You know when you come across a dessert so delicious and tasty that you want to share it with the…read moreworld but at the same time want to keep it for yourself because it's that good? That's how I feel about the desserts that Sherry makes. Honestly it was pure coincidence that I happened to see a post on IG about her new shop, so I decided to order a few items and I think since then I've reordered 2 or so more times. I've communicated with her directly on IG, but you can also directly text her if you want to place an order or have any questions. There are a variety of items that she sells - Taiwanese baked items, French and Asian fusion desserts and the prices are affordable. She's located in the SG area, but also can deliver in the nearby vicinity if you order more than $50 (but double check with her on that). My favorite item hands down is the French blueberry almond tart ($3.50 each). Love the crust - there's a definite bite, but it crumbles in your mouth and tastes so good! And the hit of almond as you break into the center - so rich and delicious, especially with the fresh gigantic blueberries on top! I've eaten 2 of these and it's been hard to not eat it all in one setting. I haven't tried the fresh fruit custard tart, but I've shared it with some friends who had really good things to say about it. The caramel rose apple tart is another hit - if you like caramel and apple, you'll really love this. Not too sweet due to the tartness from the apples, but with the drizzle of caramel while eaten with the crust - perfect combination for that enticing bite. And don't forget macarons (6 for $10)! I've tried all the flavors and I think I liked the lemon ones the most because of the freshness and tanginess that I got from the macaron. I shared some of these treats with my grandma and she ended up really enjoying them because they weren't too sweet. There's a lot of items that she has - that bolo brioche roll, the breads, shaobing - that I really want to try! Order two days in advanced as she needs time to prepare the ingredients and make them the day of pick-up. Highly recommend her bake-shop if you want to try some baked goods or pick up a sweet treat to reward yourself after a long week!

Fresh berry tart, the fruits on top were so fresh and the pudding (whatever it's called) is so creamy. French Blueberry Almond tart another yum with fresh blueberries. The apple flower tart blew me away the apples were tangy but the caramel balances it out. Every item was not too sweet and the cookie crust on all the desserts was my fave. I also ordered the sesame scallion shaobing and they were fresh out of the oven and still warm! Everything is made and baked fresh to order! Ordering was simple, I texted her what I wanted, set up a pick up date and time and she gave me the pickup location. Payment is cash, Venmo or zelle.

REALLY LIKED IT, BUT A BIT SMALL AND ON THE EXPENSIVE SIDE. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!…read more Okay- this is my honest opinion. I liked it, I didn't love it. I liked the taste, and I absolutely loved the customer service! I talked to a few people who were buying from this small business, and they all were saying the same as I did...$7.50 for the small cup wasn't...well, I guess worth it. I did check their site, and it says 8.00 for I think half pint? I don't know, but for 50 cents more they have these big jars on their website and I guess I feel like that is more worthy of the price. I guess it comes down to would I pay $7.50 again for it? And the answer is no. However, I don't regret trying it at all. If you're needing something super sweet on cheat day, this dessert is for you! (:

ADDICTING & DELICIOUS…read more From the amount of positive reviews it's a no brainer to try for it yourself ! First off, I would like to say that the owner aka the PUDDING QUEEN, Angeline, is one of the SWEETEST people on earth. She goes ABOVE and BEYOND for any and all of her clients. I've ordered a handful of times and every single time she was respectful, nice, and very attentive. She also always shows gratitude and has not changed in attitude since she blew up in popularity! I was one of her earlier customers when she first started off selling for Covid relief and it was just the OG pudding. She got CRAZY BUSY but is still very quick to answering any questions or inquiries. I honestly need to shine light on her customer service. My husband loves and I mean LOVESS her strawberry shortcake pudding. The one downer was that the jars were TOO SMALL cause he would devour them within 5 mins of pick up. For his birthday I wanted to get him a GIANT strawberry shortcake pudding. Knowing that it would be tricky I threw the idea to Angeline to see if she would be willing to make a customized order and she said YES in a heartbeat! I was so happy and my hubs was even HAPPIER. Not a lot of places would take on what I wanted so I honestly could not have been happier! I attached the giant pudding in the photos :). OKAY on to the pudding themselves. I was lucky enough to be able to try a variety of flavors but our favorite is the OG and of course strawberry shortcake pudding. All the other flavors are BOMBBBBB but those are our #1s. I've tried the Nutella, Oreo, matcha. Etc just to name a few and honestly they are all so scrumptious that it makes you crawl back for more. All the puddings have the perfect about of sweetness so you can literally eat the entire jar in one sitting while not feeling guilty cause THERES FRUIT IN THERE OKAY! Lol. The layers of vanilla wafers in the middle gives it a PERFECT small crunch and texture needed to balance the creaminess of the bananas/pudding. If you leave the pudding a little longer the wafers become softer into almost a cake like texture which is also bomb because it's like a tiny layer of vanilla cake...*drools* Writing this is making me want some OMGAAHH . It's so hard to find a solid banana pudding and they got it down ! I wouldn't recommend getting it anywhere else and honestly it's also HARD to find anything like this in any local bakery with the same quality. Angeline is a perfectionist because these banana puddings are a 10/10. Highly recommend. SUPER FAN. must try! :)

Had to definitely grab some cookies before they were all gone So let's see if they're pretty good eh or ew. This week they had a cardamom crumble banana black sesame cookie, their classic browned butter choco chip, and new graham yuzu cookie. All the cookies were super rich, buttery, moist and high quality. The banana one had a crunchy crumble, good real banana flave dough swirled with lightly nutty black sesame dough. The brown butter choco chip had pools of sweet cocoay choco bits sprinkled with a bit of salt. The new yuzu one was like extra toasty buttery and rich with pops of citrusy flaves. I'm a banana fiend so that one was my fave of this week but honestly you can't go wrong with any of their cookies cuz this place is pretty good! $6.95 per cookie

Lots of free parking. The only reason why my Mom and I were here this past Saturday was because my Mom saw their advertisement on TV. Buy one get one deal on cookie snacks. It's a very small bakery. Atmosphere appears slightly dated. They sell specialty snacks, frozen buns, sweet and savory pastries, bread, and more. At the time we were visiting, they had limited baked goods left for the day since it was near closing time. I ended up buying $14+ worth of bread and sweet buns. Prices were okay nothing extremely high. European mochi taro bun was very light and good... good amount of filing and not too sweet. Oat Raisin Walnut bread was warm and fresh... very fluffy and tasty! I haven't tried the Walnut Tarts yet. Two lady staff members were super friendly and helpful. One lady spoke Cantonese/Mandarin and the other lady just spoke Mandarin. They were trying to get us to buy more stuff, but we didn't bite. Glad we got a few baked goods for the road. We'll have to come back to check out their other pastries.

I got the one in the yellow packaging that's less sweet and the filling has pineapple chunks inside. They are pretty pricey, but it is well worth it if you are a fan of pineapple cakes. Plus, they don't use any preservatives, so it lasts only 3-4 weeks. Would highly recommend!

I purchased something that looked like Almond Senbei at a different bakery. They called it Almond Brittle. Indeed it was like a brittle. It was not teeth friendly. On the other hand, Peniel Bakery's almond senbei is thin and very easy to bite into. My husband usually does not want to taste my items from Asian stores or bakeries. This time he asked if he could have a piece. I thought to myself. Oh no! Why? I only purchased one package, and I know that once you have one piece you'll definitely have another. I was correct. He ate numerous pieces. Once my friend saw my husband say that he liked the Almond Senbei, she also tried a piece. She's also someone that usually says no thank you, whenever I ask her if she wants to try something that I'm eating. I know that sharing is caring. I would have purchased 3 packages, if I knew that I would be sharing MY Almond Senbei. LOL Now that I read reviews about their mochi, I'll definitely be purchasing that in my next visit to H Mart.
