend and a butter bun. Second only to blue hound that I've had but CHEAPER. Really expensive for dinner by the way so I suggest brunch to try this place. Oh the valet is free if under 2 hours I think. read more

My first visit to The Global Ambassador and definitely not my last... I attended a lovely birthday dinner for a friend's 50th birthday at Le Âme Parisian Steakhouse last Thursday. There were nine of us in the party and the hostesses reserved a private room for our group. The private room was key, as we could actually hear each other amongst the bustling crowd in the main seating area. Clyde was our server and took good care of us along with many other staff members who made sure we had beverages at all times. We started with a plethora of drinks including a bottle of Sancerre, a favorite of both mine and the birthday girl... we also ordered the truffle fries and truffled brie baguette appetizers for the table and were not disappointed with either. For entrees, our group enjoyed the hamburger, the short rib, a few salads, and the birthday girl and I split the King Crab Bucatini and an order of Brussels Sprouts. Both were delicious! We did bring our own special birthday cake for dessert but it was complimented by an order of LAPS Profiteroles, which were magical and we later learned had a special significance to the birthday girl. I had high expectations after hearing about Le Âme, and the experience I had delivered. I will be back... once I convince my husband to join me to "see and be scene" and/or come up with a reason to celebrate! read more

Le Âme Parisian Steakhouse was an absolute surprise. Not knowing what to expect, I was delighted to find that this place serves authentic French fare and takes it seriously. The food was excellent, extremely fresh, and cooked with a lot of attention to detail, arriving exactly as I ordered it. While they don't indulge in wild, crazy culinary experiments, what they do, they do exceptionally well. The ambiance was another pleasant surprise. The setting is very romantic, dark, and dreamy, creating a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It's perfect for a special night out. From the wait staff to management, the service was top-notch, especially compared to other dining options in the Phoenix area. This place comes highly recommended to me, and I will certainly be coming back to try other items on the menu. Hope to see you there! read more

There are not many places in PHX that have an ambiance like Le Ame and the Global Ambassador. Phoenicians are known for always looking for the new hot spot in town, flocking from one trendy restaurant to the next, but I'd argue Le Ame is timeless and will unequivocally be a staple in the valley for years to come. Our evening started with a home run. The tuna carpaccio, in my opinion, is the best thing I've had at Le Ame (two meals). Light, delicate, fresh, this dish had it all. We also tried the French onion soup. I found it to be a little on the salty side, but my lady disagreed and loved it, so clearly subjective. For my main course I ordered a filet, it was perfectly cooked, medium rare, and had a 5 star flavour. The truffle butter was a nice addition as well. For our sides, we shared the sweet potato and Brussel sprouts (which was technically an app). The sweet potato was another highlight of the night. The hot honey and pomegranates in the sweet potato dish enhanced its natural sweetness x 10. An amazing side that I'd order again. I found the brussel sprouts to be decent, but it definitely got overshadowed by the sweet potato's. Profiteroles for dessert. The perfect amount for 2. My review would be incomplete without giving a shoutout to the entire team at Le Ame. They truly went above and beyond and created a memorable night. Gilbert, our server was awesome- funny, personable, attentive. He was great. Thank you again Le Ame. See you soon. read more

My father had been telling my wife and I how wonderful the Le Ame Parisian Steakhouse was on a recent visit there, so my wife and I decided to splurge and give it a try. From the moment we decided to make a reservation online (which I highly recommend well in advance), we were excited for the experience. The service, the food, and the overall ambiance were absolutely incredible, and we enjoyed certain dishes that made us feel that we were actually visiting France. While we went for dinner and dessert, you can find separate lunch and brunch menus on the website. Even with a reservation, there was a short wait to be seated though it was certainly worth it once we were, and everyone was so respectful. While we waited, we could glance around the the beautiful interior and design to make us feel like we were actually in Paris (to complement the food). Our server was absolutely delightful (Patricia) and made us feel right at home. We ordered glasses of wine and a truffled brie baguette to start (though we also received a complimentary taste of their pecorino soup with chives). While the soup sample was good, the truffled brie baguette was incredible, with warm brie, roasted garlic, and truffle honey! Patricia provided advice and suggestions that included me adding Café de Paris Butter to my New York strip while my wife ordered the Ora king salmon. We split an order of asparagus. Patricia later suggested that we order profiteroles (with French vanilla ice cream and warm chocolate ganache). While we instead settled for the chocolate tart with chocolate caramel ganache and vanilla Chantilly, Patricia brought out a some profiteroles for us to try, too. Every dish we tried was delicious and just added to the experience, as did Patricia. They have complimentary self-parking nearby, which involves getting a parking ticket validated. They also have valet parking at the cost of $10 but you can send a text when you are wrapping up your meal for your car to be ready for you when you come outside. Also, as I mentioned before, you want to make a reservation in advance unless you plan to eat at the bar, which people do. Reservations are made through the website (https://www.globalambassadorhotel.com/restaurants/leame). While we certainly plan to come back again for a special occasion, my wife has already been back for a work function over lunch. Lucky her! I certainly recommend Le Ame to anyone who doesn't mind spending a bit more than a typical meal (but very well worth it!). read more

Le Âme absolutely exceeded our expectations. The food was spectacular from start to finish. We ordered the Truffle Brie Baguette, Steak Frites, and the Ravioli, and every dish was outstanding. The brie was perfectly warm and melty, paired beautifully with a drizzle of honey. The steak was cooked exactly right and seasoned to perfection, and the ravioli was filled with a rich, creamy ricotta while the bright pomodoro sauce tied everything together flawlessly. The cocktails were just as impressive. We had the Elevator Affair and a French 75, and both were delicious and well-balanced. The service truly stood out. Our server, Paul, took incredible care of us. He was attentive, kind, and even offered me a purse hook for the table which was such a thoughtful touch! Everything came out at the perfect pace, making the entire experience feel seamless. The ambiance is beautiful as well. The lighting set the mood perfectly, the outdoor dining area was kept at a very comfortable temperature, and I loved being able to see into the kitchen and watch the chefs at work. Overall, an amazing dining experience. 10/10 would recommend, and we're definitely coming back! read more

The dinner visit was very lively, the esthetic was beautiful and the overall ambience was a 5. The service was good, but the food was just basic, nothing super special and the quality of the food didn't match up to the price point. Brunch/lunch was better and the ambience was a little more calm. Overall it seems people flock here for the vibes and social life more than the food. Definitely underwhelming after all the hype. read more

We had lunch here recently and the food was good. So was the service and the ambiance. It's busy and bustling at lunch. I have two suggestions: 1. Use a steak knife that doesn't slide off the plate when it balances it on the edge of the plate. This kept happening and it was very frustrating and messy. 2. Check the glassware. One guest at our table was served water in a glass with a chip on the rim where one would place one's lips. read more

Le Ame Parisian Steakhouse Offers outside dining along with private rooms. Onion Dip with chips was recommended by our waiter, skip the dip, save your $16 and go to Safeway for the chip and dip and save $10+ or choose another appetizer. It was a beautiful brunch this morning with good friends, great service, and incredible food! I made reservations for 6, and we were seated in a booth near the kitchen. The entire space was decorated amazingly chic; intimate and romantic! Our service was thorough and gave fantastic recommendations for our brunch. We started with the Pancrepe, which he split amongst our table, even cutting a small slice for my little one. That was amazing! I would not share again because I am selfish. Our table ordered various dishes: bagel and lox, croque madam (house specialty, as it should be!), French omelet, quiche florentine, French ham benedict, and a chocolate croissant. There were resounding MMMs and OOhs so it's safe to say our friends enjoyed their dishes. My husband and I really loved the quiche florentine - the crust was flakey and buttery. His benedict was perfectly poached and the hollandaise was rich! I also loved the chocolate had so much chocolate inside! I loved it and should have ordered my cappuccino with it. We had an amazing dining experience, and we hope to visit again! Merci, Le Ame! read more

My husband and I went here for our anniversary dinner and the staff were so attentive, the food was absolutely amazing and the ambience was like no other. In fact, we were trying to think of a nicer atmosphere restaurant we have been to and couldn't think of any. Parking was a bit difficult, but there was valet so we just ended up doing that. I think it was $10. We made a reservation so we were able to get in pretty quickly. It was nice because everyone was dressed up nicely (there was a dress code); Which I very much appreciate. We went on a Saturday night and there was a live band playing in the bar just adjacent to the restaurant. Also, because it was our anniversary, they gave us a small card that said happy anniversary to us from the restaurant, an amuse-bouche which had several different flavors in it, including prosciutto, dates, honey, and a balsamic glaze, but it really worked together, and a gelato for dessert that was so creamy and delicious. I thought the bill was going to be pretty high but it was really on par with an upscale restaurant. I had the truffle roasted chicken which was so delicious and my husband had the short rib which also was really good, but I think my chicken won. read more

I don't usually write reviews but I'm genuinely confused by all these 5-star ratings. Picked this place for my birthday dinner based on the glowing reviews. Our table wasn't ready when we arrived, pushing back our 8:15 reservation by another 20 minutes. Seemed fine at the time. Once seated, it took forever for our server to come over, then literally 30 minutes just to get our bottle of wine. The server was kind of cold and off putting, and our entrees didn't come out until well after 10pm. Almost two hours of sitting there starving. We were about ready to walk out. Honestly, I could've forgiven the wait if the food had been incredible, but after that longgg buildup everything was just bland. Really bland. I love French food and was so excited, but nothing had any flavor. The filet was fine but it's a filet, you know? Everything else was forgettable. They comped our entrees because of the wait, which was commendable, but we're used to great service at these prices. It was still super pricey and my birthday dinner became a disappointment. At no point did they offer us anything from the kitchen to hold us over, another glass of wine, or even an explanation of what was taking so long. Super surprised as Ive heard nothing but good things about this place. The only positive is the ambiance, it really did feel like we were in France. Beautiful space. Just wish everything else matched it. Maybe it was an off night? But I definitely can't recommend based on our experience, ESPECIALLY if its for a special occasion. read more

Maybe the best French restaurant in the valley. Attached directly to the lobby in the Global Ambassador (which always has an amazing band playing on the weekend). The restaurant is wonderfully decorated and the food is a nice variety of classic. It modern French dishes. We loved the tuna carpaccio they had as a shareable plate. The baked Brie bread was a rich treat and I loved the classic bolognese pasta. But the hero was our server Jordan who made it special for a birthday and an engagement celebration. They brought out champagne and a dessert to really make us feel special. Additional shoutout to George who was flying around the room taking dishes, clearing the table replacing everyone's drinks. I don't know where to begin. This dinner got off to an inauspicious start, as it seemed like the hosts didn't know where to put us and we were forgotten about for the first 10 minutes, we were there. However... this was quickly remedied by staff from GM, Floor manager and our server. They were incredible and made many touches to the table to make up for the early wait and also comped not only a couple of hors d'oeuvres, but dessert as well. That aside, the food, beverage, service and ambiance were exceptional. The Manhattan was perfection. Dinner was paired with a beautiful Bordeaux. The Steak au Poivre was special; so delicious and clean. We enjoyed an order of the King Crab Bucatini as well, which again delivered perfection on a plate. We had no room for dessert, but ordered a toffee and pecan gateau anyway and it was very solid. I would run back to Le Âme. It hits all the right notes. This is what true hospitality looks like. read more

Nothing but great things to say about this place, the food was amazing, staff was friendly and the atmosphere was great. We went for my boyfriend's birthday and they wrote him a card wishing him a happy birthday. The baguette with brie and truffle honey was one of the best appetizers I have ever had. I got the steak frites and let me tell you the meat was so tender and cooked to a perfect medium rare. The steak was genuinely so flavorful and I have been dreaming of it ever since. While we only went for drinks and dessert this is deserving of a review. First off the atmosphere and vibes are top notch. Located in the lobby of the global ambassador it is trendy yet quiet high-end yet approachable and just a really fun time for a really cute date night. This year to celebrate my birthday and my girlfriend's birthday, we went to dinner at Le Âme a French steakhouse inside of The Global Ambassador with a few close family and friends. The Global Ambassador is stunning and gives off a high end, and sociable atmosphere from the moment you enter. The restaurant itself is decorated beautifully and ran very well. I love the open kitchen concept that Le Âme has! Our server was helpful and suggested great drinks/dishes. The king crab bucatini was by far my favorite dish. The large chunks of king crab, al dente pasta, and garlicky sauce all paired perfectly. The Waygu Bolognese was also to die for and had a unique taste to the tender waygu. My wife and I went to Le Ame after hearing about this new French (Parisian) steakhouse concept. The restaurant is located inside the elegant and gorgeous Global Ambassador hotel which is next to the lobby bar on 1st floor. We started off with the Tiny Tini drinks which were simple and tasty, and ordered the Duck spring rolls and French onion soup which were amazing appetizers. The soup is a bit heavy and salty for those who might be sensitive so you'll definitely need a strong appetite for it. We split the skirt steak and pasta which were so delicious when paired with a beautiful bottle of Bordeaux wine! Overall, we loved this romantic restaurant as it made us feel like we were in France given its beautiful decor and open kitchen concept. This place deserves 5 starts and or more. Booking my reservation online was simple and quick. I made brunch reservations for this past Sunday and we were a party of three. Upon arrival, we entered through the market doors and the friendly barista directed us the right way. Once we got to the host stand, the hostess quickly greeted us, checked us in, and we waited a few minutes to be taken to our table. Our server was fast and quickly came on over to greet us, introduce herself, and give us water. She left us to look over the menu and it took us a few minutes to decide on what we wanted. We ordered: PANCREPES - Strawberry Preserves, Salted Butter, Pure Maple Syrup ORA KING SALMON - Pommes Chateau, Shiitake Mushrooms, Pernod Fumet Blanc BRIOCHE EGG SANDWICH - Fried Egg, Avocado, Smoked Bacon, Havarti, Garlic Aioli, Potatoes THE AMERICAN BURGER - American Cheese, Red Onion, Dill Pickle, Dijonnaise, Frites The pancrepes came out first and these were the best thing ever. They were big, crispy, moist, hot, and just sooo good. The mixture was delicious and it didn't even need syrup, butter, or jam. They were so good on their own. Our food took a long time to come out and our server was aware. She apologized to us and brought us a complimentary pastry while we waited. She asked us what we wanted from the market and we opted for a croissant. The croissant? A big ol high five to the baker! It was the best! Our entrees were delicious. My mom enjoyed her burger and it was pretty big. It was juicy, cooked well, and had so much flavor. My salmon was great and cooked perfectly as it would literally melt in mouth. My sister was in love with her Brioche sandwich and said she cant wait to come again for another one. Her side of potatoes were the best! Our experience was great and our server was the best! She kept our waters filled up and checked up on us several times. The place is beautiful inside and out, the staff is friendly, and it was really clean. Total spent for brunch: $130. read more

My first review was for the Market. I made reservations for La Ame the week it opened for mid January.. I figured by then they would work out some kinks. This place was hopping the night we showed up. They had a line out the door waiting for people to get in. Make a reservation - be patient. They have staff of at least 22 working the front floor and they are non stop on fire. The service was great.. Makes me wonder how they'll operate the hotel side of this as I wouldn't says it's relaxing but entertaining. It's as if, La Ame is the place to be. Let's start with the simple. The water is delicious. The two mocktails andn the menu were refreshing we ordered multiple of them. (Mocktails are the new thing - by the way) The baguette and butter was good The steak tartare was amazing. Crab cake was good. The Cacio Pepe Caesar was good The cheese ravioli was a nice light dish if I didn't eat every single bite. We also enjoyed the wagyu bolognese.. Desserts were great too.
