I had eye lash extensions done this past Friday evening, they were almost all gone by the next…read moreafternoon, not even 24 hours. The policy doesn't prevent a free service it's lining your pockets. It protects you from taking accountability. While you are lining your pockets who is protecting the clients from your financial abuse? Your YELP reviews show that this is an ongoing problem. Lashes falling out after 1-2 days, when I blink, not from rubbing, oils or water, I literally blinked and felt the extensions fall on to my face. This was my lashes the following day. No oil no water. This is unacceptable! I nearly cried. I work hard for my money. I have an event to attend and this is my lashes for the event. As you can see my eyelashes are still intact the extensions have all come out. This is not a $20, 30 minute service. It was $150 including the tip and the audacity to charge a master stylist fee! It took approximately 2 hours to have done only for them to all fall out the following day. When I contacted them, obviously upset with my service and my extensions falling off after one day they refused to refund me and threatened to get a restraining order on me. I will be contacting the BBB and the attorney general. You have to stop stealing from people. This is robbery! I wish I would've read these reviews before booking with them. I do not recommend!

Salon was very clean, my provider was friendly and told me she was new but not to worry. Of course, I worried. It took the full two hours, and I felt like she was struggling but being new I had no idea. Lashes looked ok, not quite what I expected but they were better than my natural lashes so I went with it. At checkout I was informed I had two days for an adjustment if needed. Next morning they had all fallen out overnight. This is now two days before my wedding. I called and they offered me a time to come in to have them fixed, which was the day before my wedding. I ended up canceling as I had too much to do and didn't have time to sit there for two hours. I ended up canceling and they wouldn't give me a refund. Can't recommend. Their policy is their policy so I won't argue about the money but $99 isn't chump change plus so much time wasted. FYI - wedding went great and husband didn't care how my lashes looked!

I've had an amazing facial so far and today, I had a lash lift and tint done. My before and after photo I snapped for my eyelashes does not do it justice (what can I say, I have punny eye lashes AND I snapped my before photo when I had a light coat of mascara on. My eyelashes are invisible without mascara and I refuse to go out in public with my eyes looking bald!) The spa bed is cushy and more comfortable than any massage table I've ever been on (and I've been on A LOT!). And when offered a blanket (the temperature in there is actually set just perfect) I said yes. Callixandra came back with a sheet and a WEIGHTED blanket!!' (I freakin LOVE those things and sleep with one year round!!) Because I had a bit of mascara on, it required a light cleaning. No problem! The stuff used smells amazing and I had no reaction at all (I'm really sensitive and picky with skin care products). The adhesive tape and silicone thing she put on my eyes to do the lash lift also did not give me any reaction compared to other taps or eye patches I've experienced in the past. Win win for me! I was also blessed with some heavenly shoulder, neck and scalp massage in between the steps of what was put on my lashes. (I'm a huge fan of scalp massage and let her know. I asked if that was generally the routine. Her response was "it depends on clients preference.") I've tried a lash tint in the past at an Aveda salon in the past and vowed to never have one again because it burned my eyes to bad and was so paint full! It left my eyes watering profusely and swollen for the rest of the day. I was a bit nervous to have it done today but had ZERO reaction at all! I would absolutely have this done again at this spa! At the end of the session, I was given a pretty wrapped chocolate and a cut little carton of water to drink. I left feeling SO relaxed, pampered and pretty! I'm definitely planning on returning and just handing them my credit card and asking for all the pampering!

Fortunately, my esthetician next door to Leto Lash Studio introduced me to Shannon. Shannon put some of the glue she uses on me to test for any reaction, and I didn't have any! Shannon was great about explaining the process when I first got there. I really loved the result. She gave a bunch of options for lashes and we ended up with something more natural looking to start off with. I get fills every 2.5 weeks, which works out great. Normally my pedicures other places look great until they're grown out, this pedicure has already chipped after 2 weeks. I have had friends get manicures here and never have an issue, but wouldn't recommend getting a pedicure here.
