Conversation was zero. I got ready for the sugaring, she got started, and about halfway through I mentioned how this was the most painful sugaring experience I've ever had. It was painful because Jenn was using wax. She didn't bother to check on her appointments or confirm with me what I wanted. Maybe if she had put her phone down before we got started, I wouldn't have had such a horrendous experience. We finished out the waxing and just a few days later, I had hair because it all was broken off. I've never had my lashes tinted or lifted before this, but they are basically crimped upward, not curled. I have nothing to compare to, but I'm guessing she just did a poor job. She also remarked how "coarse" my lashes were, which was insulting. All around bad experience. I would not recommend her nor will I ever go back.

I was so happy to see this, as without this upgrade, this location would've been 1 star for me. I always receive the Sculpt facial and I've had varying experiences here. Sometimes I've been asked about my skincare or concerns, others I haven't. Same with being offered a blanket, water, to remove my shoes or preferred pressure. The estheticians I've had that have been great have been wonderful, but it's definitely a mixed bag.

I received the reply wherein she said I was the worst experience in 4 years of business. Then hours later she posted replies making it seem like she was 100% trying to rectify the situation. Did she offer half off, yes. Was I unable to take her up on that offer? Yes. Did I post my reviews in fear of my card being charged even though she was a no call no show because of a review from another woman who stated Alison didn't show up and her card was charged $375, so I made sure to protect myself best I could from that happening? Also yes. I called the owner and complained about it and she was apologetic and I asked if I she could take care of it and she said she will get back to me soon. Instead I was booked for a touch up with the same person who did my lashes. My original appointment was at 6.45pm. She text me earlier and asked if we could do it at 6.30pm and I was fine with it. I was there at 6.20pm and she ended up taking me at 6.45pm. No apologies for taking me late and giving me a bad experience. I got a fill and the very next day the lashes started falling out! I was really disappointed! And it was not cheap. Please read the reviews before you go. (Do not fall for the name and where it is located). I currently have lashes done from a different salon and it is great!

I was in Minnesota on a short weekend trip from out of state and ended up coming in on the wrong day (my fault), but they were still able to accommodate me. One of the techs offered to remove them on her break, which I thought was very generous.
