That said, I wanted to leave this review because of my shock over a recent review. My experience with Longmi has been overall very positive. I will say, on a business level, the owner has some things to work out, but from a technician standpoint, Tara has been fabulous. I have developed a slight allergy to the glue (btw- NOT uncommon and I know this from my line of work) and she has worked diligently with me to solve the problem and help it. I get compliments all the time on my lashes and due to my travel, have had to have fills in other states and not ONCE has anyone stated that my current lashes were incorrectly adhered or a problem. Due to the fact that the owner runs very short handed, appointments are at a premium. If you miss yours, it might take awhile to get back in. This isn't a technician problem. Plan accordingly! You never offered to fix my lashes to make them less full--it was only after I gave feedback asking if there was a way to make them less dramatic and if it was possible to remove some. **Your response was: "You're asking me if it's okay to remove your lashes?" with an attitude, and you said I booked a voluminous lash set. When did you ever mention that during the consultation when I clearly asked for a natural look with pictures? You didn't say that my request for a 'natural' look isn't achievable with your technique. If only you had mentioned that booking a classic full voluminous set wouldn't achieve the natural look I wanted and offered a different technique or attempted a different lash set, instead of ignoring my requests and confidently saying you could achieve the look I wanted based on the two pictures I showed you.
