It was painful because Jenn was using wax. She didn't bother to check on her appointments or confirm with me what I wanted. Maybe if she had put her phone down before we got started, I wouldn't have had such a horrendous experience. We finished out the waxing and just a few days later, I had hair because it all was broken off. I've never had my lashes tinted or lifted before this, but they are basically crimped upward, not curled. I have nothing to compare to, but I'm guessing she just did a poor job.
