Conversation was zero. I got ready for the sugaring, she got started, and about halfway through I mentioned how this was the most painful sugaring experience I've ever had. It was painful because Jenn was using wax. She didn't bother to check on her appointments or confirm with me what I wanted. Maybe if she had put her phone down before we got started, I wouldn't have had such a horrendous experience. We finished out the waxing and just a few days later, I had hair because it all was broken off. I've never had my lashes tinted or lifted before this, but they are basically crimped upward, not curled. I have nothing to compare to, but I'm guessing she just did a poor job. She also remarked how "coarse" my lashes were, which was insulting. All around bad experience. I would not recommend her nor will I ever go back.

NOTE my review was 100% truthful, I find it horrifically unprofessional of Alison to continue to blow my phone up pressuring me to delete my reviews. Additionally after my cease and desist request she responded stating I was the worst experience in 4 years of business and she'd never contact me again yet hours later posted replies to my reviews trying to control the narrative. To be clear the ONLY reason she "talked with me within 10 minutes of the appointment" was because it was my second time calling HER after her no call no show. Initially she said something urgent came up and later has since said it was a scheduling error despite my having text and email confirmation. ***** FYI one of the screenshots is from last evening around 7 pm before she posted responses on my reviews trying to cover up her lack of professionalism- the others are screenshots of the texts and messages showcasing her outrageous attempts to influence my 100% honest review of my experience with her followed by my text (also screenshot) to her to stop trying to influence the reviews by blowing up my phone with calls and texts. I received the reply wherein she said I was the worst experience in 4 years of business. Then hours later she posted replies making it seem like she was 100% trying to rectify the situation. Did she offer half off, yes. Was I unable to take her up on that offer? Yes. Did I post my reviews in fear of my card being charged even though she was a no call no show because of a review from another woman who stated Alison didn't show up and her card was charged $375, so I made sure to protect myself best I could from that happening? Also yes. This entire experience has by far been the absolute most ridiculous experience dealing with a business who were 100% in the wrong and I would never recommend this woman's services due to her wildly unprofessional behavior, her clear inability to be honest, and her thinking calling and texting someone 5 times telling them to take down/stop posting negative reviews is "reaching out to apologize"

Dana, the artist, schedules the appointment in their online system which I then received an email with the link to the appointment in case I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment. I did end up rescheduling due to the fact I wasn't sure if I could make my original appointment, but I was able to reschedule back as I could confirm for sure I would make that appointment time. I showed up early to my appointment and asked about upgrading from the classic lashes to the volume size, to which Dana, told me I was not booked for that type of appointment, a full appointment. I told her I had booked over the phone and it was for the full set with a refill in two weeks. She said that I booked it online and and she could not help me. I said I had called and booked it with her and used the online system to adjust my appointment but I never changed anything she had entered. There was no apology, just rescheduling me to the next day. Which I was ok with as mistakes happen and I typically am a very understanding person. She asked me to take a 2:30 appointment with the fact that one person who has an appointment at 1, if that person canceled I would come in earlier and I said sure. I left and went on with my day, happy to get my eyelashes done as it's the one thing that makes me feel beautiful. Sunday morning, the morning before my appointment in the afternoon, I get a text from Dana saying can we reschedule for a day later this week, as she "doesn't like working on sundays, she likes to run errands during that time". !?!!!???
