I was really excited when I confirmed my appointment a week in advance following their email instructions. I showed up at my reserved time, but the door was locked and nobody was here. I waited for about 20 mins, still nothing. So I just left. I can't believe I drove about 40 mins just to be stood up. I'm really angry and disappointed at this place. WOW! Where do I begin?…read more Let's start with the atmosphere! The place is gorgeous. It's been beautifully designed with a lot of elegance. It smelled amazing when I walked in and all the jewelry and products were very visually appealing. They sold many good quality jewelry and luxury products. The staff was all so welcoming, fun, beautiful, and very talented. They made the experience very comfortable. I had my very first airbrush experience and left feeling so happy and flawless. I couldn't get over the fact of how natural my makeup was and how light it was. I had such a wonderful experience I decided to have Kess do a brow lamination for me. Again, this is a new treatment for me and I was blown away. I didn't realize I actually had that many brow hairs. The lamination came with a brow tint and she definitely perfected the color. She asked if I would like a scalp massage while the treatment sat on my brows and that definitely elevated my experience.

Not only…read morehas there been great turnover of very good employees but the practices have changed regarding schedule changes. You used to be able to text or email but now required to call in. In this day and age all options should be available. In addition they automatically charge you $100 to reschedule. I've driven over 100 miles to go to them because of the services they used to provide. Unfortunately there was not even a save attempt keep me as a customer. The loss will be some other businesses gain. I've spent a great deal of money with them and thought we had a good partnership but at the end of the day it comes down to the dollar that will break the business in the long run.

I only have a debit card and no other credit card so had to go to the bank to get cash to pay. They did put a note on my chart about checking the day of my appointments to make sure Cherry is up and running so hopefully that snag will not happen again.
