Super disappointed that I wasted time and gas just to be standing outside the door. After my second phone call at 1:41 I was told simply something urgent came up. Really disappointed and upset with this experience, she did offer half off but I planned my day around this! Incredibly hesitant to utilize services with an establishment that didn't even give me a heads up or try to move the appointment around BEFORE I left work and drove out here and stood around for 20+ minutes. (I was 10 minutes early.) I will be extremely upset if my card gets charged for services not provided. UPDATE: I am adding screenshots of my correspondence with Alison yesterday after calling me twice and texting me three times and her "respectfully asking" me to take down my reviews and stop posting them. NOTE my review was 100% truthful, I find it horrifically unprofessional of Alison to continue to blow my phone up pressuring me to delete my reviews. Additionally after my cease and desist request she responded stating I was the worst experience in 4 years of business and she'd never contact me again yet hours later posted replies to my reviews trying to control the narrative. To be clear the ONLY reason she "talked with me within 10 minutes of the appointment" was because it was my second time calling HER after her no call no show. Initially she said something urgent came up and later has since said it was a scheduling error despite my having text and email confirmation. ***** FYI one of the screenshots is from last evening around 7 pm before she posted responses on my reviews trying to cover up her lack of professionalism- the others are screenshots of the texts and messages showcasing her outrageous attempts to influence my 100% honest review of my experience with her followed by my text (also screenshot) to her to stop trying to influence the reviews by blowing up my phone with calls and texts. I received the reply wherein she said I was the worst experience in 4 years of business. Then hours later she posted replies making it seem like she was 100% trying to rectify the situation. Did she offer half off, yes. Was I unable to take her up on that offer? Yes. Did I post my reviews in fear of my card being charged even though she was a no call no show because of a review from another woman who stated Alison didn't show up and her card was charged $375, so I made sure to protect myself best I could from that happening? Also yes. This entire experience has by far been the absolute most ridiculous experience dealing with a business who were 100% in the wrong and I would never recommend this woman's services due to her wildly unprofessional behavior, her clear inability to be honest, and her thinking calling and texting someone 5 times telling them to take down/stop posting negative reviews is "reaching out to apologize"

Pang took the time to look at my eye shape, tell me what type of curl she suggests and why, and just took the time to guide me through all of my choices. The lashes she uses are not super synthetic looking (like many places I've seen and have been been to) and look like natural lashes. I decided not to get a fill to see how long they would last and it was about a month before my eyelashes started looking really sad. The space was cozy, simple and clean.
