It smelled amazing when I walked in and all the jewelry and products were very visually appealing. They sold many good quality jewelry and luxury products. The staff was all so welcoming, fun, beautiful, and very talented. They made the experience very comfortable. I had my very first airbrush experience and left feeling so happy and flawless. I couldn't get over the fact of how natural my makeup was and how light it was. I had such a wonderful experience I decided to have Kess do a brow lamination for me. Again, this is a new treatment for me and I was blown away. I didn't realize I actually had that many brow hairs. The lamination came with a brow tint and she definitely perfected the color. She asked if I would like a scalp massage while the treatment sat on my brows and that definitely elevated my experience.

I paid $53 for a $45 manicure... Avoid the Groupon! So that was the initial pricing drama... Then for the manicure. The hot stone massage was decent. Then she was shaping my nails which were short to begin with and she just gave up on shaping. I had to ask her to please at least smooth them out. So unshaped nails and then came the polish... She did it so spotty and didn't even get it to the edges. Literally the worst polish job I've had yet. No cuticle work, so I looked at my nails when she finished and they already looked like they were a week old. At this point I had gel polish on my nails and there was nothing that could be done unless I got it fully redone. It took 2 hours from start to finish, so there was no way I could wait around any longer. They agreed that it didn't look great, but said there was nothing they could do and still charged me the extra amount for the gel polish and claimed my Groupon. The lady was nice (I believe her name was Tammy) but it seemed like it was hard for her to see super well and that's why the attention to detail was off. It was painful because Jenn was using wax. She didn't bother to check on her appointments or confirm with me what I wanted. Maybe if she had put her phone down before we got started, I wouldn't have had such a horrendous experience. We finished out the waxing and just a few days later, I had hair because it all was broken off. I've never had my lashes tinted or lifted before this, but they are basically crimped upward, not curled. I have nothing to compare to, but I'm guessing she just did a poor job.
