She listens to her customers and she takes the time to explain and evaluate options with them with no pressure at all. Her customer service and response time is good also. The business is located in a cute little house on Grand ave with a designated parking section for her customers. Pang took the time to look at my eye shape, tell me what type of curl she suggests and why, and just took the time to guide me through all of my choices. The lashes she uses are not super synthetic looking (like many places I've seen and have been been to) and look like natural lashes. I decided not to get a fill to see how long they would last and it was about a month before my eyelashes started looking really sad. The space was cozy, simple and clean. You never offered to fix my lashes to make them less full--it was only after I gave feedback asking if there was a way to make them less dramatic and if it was possible to remove some. **Your response was: "You're asking me if it's okay to remove your lashes?" with an attitude, and you said I booked a voluminous lash set. When did you ever mention that during the consultation when I clearly asked for a natural look with pictures? You didn't say that my request for a 'natural' look isn't achievable with your technique. If only you had mentioned that booking a classic full voluminous set wouldn't achieve the natural look I wanted and offered a different technique or attempted a different lash set, instead of ignoring my requests and confidently saying you could achieve the look I wanted based on the two pictures I showed you. I clearly said, "As long as my lashes look like either of these," for example.** Normally, during the initial consultation, lash technicians clearly explain what they can and cannot achieve.
