I was having no issues, it was just past time for a pump. He opened up the system and saw that the liquid was above its drain pipe, meaning it was going into the leach line. He told me he would send their tech who specialized in clogged whatever's. He would not pump my system as he didn't know what tech would find and didn't want me to have to pay for two pumpings. Raul turned up to pump the tank so the techs could work on it. He was very informative as to what was going on. Next came Lance and Jimmy. Those two indentified the problem and began digging and tried to clear out the pipe between the tanks and the leach line.
