While there was a lot of seating, there seemed to not be enough staff to manage a new section of the store. Once we got seated, we browsed their ordering sheet. After giving the staff the sheet, it took about 10 minutes to get all of our skewers. Prior to the skewers, the sides are given out first. For skewers, we got the marinated beef, beef and pineapple, and pork belly. We also got an order of the cold noodle, which ended up pairing well with the skewers. The quality of the skewers is equivalent to the Monterey park location! I'll probably skip out on the beef and pineapple one for a future visit and lean towards the other flavors. The service was okay. They seemed to be understaffed at the time so we needed to find the staff to ask additional sides and the check; they didn't check up on us.
