She ended up trimming my nails. At one point I even said please stop and she said she was just cutting the skin on the sides, but every once in a while she would clip the side of the nail. She basically rounded out my toenails and kept digging deeper. This is like the perfect cut to create an ingrown toenail and lucky me it's on all of my toes. I'm hoping this isn't the norm, but I am extremely disappointed and annoyed with my experience.

Hollywood Nails is that place. The moment I walked in, Bella the owner made me feel seen, welcomed, and warmly greeted. You can tell the owner and her staff put care into making sure every customer, young or old, feels looked after. I had the Pearl Jelly Spa Pedicure with a nail tech named Mya. She was knowledgeable, talented, and really took the time to hear what I wanted. Even mid-pedicure, she made sure the customer near her still felt seen and cared for. My daughter had a gel manicure with Bella and absolutely loved her experience.
