While on a bike ride, I happened across a Chico Septic and Sewer Truck parked in front of a home nearby. I introduced myself to the young man working the project named Chad and asked him if he would be able to take a look at my septic tank and give me an evaluation. He took down my address and phone number and about an hour later texted me and told me he was at our home inspecting the tank. I met him there and he gave me a complete evaluation, basically saying that everything was OK that he had checked. There was no charge for the inspection and I felt badly because I wanted to give him some cash, but we don't keep any around the house. Instead, I'm writing this evaluation, hoping that they get all of the business that they deserve given their professionalism and willingness to help out. I will definitely use them when the time calls for it. Highly recommend!

I called Bob's HVAC at 4:30 pm on Monday, and he was out here the very next morning, first thing, to take a look at our heating system that was blowing only cold air. He was quick, courteous, and so understanding regarding our predicament! It turns out that the hi-limit part was broken and it would take 5-7 days to get that part ordered with $15 for shipping, OR, we could overnight it for $100 shipping. (We decided to save the money and be cold for the week.) The funny thing though, was that he recognized his own work from the LAST time something happened with our unit, years ago, and we had dubbed the broken part, the "flux capacitor" (from Back to the Future fame). It was great that he remembered that silly name and that he remembered us from before! Then we had a good conversation regarding how important a good sense of humor is these days. He's a super nice guy who will definitely go out of his way to help a family out. So. Nice. Anyway, he kept me updated on the part, via texts, and was out here again the very next Tuesday to replace the part, quickly and with no nonsense. Oh glorious warm air, blowing in my house! So happy now, so thankful for this man, Bob. Thank you the most-est!

They also didn't call me back right away. I decided to cancel my services because it sounded shifty and dishonest. I called another company and they came the same day and they were able to fix everything without using my pump I bought. It costed me less than $200.00.

So very nice. I would also like to add that back in the late 90's my boyfriend (at the time) hired him to drill in Berry Creek, so he has been at this a long time. I will vouch for this company all day long.
