I purchased something that looked like Almond Senbei at a different bakery. They called it Almond Brittle. Indeed it was like a brittle. It was not teeth friendly. On the other hand, Peniel Bakery's almond senbei is thin and very easy to bite into. My husband usually does not want to taste my items from Asian stores or bakeries. This time he asked if he could have a piece. I thought to myself. Oh no! Why? I only purchased one package, and I know that once you have one piece you'll definitely have another. I was correct. He ate numerous pieces. Once my friend saw my husband say that he liked the Almond Senbei, she also tried a piece.
