I paid about $30-$35 so it's a bit pricier than I've paid before but it's worth it in my opinion. Her shop is located inside of a building with different multicultural stalls and as someone who's a bit directionally challenged I had to walk around a bit but if you just follow the signs then you're all set. Parking is also a bit challenging but that's because there's construction being done when I visited. The studio is very clean and well lit! Will definitely be coming back.

Brow threading service was $25. The only awkward part was that she asked me to use my hands to hold the skin near my eyebrows tight while she worked. I've only had brow threading done a few times before, but this was a first for me and I wasn't sure I was doing it right. The service was painless and done in 10 minutes. I would consider coming back next time I need to re-shape my brows.

When I go to threading, I typically request sideburns in addition to brows (I have brown hair and I like cleaning up this side profile before events/trips.) during the treatment, the individual threading my sideburns went well beyond my sideburns into my lower chin, cheek, and more, which I was not comfortable with as I have sensitive skin and treatment wasn't requested there. I have experience threading this area and it was well beyond other's scope. The individual had difficulty with my right sideburn, the first side she did, and proceeded to rush the left side. When I got into my car after paying and tipping, I noticed that I had three bloody marks on my lower chin where she cut me with the thread. This is highly upsetting, given I had come in for sideburns and this area never should have been in scope, and now the skin is damaged. I am happy to share photos of the chin cuts at people's request. I read through 1 or 2 negative reviews below and I would agree with the sentiment that there must be a few new staff outside the owner that are less experienced. Still a solid affordable place, but wanted to share my experience.

The second time, I arrived again on a weekday, this time on a Tuesday at 7:20ish. There were at least 9 people ahead of me and I immediately asked the threaders, 'do I have a chance?' Their policy states that last call is 7:45. The threaded responded 'yeah you do.' I had my ticket in hand and went to a store nearby. I returned before closing and there were still customers in the chairs having their brows threaded. It was minutes before closing at 8 and as mentioned, there were still women being threaded. I came with my number and the threaders now stated 'no we aren't taking anyone.' When I reiterated what I was told just some minutes before, they said 'you have to wait here.' I was in absolute shock. There is no sign written that you must wait there after you have already pulled a number for your spot in line. There was no notice of this when I had just spoken to the threaders when I asked if I had a chance. This felt like a convenient excuse in the moment. Only come here if you have 2 hours for your commute and to sit and stare at all of the other people waiting in line for an hour before your turn comes.

I waited til the next day to sit on how I feel about the brow work. I took selfies after doing my usual makeup routine. My eyebrows are far from flat. It is very arched! I've had my brows done by three threaders in the past who are able to have them flat on top as I wish. I felt saddened because I got my brows done the day before getting my headshots taken and I was wondering why i couldn't recognized myself when I was previewing the photos. Got the email of the manager and she just never responded to me. I gave up which I am assuming was their goal. WASTED all this money and still have a good amount of underarm hair. I would not have paid this much if I didn't know I would still have a good amount of hair. It is thinner and lighter but not "a couple of hairs here and there" like they said it would be. After a couple sessions with various clinicians, an excellent one explained to me that I should have been getting 2 rounds of treatment at each visit due to a condition I have. Since she discovered their error, she extended my 10-month period for several months at no cost, which I was very happy with. Overall, the clinicians were friendly, caring and seemed very competent. There was one clinician I had for 2 appointments, and she seemed less competent. During both appointments, I had to stop and explain that the other providers provided pressure to treated areas to help ease my pain throughout the procedure. Even after she seemed to understand, she did not execute it nearly as effectively. The pressure she applied was generally too light and she sometimes would apply it in the wrong spot. I'm sure my very strong reactions throughout the 2nd appointment made it challenging for her, but still I had a better experience with the others. I explained to her that my skin rarely had such a strong reaction and that the pain lingered, and then had to ask her for aloe and hydrocortisone - things the others graciously offered right away, regardless of my skin's reaction. After my first negative experience with this clinician, I made sure my next appointment was not with her and the following appointment was better/more normal. However, I had to reschedule my last appointment and could not see who the provider was when rescheduling, and so that is how I ended up with this clinician a second time. I'm finally done with my package, and am relieved, not because my hair is gone (it's not gone, after all that), but because of the challenging scheduling, the mix of very good and less competent clinicians, and intense pain during procedures.
