The quote from Jackson Electric fell right in the middle. But what set them apart and made our decision crystal clear was the thoroughness of their quote. Charles not only answered all of my questions and eased my concerns, but he also provided a very detailed quote that listed each item in detail for the work that would be completed. The quote included absolutely all of our requests to a T. Charles had great communication, was speedy at scheduling all of the needed permits and appointments, and kept us informed the whole time from start to finish. Charles and his team completed a full rewire of our 1950s cloth-wired home and upgraded our panel from an old XO 100-amp panel to a new 200-amp panel. As first-time homeowners, we were very nervous about this big project, but we knew our home was a huge fire risk with the old wiring. Charles set all of our worries at ease. His team completed the job a day earlier than promised and cleaned up very nicely. Charles also came back out to help us troubleshoot a concern after the project was complete, free of charge. My wife, our kids, and I can now sleep soundly at night knowing that our home's electrical is no longer a risk. Charles and his team went above and beyond for our project. There is no clear communication and no clear cost for the service…read more I went to have my dress tailored and it cost $96, which I wasn't aware of until I had to pay. She said alterations started at $25 and didn't give other info once she saw the dress or measured me. It would be helpful to have this information before having the service done as the jump from $25 to $96 is a lot. In the end, the alterations cost more than my dress... which was not a bridesmaids dress, as she stated. The alterations themselves were fine, but seemed rushed as she did not have the dress ready when I was going to pick up. I had to return for a third time to pick up.
