Yum!!! These tacos were so flavorful! I loved how much of a variety the menu offered. There was no kids menu but they split an adult burger and enjoyed it as well. The waiter even cut it and placed on two separate plates before bringing it out to us. My husband had some kind of BBQ burger and it was delicious as well. Portion sizes were big! Will be going back again.

I had the chicken caprese sandwich and it was very good. I would go back and get this again. My grandson had the spaghetti it looked good and he said it was good too. The service is slow, not sure why. It is a regular cafe environment, nice comfortable booths.

Service took forever! Nice but lacking. My rye bread was way over toasted and literally wrecked the roof of my mouth. I asked for no coleslaw on the sandwich and kraut instead but it came with coleslaw and a plate with kraut on the side!? Typical diner style not too fancy. Thankful that the prices aren't bad and received the senior discount. Get what you pay for‍

We don't always eat at the Grill but often stop by their pastry display case and pick up our favorite (yummy) desserts ! I sincerely appreciate Michael and LaToya's efforts to acknowledge waiting customers. We thoroughly enjoy their cookies, cheesecakes, blondes, croissants and banana nut bread. We haven't tired all of their tarts, fruit cakes, pies and donuts.

I have tried the Oyster Bar multiple times and wanted to try the LB Grill. There was not a lot of people at the front to greet and seat customers so we had to wait a bit before being seated. After we sat down our first waiter got us drinks, but it seems to be the end of her shift. Vinny introduced himself was our waiter for the rest of the time there. He was amazing! He ensured we were satisfied with our experience and food. I asked him if we are allowed to order food from the Oyster Bar to eat on the LB Grill side, and he went out of his way to ask someone in the kitchen. For those that want to get food from both the Oyster Bar and LB Grill, you have to sit on the Oyster Bar side because the temperature of certain foods has to stay cooler. But if you're not looking for seafood, the seating is much more comfortable on the LB Grill side. We ordered the following: - Seared Atlantic Salmon: The salmon was okay, nothing too special. The vegetables were a bit too raw for me. There is a citrus sauce for the salmon, but I was not a fan of it. The best part was the mashed potatoes and country gravy. The country gravy was delicious and I don't usually like it, but this was really good. It was seasoned well and the texture wasn't too hard or soft. - New York Steak: The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare and very juicy. I preferred this steak over the salmon. However, the mashed potatoes and gravy on this were not as good. - Cheesecake: This was soft and not too sweet. The powdered sugar on top is perfect. Definitely recommend getting their cheesecake especially when they have their own bakery that makes all the pastries fresh each day! Overall, the food is a 3 star, but Vinny's service was amazing which pushed my review to a 4 star. If the food gave me the wow factor, my rating would be higher. I see they have discounts for card members during breakfast, certain days of the week, and the dine after dark. The bottomless stack of pancakes sounds amazing for the price. Definitely will come back to try other things on the menu. I do think there needs to be more staff especially at the front to greet and seat guests.

Nice atmosphere, service was good, prices reasonable. Tried the grilled chicken sandwich and Asian salad. Sandwich was good, not great. Salad was okay. A lot of lettuce, dressing a bit too sweet for me, I would have liked the shrimp to be more grilled with a crisp outside.

Good food and wide variety of desserts/pastries. Friendly customer service. It was nice that they open 24/7. We needed more places like this. Recommend to everyone.

Breakfast Specials at the LB Grill, Legends Casino.

Previous visits haven't been the best, but breakfast here today was actually very pleasant. I ordered the Two Eggs Any Style. I asked for no butter on my toast and a side of Avocado and they had no problem accomodating my request. The service was great and the ambiance was nice. Unfortunately, I didn't see these Breakfast Specials until after I ordered, so I'm sharing so others don't miss out on it.

Had a special yelp event at the oyster bar. This place was next-door and it is touted as an upscale coffee shop. It is open 24 hours and they have lots of nice meal specials. We sat down to order the prime rib special for $12.99 and the T-bone special for $19.99, the server asked for our players club card. So in order to get the dining specials, you have to join the players club. So I'm guessing 18 years old to 21-year-olds cannot get these specials without an adult. Both the server and the hostess were really friendly. Coco was our waitress and she did a perfect job. The coffee shop is 24 hours it was a little on the fancy side. What we ordered: Prime rib (mr) mashed potatoes and gravy, sautéed vegetables T-bone (mr) baked potato, sautéed vegetables The specials are set menu. You cannot substitute choice of potato. The dinner arrived fairly quickly. For the special price, the plates looked perfect. The meats were cooked perfectly. I have to say there's some really good vegetables also. My wife loved the vegetables and ate them before she ate the prime rib . The mashed potatoes were a red potato with sour cream and butter, so they were actually quite delicious. Gravy as spot on. The baked potato, however, was so old it was brown inside. I asked the server if they had a fresh baked potato. She said probably not. So they gave me some french fries. It was a huge plate of french fries lol. You can see from the pictures. The french fries however, are coated in flour. They were crunchy, however, just never been one to eat french fries coated, and flour. Also, the ranch dressing served with the french fries was not fresh. It was like from one of those squeeze bottles you get at the supermarket. Tasted quite fake. But since I didn't eat the fries, it was not an issue. So to recap, great price, really good quality, meat, and vegetables, great service, just old, baked potato, and french fries with flour on them. So next time we come here, I want to try the Montecristo sandwich, however, the $12.99 prime rib is the star of the show.

Deuces wild breakfast with a side of hollandaise

I really want to give them 4 stars because when it's good it's good and the staff that are good are also amazing. It the honest truth is the inconsistency is wild here. I've eaten here a good handful of times between just being there and hungry to a handful of friends who've circumstantially chosen this as the spot to dine. The food has been on the range from fantastic to some of the most dismal food I've had and considering a diner breakfast is one of the harder things to mess up it was pretty painstaking. As for the staff, again, the ones that are good make for an absolutely pleasant experience but some of the staff were absolutely lackluster including one of management. We had an experience as a group where we were told it was going to be a 30-40 minute wait due to short staffing. All the while we watched one waitress standing in the back talking to the same table for almost our entire time there even after we were sat and helped by another server. During the same visit we also watched another server just do idle laps who also gave us the "going to be a wait due to staffing" when we were done with our meal we brought our concern to the manager on duty who was less than sympathetic and pretty much allowed the two servers in question stand by and put in their less than appealing commentary. It's a great place when it's good but just don't drum up your expectations. Hopefully staffing and consistency will get dialed in. But as for now it's not worth writing home about.

We initially intended to eat the AYCE Sushi & Oyster Bar but we were too early and that restaurant didn't open until 4pm on weekdays; so, we ended having lunch at the LB Grill instead. When we approached the hostess station, our party of 4 was shown to a table midway through the restaurant. The restaurant dining room was a long rectangular room and there were a handful of diners but not overly crowded. Our server, Tony (Anthony) appeared momentarily after we were seated to tale our drink orders and eventually our food orders: prime rib platter, fish-and-chips, spaghetti Bolognese and chicken-fried-steak-and-eggs. When the food arrived, everything looked great; the portions were very generous. We all enjoyed each of our entrees; everything tasted delicious. Afterwards, my sister ordered us a couple of tiramisu and my niece a chocolate chip cookie. The desserts tasted great as well; my niece practically gobbled up her cookie in one breath while my sister and I savored our rich, creamy tiramisu to the last bite. This was a positive initial dining experience at the LB Grill: the service great, the food was awesome and the prices were reasonable. We may have to visit this place again.

Had the Chicken Fried Chicken on Friday night, it was very good and had enough leftovers for another meal. The hostess and waitress were both very nice and welcoming. I've also had a steaks here and in the steak house close by, also in the casino, the steak house is much better. This Restaurant is usually not very busy and has a good bakery selection counter at the front desk. The ambiance is modern clean coffee shop. Highly recommended getting the casino's card for meal specials and extra restaurant bucks.

I'm telling you...this place is always so darn good!!! That smash burger was awesome! Brioche bun?! C'mon!! Mom's nachos were some of the best we've ever had!!! Our friend loved her steak salad. This is my third time here and I cannot tell you enough, get down here and eat!! It's a must!!

Just this past weekend I had a chance to visit Los Altos and it did not disappoint. The ambiance felt vaguely familiar, similar to another breakfast spot closer in town, but regardless I was hungry. The wait was about 15 minutes for a party of two. We waited inside what appeared to be a busy Saturday morning with families coming in to get their fix. I'm feeling sweet and savory today. A Tres Leches French toast combo with bacon, scrambled eggs and country style potatoes. Fritzie W. loves her eggs benedict. Almost any flavor, any style, covered in a salsa de verde for her Los Altos bene. Man, the flavors. The French toast was delicious, the tres leches sauce, wasn't too sweet, but just enough to let you know it means business. So good. You can't go wrong with eggs, bacon and potatoes. Fritzie's let me try her Benedict it was really good, prepared right--flavorful, savory. Nothing prepared was overdone, the servings were satisfying and our waitress was kind and accommodating along with the manager that shift having visited our table briefly to see how we were enjoying our meal. Truly a satisfying experience. The price, affordable for two, under $40. You can't beat that. Granted Pyramid Way is a bit of a trek, if you're out this way, check them out. Tell them I sent you. Well, they won't be pulling this review, unless they want to break federal law as my disclaimer at the end will explain. I love the decorations, and all of the different alien stuff, and just random decorum that actually works for this place. People can also sign their name and put stickers on the wall! Anyhow, I've been coming to these for years. The one in Carson City also. I've actually been interested in buying into one of these franchises, because everyone that I've been to have been super successful, but its a cool $¼M just to get started. They have a good diverse menu, and they have mimosas by the pitcher. Of all the times I've been to these, I've only had a subpar meal one time, and that was a few times ago when I ordered the chorizo Benedict. I think they were training a new cook, but the eggs were way overcooked, but they were happy to bring me better eggs. This particular visit, Tony was my server. He is excellent! I'm pretty sure that he's waited on us somewhere down the line, but super on top of things, super happy, just a really good dude, so ask to sit with him if you want top notch service! This visit, I ordered the traditional Benedict. I'm an eggs Benedict FIEND, and every time I come here I always say I'm going to order something different, but I generally don't. I do on occasion, but this bene I ordered yesterday was ON POINT! Large eggs, poached perfectly, perfect hash browns, creamy rich hollandaise sauce, and I even ordered a side of biscuits and gravy, which were perfect. Haley brought our food to us out of the kitchen, she was super nice and told us we could rely on her if we needed anything special! Squeeze in is always pretty much a guaranteed home run. Sometimes the wait times are crazy, which is a good thing, but you can always check in online. I checked in online before I left the house yesterday, had about an 8 minute drive, and was seated within 3 minutes of getting there. But other times, I've checked in 20 minutes before arrival, and still had to wait 10 or 20 minutes. Regardless, to me it's worth the wait. Thanks squeeze in, thanks Tony, thanks Haley, we'll be seeing you again soon! To Yelp: I don't work here. I don't own this place. I'm not a shareholder. I'm not affiliated with this business other than being a faithful paying customer. They gave me scrambled eggs instead of over medium eggs, and the server was quick to get the kitchen to make the correct eggs. I would love to try other items on the menu because it all looks really good. The atmosphere was decorated for Christmas, and there was a mural on the wall. I first heard about it when Esquire magazine proclaimed it to be the best breakfast in America. To quote the writer: "served in a skillet the diameter of a small umbrella". Obviously, there is a soft spot in my heart and nostalgia about that location, but due to it's smaller size and popularity, we decided to drive over to Sparks and check out this other Peg's (they have 5 locations now in total in the Reno metro area). Placed in the strip mall with ample parking, Sparks location is much bigger than the OG Sierra St., but not less busy. We probably got lucky , since they had two open tables, and were seated right away. A minute later, there was already a wait list. When it comes to Peg's I always order the same thing-Huevos Rancheros skillet with the side of bacon. If I was not super-hungry, this meal might have been enough for 2 and comes with all the fixings: hash browns, coleslaw, beans, pico, and a slice of fruit. Esquire article still holds true after all these years: Peg's might still be the best breakfast in the country. Add that coffee is always piping hot and refilled quickly, service quick and efficient, and it's hard to chose another place for breakfast in Northern Nevada. The only thing that could make it better is is to have a bloody mart to pair with the skillet, but there are plenty places nearby for that. Needles to say...until next time.

However, the service of that location is the worst I have ever seen here in Reno at any restaurant. Especially since I was made to feel like it was my fault that they had not asked me what I wanted for breakfast, after giving me coffee... I will definitely be back here at Jack's as often as possible! It's five minutes from my home and I don't have to drive as far as I did today to try to get something to eat and expect decent service! This is my second time here at Jack's, and I am blown away. I will not be traveling very far going forward.! I will stick to the other three locations of the franchised restaurant that I usually go to for a meal, but never again the one mentioned in the above comments! Jack's feels like a family, hometown, relaxing, and a customer service friendly place to come for a meal! I apologize for comparing the two, but I think it has to be said because I am blown away by how well I was taken care of here at Jacks, after an hour and a half, well... almost 2 hours after waiting at the other place! Jacks was s a Great place for Family and friends, and they made me feel welcomed unlike the other place I already mentioned! Please try Jacks for friendly service, attentive staff and a great place for great food and hospitality!! Has been 46 minutes, my food has been delivered. I have been offered dessert and containers to take my leftovers home, it's great to feel like a customer who is appreciated, valued, and cared for! To squeeze in, I won't be going back to your location, but the other three here in Reno area are amazing and really disappointing me but Jack's made it all better for me today as I made it through over 2 hours of needing something to eat, they took care of me here at Jack's and now my blood sugar levels are where whether they're supposed to be! Go dine out, where someone cares ! thank you so much Jacks!!

I had the Denver omelet and was unfortunately disappointed. The bell pepper (which included green…read moreonly) was raw-- like not just underdone, raw, raw. The cheese wasn't fully melted (and there was a ton of it in addition to the generous amount on top). The omelet was very oily inside, and quality control wasn't there as I found 1.) a random cilantro leaf inside and 2.) a spot of some brown goop that I'm hoping was just pan fond from possibly using a pan that was previously used to cook something else (like fajitas possibly?).... My toast was also not up to par. The wheat bread was dry and a bit brittle and the toast wasn't warm. The butter (or butter substitute?) had not melted in and was just sitting on top like a paste. Our food came out at different times too so I'd recommend if you are there with a group not doing the typical wait-for-everyone's-food-to-arrive-before-eating type of thing. The service felt mixed. Several different people came by often enough (to check for coffee refills, etc.) but some were not warm and did not greet us with a smile. That didn't feel very welcoming. The ambiance isn't impressive. The outside signage doesn't look very good just thrown on top of some older beat up golden arches, but at least the inside looked like it was flipped. I did like that the tables felt spaced out enough that I didn't feel like a server could risk bumping into me with a tray like I have felt at some busier restaurants where the tables are more tight. And random, but I did notice some Hawaiian music was playing as we entered through the set of double doors (perhaps a nod to the previous restaurant?). Overall I might give Jacks a chance again as it seemed to be a standard breakfast place (and I liked that there was no wait for our party of 6 on a Friday morning during spring break) but I will not be ordering a omelet again.
