Great spot for mediterranean food in Anaheim. Its on the Promenade in Downtown Anaheim so parking can be a little tricky but there is usually parking on the street during the day time the staff is so kind and sweet and are pretty efficient in making the food. I tried the chicken shawarma plate and the chicken was tender and juicy! The chicken was a little charred and burn on some bits, which I know some people like, especially for a shawarma, but that just isnt my favorite if its too charred and burnt. The place does come with pita, hummus, and a salad which were all delicious as well My friends got a gyro plate and that was delicious! I would def get that or get a mix with chicken and gyro if possible next time. read more

This is still one of my favorite restaurants. The food is fantastic, and I enjoy sitting on their lovely patio. I am so happy there is now beer and wine. The chicken is always juicy. You also cannot go wrong with the kofta and the gyro. They are so delicious. I must order all 3 when I go. The hummus and salad are also addicting. Today I visited the Muzeo Museum in downtown Anaheim and afterwards I decided to try out Lazeez Eats which was directly across the street from the museum. I saw that they had a burger special which came with their Meridian burger, fries and a mojito. We call the mojito aguas frescas. My food was cooked to order and was fresh and delicious. Please see my video. The service was 10/10. The ambiance is chill. It is a Mediterranean restaurant so they have many others dishes like gyros and baklava. I saw a lot of signs for the World Cup so it's a place where you can grab a beer and watch the game too. If you haven't tried the restaurants in downtown Anaheim, you should. There is free 2 hour parking on the street and in some of the parking garages. Gyro wrap had good flavor and you can add a side salad. It's a little pricey for quick service averaging between $18-$20 per person without any drinks. Portion was average and not enough to have left overs. Service was great! I stopped by this location at 11:50am and wanted to order a plate and was refused service and told they weren't serving the plate they displayed on the window, I said ok, do you have anything else I can order and NINO, being super rude for no apparent reason said it will be an hour before anything is made for me. So I left to never return to this location again. Mind you, I parked infront of their establishment so I would be able to walk to the building dept and order a set of blue prints for a large job at one of the local commercial buildings. Terrible experience and completely miss treated by NINO for no apparent reason. It's more than a treat to dine at LAZEEZ EATS! This beautiful establishment sits on the corner before heading into the parking structure at the City of Anaheim. Soon as I stepped inside, I'm greeted by the amazing owner Abdul who I can tell loves people and serving. This always is a plus in my book, because that tells me the food is even better. Guess what? I was absolutely correct. The food was phenomenally delicious. I ordered the burger with fries. I know you're thinking, a burger and fries? You can get that anywhere. And you're right I could, but it wouldn't come close to this magnificent burger. The size of the meat is big and thick , the tender and juiciness of the meat had me star struck at every bite. The meat is hallah and if you don't know what that means, look it up. All I can say is, from start to finish on how this beef is prepared is pretty much sacred. The burger comes topped with grilled onions, pickles, tomato, lettuce, and a secret sauce. Truly it was the best burger I have had. The fries were great as well, light crispy and beautifully plated. I savored every last bite. Abdul is truly one of a kind and makes you feel like family. He takes pride in his establishment, and it truly shows in his food. Big shout out to the cook who hand delivered me my food and checked in to see how I liked it. I can't wait to come back and try something else, but I will be honest...I may be stuck on the burger for a while. I want to give this place another try. I love Mediterranean food and typically enjoy everything. I'm honestly on the fence because my chicken kebab was tasty and service was super friendly, but I also think my stomach had a hard time with digesting something I ate. The salad dressing was very bitter and sour and I reeked of garlic the next day. So I will have to update this review after trying it again, but I will say my initial impression of this place is a 7.5/10 bc the chicken was flavorful and the hummus was good. Oh and the fries were tasty too! I love the location bc it's a great hangout area, but parking can be tough on busier times in the week. read more

Everything we ordered was so flavorful we could taste the quality as well of all the ingredients being used. I came here for lunch with my friend, and overall we had a pretty good experience. Upon entering, I was not greeted while waiting for my friend. A few minutes later as I sat down they did acknowledge me. It's a casual spot where you order first and then pick a table. They have a few inside and outside. They bring the food out to you once it's ready. One thing I didn't love was that a group that came in after us got their drinks and food first. They even gave my drink to their group by mistake, but they brought it over once I mentioned it. Despite that, the workers were friendly. I ordered the chicken kebab plate and the cucumber mint mocktail mojito, and both were tasty with good portions. My friend and I also tried the baklava, which was good. Prices felt fair for what you get. I'd probably give this place 4.5 stars, but I'll round up to 5 because the food was solid and ambience was pleasant. The gentleman taking our order really aimed to accommodate our party of 5. Overall, I ordered the chicken kabob wrap, and it was delicious. And additional charge for fries to make it into a combo. However, I understand the hustle in this economy that one has to make though. The patty didn't have any seasoning nor was there sauces in the burger. If you want a Gyro, then you must come here! Their Gyro Plate, Gyro Fries and Gyro Pita are all sooooo good! We come here every 3 weeks and get the same thing. The Tzatziki and Garlic Sauce always hit the spot with my Gyro. I love the Gyro Plate as it comes with a nice, soft and fluffy wild rice and fresh salad. I have taken some family members here and they really like the Chicken and Beef Babobs, Gyro Plates and Gyro Fries. The Agua Frescas are free when you check-in on Yelp and purchase a plate.
