Instead of taking my money for a service I didn't need, Jason identified that the actual problem was roots clogging the intake to the tank. He could have easily pumped the tank, collected the money, and sent me on my way, but he chose to be completely honest and upfront with me. That kind of honesty, integrity, and professionalism is hard to find these days.
