    Strawberry and OG
    Jessica T.

YUM! REALLY LOVELY!! I am an absolute fanatic for banana pudding. I ordered 4 different flavors: OG, Hazelnut, Strawberry, and Peaches & Cream. They were all divine, however my favorites would probably be the OG and the Peaches & Cream!!! I bought the hazelnut just for my sister and in her words, "woah, this is kinda bombb " I hope to get her the cookies and cream to try next! There's nothing you can go wrong with the OG banana pudding, it's such a nice treat. Peaches and Cream WAS SO GOOOOOOOD AHHHH I THINK ITS THEIR BEST FLAVORRRR!!! ABSOLUTELY SCRUMPTIOUS It was a very nice treat after awhile of no banana pudding. I would 100% recommend it, would order again. :D

Dangerously good Banana Pudding!! Each jar is perfectly layered with Pudding, Vanilla Wafers and Bananas. It's hard not to finish the whole jar in one sitting. Highly recommend ordering their custom jars as party favors for your event.

Banana pudding is a trend that I am totally here for, especially when it's supporting a local business! I had the pleasure to try Better Together Sweets banana and red velvet pudding and I was floored from my first bite. The presentation is great - served in a mason jar and topped with a nice ribbon and their logo. You can see the layer of the fruit to pudding and on top of it, the flavors are just heavenly. I promise, if it weren't for my Whole30, I'd be ordering a dozen of these as we speak. Support local and try out this business for your pudding needs!

HANDS DOWN BEST DESSERT IN SGV!! If you love Magnolia Bakery, wait till you try this. They come in cute glass jars with two sizes, small and large (not to mention, these jars are perfect for upcycling)! Best part is their diverse menu - it's full of surprises and dangerously addictive. They are constantly testing new recipes on top of partnering with local charities (how sweet is that)!! To start, you can never go wrong with the OG. This is their Classic Banana Pudding with Nila Wafers . My personal favorites are Matcha x Strawberry and the Strawberry Shortcake (I can assure you, you'll fall in love after your first bite). If you're looking to treat yourself/friends/family or cater for a get together/event, these make a perfect dessert to share & enjoy! In closing, this is one of the best things created in 2020. Can't wait to try their next new flavors!

If you're looking for a great bakery, I'd recommend checking out "Better Together sweets." They have a wide variety of delicious pastries and cakes that are sure to satisfy your sweet tooth! They even do custom orders. The people are reliable. The cookies are worth the price.

What's better than Magnolia Bakery??? Better Together Sweets 100%!! BOMB PUDDING! Angeline seriously is the sweetest! She puts her heart and soul into every jar of pudding she makes. She does random pop ups so follow her IG for future updates. She also does orders by the jar which you can pick up! She also does small party sized jars - so inquire with her for your next big party! What's a party without BTS!

This is hands down my favorite banana puddings ever! I've bought many jars from Angeline throughout the pandemic! Pickup in Rosemead at ShareTea or find her at local popup events! These jars are seriously addicting. Go for the full pint because a half pint will leave you wanting more! OG Banana: super light and fluffy, not overly sweet compared to Magnolia Bakery's version. Strawberry Shortcake: if you love good humor's strawberry shortcake ice cream bars, you will love this! The homemade strawberry crumble is what makes this! It's soooo delicious and addicting! I always order this! Peppermint Cookies (seasonal): if you like Peppermint chocolate, this will be your flavor! Peppermint pudding wasn't overpowering and smooth. Soooo delightful with Oreo cookie bits and bananas! Matcha Strawberry (seasonal) matcha pudding wasn't too strong. It paired nicely with mochi bites and strawberry. It's not my top favorite, but I'd eat it again. Cookies and Cream: banana pudding + Oreo cookies. It's so solid! Ube: Ube and Oreo cookies are some of my favorite pairings! This reminded me of Cafe 86's Ube Monster shake! Love it! Red velvet (seasonal): red velvet cake, fluffy cream cheese pudding, bananas, and white chocolate chips. This was my least favorite out of everything I've tried. I'm not a fan of white chocolate chips.

The best desserts in town! I've ordered these for events as party favors, gift bags during holidays, and every time I feel the need to stock up for my sweets cravings... which is all the time. Angeline is very accommodating and will get my order in even when I give her only a few days notice. I travel a lot and so I pack them in my luggage to bring with me too. I am obsessed!! The strawberry shortcake and og banana are my favorites!!

I have been a loyal customer for over a year now so believe me when I say this is the best banana pudding I have ever had. I order jars and jars at a time and it is never enough!!! My favorite is the OG flavor but the ube is a close second. Great for party favors or just to have at home as a snack. I can't wait to get my next order!!! Diet starts never! :)

Here are some of the reasons why you need to get yourself some banana pudding from BTS. 1. They're bomb. Not too sweet but just enough to take care of that post dinner sweet tooth. Strawberry shortcake is my FAV. The handmade toasted crumble with fresh strawberries and light fluffy whipped cream is a DREAM. They also have fun seasonal flavors like strawberry matcha or biscotti! 2. They're all hand whipped, hand cut and beautifully layered with love. They come in 2 different sized mason jars which you can up cycle for anything around your house - vase for your flowers, cup for your morning OJ, pencil holder, sand art, get creative. 3. What started out as a side project to raise money for those affected during the pandemic grew to something much bigger. The small business finds ways to give back to the community and continues to do so! 4. Get you some PUDDING!

Better together sweets (aka Angeline the pudding queen) keeps you on your toes with the creative flavors that Angeline keeps putting out. If you've ever had magnolias banana pudding, this blows it out of the water because it is less sweet and more fresh if you're into that! She hand crafts every jar with love and I cannot recommend these enough. It's also for a good cause and she donates proceeds to charities. My favorite flavors are the matcha strawberry and the OG banana pudding. Also you can repurpose the mason jars!

The "Pudding Lady of SGV" started this sweet business for pandemic relief and it quickly blossomed into one of the top go-to dessert hubs in LA. The puddings are flat-out addictive. The flavors are all amazing - they have mostly the same sweet pudding layered with Nilla wafers, various fruits, and the special flavor-based ingredients. Kept chill for the customer, the pudding's flavors and textures all blend together in a symphony of delight. Every spoonful sends mini shockwave to the taste buds & nerves. They offer various fun flavors and the collection is growing: OG, Oreo, Strawberry crumble, Strawberry Matcha, Peppermint. Nutella optional. The puddings come in a normal size or pint-size; you're gonna want to get the normal for yourself. Order online through Instagram and pickup is easy. They also cater for large events like weddings, showers, and parties. Spread the PUDDING!

Better Together Sweets also does catering orders for any type of parties!!! Love the customizable stickers and all of our guests loved it!

I've been here before, but ever since Salju went viral on TikTok, it's definitely gotten a lot busier compared to past years. That said, the quality is still great. I ordered a regular milk shaved ice with mango and mochi, plus condensed milk drizzled on top. The shaved ice itself and the toppings were delicious, but I'd probably skip the condensed milk next time since it made everything a bit too sweet for my taste. Portion sizes are generous. The small is easily enough to share between two people, and the medium is massive. There are tons of flavor options to choose from, and orders come out pretty quickly despite how busy it can get!

Unfortunately, the desserts here gave us the runs. Out of 5 of us, 4 got very sick shortly that night and the days after. TMI, but it was frequent trips to the restroom. We're pretty sure and deduced it was from the dairy-based desserts and drinks. I had the mango pomelo sago drink. Friend A ordered the mango pomelo sago drink and black sesame soup. Friend B ordered the mango sago. Friend C had the milk tea. And we all ended up with stomach issues. Friend D who didn't eat any milk-based items, only yashixiang lemon tea and some of Friend A's black sesame soup , was completely fine. We also ordered a signature coconut jelly dessert soup to-go for another friend when we were leaving, and they had no issues either. That's why we think it was the batch of milk used in our desserts that caused all of this. It honestly had us going to the bathroom for 2 days! If you're coming here, just be aware--you might end up spending a lot of time in the restroom like we did.

Souffle pancakes in different occasions always look so pretty, are the best everyone's ever had, some some flavor profiles don't work. Maybe that's why the menu sometimes changes. For example the yuzu grape was completely bland because the yuzu drizzle on top was a thin line i couldn't taste at all. At least put a spread between each layer or pour a lot on top like the others (eg berry or mango). The mint leaves was the most potent flavor in this dish. Over the grapes, blueberries, matcha powder, yuzu. Got the mango triple layer drink this time and if you drink it carefully, you can appreciate the contrast from the mango puree, the milk, the creamy salted matcha. If you just mix it up completely you won't get that affect. One thing that bothers me is because the menu changes I seem to always be unable to get something I'm thinking of from the previous visit. I recall last time I had some mochi and rice ball I added to a drink that was so damn good and I couldn't add it this time. Though I recall that drink being $11.50 from the add ons. The souffle pancake was $21... so place is $$ but again the quality is there. Service wise, never interacted with staff really. Kiosk to order. Drinks just sit at counter when done. Didn't call numbers. Oh they did bring the pancake, no words spoken.

For those who are not fans of egg or liquidy golden goodness, you can get the ones without the lava flow (aka, they just call it the "regular mooncake" - note, these are small in size compared to the "lava" ones). Flavors for both the "regular" and "lava" range from regular (contains mung bean paste), Ube, Taro w/ coconut milk, matcha, and black sesame. You can order each flavor on their own or get the 5 piece assorted box set, which is what I did to try each of the flavors out. The regular mooncakes without the lava are more dense because they do not have a space in the middle for the flowing eggy lava custard. I like that they each have that mung bean paste base that's not too sweet, but just slightly different in their flavors depending on which flavor you get. My favorite were the black sesame and the original. For the "lava" mooncakes, it's the same super light and flakiness on the outside with a thin layer of mung bean paste right underneath the flaky layers, then filled generously in the middle with the eggy custard. You must eat it hot or reheat in a toaster oven (if not eating it the same day) for max joy and experience. The lava eggy custard was sweet, but not overly "burn your throat" sweet and slight savory as well. It had a good custard flavor without it being too eggy. Come here for a once-in-a-while splurge when you're in the area. Definitely a treat to be shared!!!
